I was just visiting the American Holocaust web site, and an article written by their webmaster, Ron Garon, really helped me to understand ELF and HAARP and the roles the Air Force and Navy are playing in weather modification.David, he has a lot to say about the California coastline and the Navy ships that are broadcasting waves to keep the weather and clouds in place. It may help all of us to understand why all the weird cloud buildup on the coast never moves.  I don't know how to make that article appear on this posting, but just try:

Molly, My God!!!! Excellent job putting that site up for everyone! A real "eye-opener"!! Of course, now I think I get it, "Ionized clouds"....PLASMA CLOUDS, with particles that can be used to MOVE the d**n thing all over the place...Just like the "Plasma style" ufos people have reported from time to time, Plasma is "ionized gas", and the mechanism they are using makes it even "thicker" and more "charged" and easy to manipulate and control....!!! Jesus, that guy really did great work and am so glad you shared it Molly as it sounds very feasible, real, and above all scary....but true! Also, that site I think helps explain that weird "circular" Jet-stream" dealy that we've been seeing lately/.right smack in the middle of the country..I don't remember seeing such a strange configuration like that ever before?? Love, J.

I just got done reading some on Tom Beardens site...I think I've been "El Wrongo"!! Everything we have been experiencing here in the U.S. fits in nicely to the Soviet Electromagnet Scalar technology! the site may have already been mentioned here but anyway, again, if so...this covers all the weird "stuff", http://www.cheniere.org/books/analysis/history.htm Blessings, Jo ^j^
