Greetings,

It is with great compassion for the people of earth that we speak with you at this time. Though the destruction and loss of life was in the United States, this event impacts us all. Not just those on earth but those in other realms as well.

First and foremost we ask that you suspend judgment and avoid the desire to take revenge. This event is not what it seems. Please understand that those who covertly control your world would have you believe that there is a culprit and that you are honor bound to seek out and destroy this villain. We implore you not to fall into this trap.

This event is about something much bigger and ultimately more important to your future than you may know at this time.

Before we continue, we wish to preface the following information with the understanding that what we share is meant to assist you in creating a more empowered stance than that which is present now. We wish our words to be a catalyst for change, to wake up and see how you have given your power to those who would hold you in bondage. Our purpose is to help planets ascend. As part of this assistance we provide perspectives on events that occur as part of that process so that those involved can see outside the fishbowl so to speak and take the appropriate action(s) that will ensure their ascension. With that said, we will proceed.

As we have explained before, when events occur such as this one, there is the surface event and then the real event operating behind it. In this case it appears that a terrorist attack was launched at certain power centers in the U.S. But, we ask you to look behind this surface and ask yourself, is there something else happening here?

Your Internet will be your most powerful tool in combating this attempt to further control you. With the advent of the Internet you now have the tool to uncover the real agenda this event was meant to serve. Already the truth is being uncovered and soon will be revealed. Until that is made apparent we ask you to consider doing three things.

1. Respond in the manner opposite of what your news media engenders in you. Most likely the media will provide information meant to ellicit fear, anger and victimhood. All the feelings of rage and anger that you project can be used to manipulate you further. Underneath anger and rage is fear. As long as you fear, you can be controlled. Compassion is the answer. When one is in a state of compassion they are neutral and thus provide no emotional fuel, which can be used against them in a harmful manner. We are not saying that feelings of sadness and pain over the loss of life is inappropriate. That is very much appropriate. But do not get caught up in emotions of revenge, hatred and anger. That will only feed the forces that are behind this event and provide the fuel for more and greater events of this nature. Compassion will douse their flame.

2. Search for the real agenda behind this event. Ask yourself, “What is it they want to achieve.” Look around you at what your government has wanted you to support but couldn’t get you to support. Ask yourself if this event could in some way help them further their cause. Investigate and research. You will find the truth. The real agenda will become apparent in two ways.

a.) Your president will tell you how you should react. If this is to take revenge look into why your government wants to invade this country. Also ask how that country could pull off such a thing?

b.) Look at the solution they offer. Is it to allow a force, one that you previously felt was not in your best interest to support, to handle the situation? These two things will tell you what they are really trying to accomplish.

3. Use this event as a wake up call. Understand that there is an ascension process going on with your planet. Within this process there is always one side that opposes the ascension and that side will act to stop it. From a higher perspective this event will serve to help free you by waking you up to how easily your emotions can be manipulated and used against you.

If you will take a moment to consider what we have suggested, you will find the answers that will turn this event in your favor. Those in covert control of your world can only succeed as long as you remain unaware of what is really happening. You have the power to stop this kind of event from occurring by showing them that you cannot be manipulated in this manner. When they see that you won’t react with fear, rage and the need for revenge, they will know that you can no longer be controlled in this manner. With this form of manipulation no longer at their disposal, they will have little to use against you. One by one you must dismantle their weapons and their greatest weapon is your emotions since it is through your emotions that you can be manipulated into doing just about anything.

In the past we have spoken only of the higher perspective and how events such as these serve the purpose of soul evolution. But now that you have moved to this stage in your ascension process, it is our duty to help you see events from a more 3D perspective as well as the galactic perspective. Yes, we can now talk galactic since you are nearing that state.

As with all ascension processes, we sit not in judgment of the process itself. Everything has a value. When you feel the value of this event in your heart and can let go of any need to revenge or hate, you will have taken a great step toward the advancement of humanity.

On a galactic note, there are many watching this event to see how the people of earth will respond. How you respond, whether you are manipulated into responding in a way that furthers your enslavement or whether you respond in a way that moves you beyond manipulation is what is being observed.

There are those in the galactic councils from many worlds who are responsible for deciding whether Earthlings are ready for galactic citizenship. This event though unforeseen is now being used as a factor to determine how close or far earth to qualifying for admission into the galactic community. Let me explain this a bit further.

Each planet that wishes to join the galactic community must first prove that they are able to hold their power in such a way that they cannot be easily drawn into the racial conflicts of other worlds. Their ability to achieve compassion in the face of events such as the current one, is what determines their readiness. If they prove by their response to an event such as this that they can attain compassion they show that they cannot be used as ammunition in wars between worlds. It is not our desire to distract you from your feelings of this situation. We feel the pain and the loss very deeply since we are empathically connected to you. But at the same time we would be remise in our service to you not to share the greater implications of this event. You are not an isolated world without relevance in the cosmos. To the contrary, your actions impact the entire universe.

We, of the 9D Council feel that you will prevail in this situation. You have come to far to not turn this event to your advantage.

Use your Internet to spread the message of the real situation and expose the true agenda.

Use your collective knowledge to see beyond the smoke screen.

Use your spiritual wisdom to stay centered in your being free of anger, rage and the desire for revenge.

Use your heart to express compassion for all involved knowing that a bigger plan is at work here.

Use the collective power of your love to heal the wounds that have been created.

Use the collective power of your prayer to end the separateness that creates the illusion that fosters this kind of event.

And know that we will walk beside you each step of the way.

Hello to all,

I have wanted to write something about what I have sensed occurring
within the collective for some time now. The events of this week seem to
be the catalyst. Since the Solstice Eclipse in June, I personally have
been very focused, moving through deeper layers of distortion in my body
and consciousness. I also noticed this happening for others. I said over
and over that we are now dealing with releasing a level of bedrock
patterning that needs to come out of the body. Through the process, I
have felt the presence particularly of the Blue Ray of Truth and
Archangel Michael. This has been balanced with the energy of compassion
and for me, a connection with Quan Yin. About two weeks ago I began to
feel a sense of impending loss. I found it hard to sleep well and felt
that the collective was getting ready to deal with something big. At
times I wondered if I was going to lose someone close to me. I'd tune
into each one to see if the sense I was feeling belonged to any of them.
It didn't. Last week the Ray of Truth, or Flaming Blue Sword that clears
illusion and distortion was gaining strength. Whenever fear or old
patterns began to surface, I would ask for the Blue Ray to purify and
clarify to the level of what is Real. Instantly, fear or other thoughts
would be erased. Last weekend, I was called to name and say "No" with
love to a distorted pattern within a group I was facilitating so the
creative fire of Life would be free to continue to thrive and grow. It
was a difficult but necessary action, one that included a strange
feeling of a door closing somewhere. Then, the night before the attacks,
I barely slept. Again I checked through those close to me. Then it
happened.

My first awareness was that it was a collective event, one that had been
setting up for some time. The energetic build-up to it and Michael's
presence indicated that it was opening up an opportunity for an exposé
of illusions and distortion so that greater Truth and awareness could
come to light. I also immediately saw a web of Light extending from
person to person; all those who have chosen Love and Life were linking
hands energetically around the Earth. Significant Beings of Light
anchored the Web of Light and they emanated to all of us to stay
connected to the web without fear or reaction even though there was
great destruction. I felt my Spirit and those of millions of others
focusing into a frequency of Love, calm, and awareness, even if
understanding wasn't fully in place. I blessed all those whose souls
left so suddenly and was told that those in Spirit were prepared to
receive them on the other side. Another psychic friend said she turned
on the television just as the second plane was coming into the picture
and saw all the souls leave the plane just before the crash. That often
happens in traumatic and sudden departures. In such collective events,
pain is most often spared for those choosing death as their part in the
whole.

I am sorry if you are personally touched by the loss of someone dear to
you. May Love embrace and hold you as you move through the process of
grief and healing. Know that they were well tended in their passing. And
may this same Love touch all who have suffered through endless acts of
violence throughout this age of Duality, inherited and passed on from
generation to generation until a generation would look inward to
discover the original wound of separation and choose Love.

During one particular challenging time in my life, Jesus told me to walk
in the valley of Light and to not look into the shadows on either side.
I thought of this advice the other day and chose not to watch television
at all, but to listen and attune to the living web of Light. People
began to call to talk, and to ask why they didn't feel more sadness,
fear, or anger in response to the attack. It is my sense that we know
that the events of Tuesday are part of a larger unfolding within
creation that includes the destruction of the old dying dualistic matrix
of consciousness. Simultaneously, out of the ashes of what is passing
away, the New Matrix of Creation is giving life to new forms. One could
say that the twin towers of Duality collapsed in front of millions of
people via satellite, televised around the world, over and over and over
again. The old is passing away while simultaneously we have an
opportunity to focus into the creation of a new world experience.

Another word that kept coming into my consciousness on Tuesday was
"Arrogance". I sensed the arrogance of those behind the attack, gloating
at the power they had to shake the security of a great country because
they could. Arrogance. I also saw the arrogance of the American people
and particularly those governing that have been saying to the world that
we can do whatever we please at the expense of others, the environment,
and international relationships. Arrogance. Within this vision was the
arrogance of mega-corporations and those who invest in those companies'
stocks where the bottom line is to continue to make increasing profits
without regard or respect for life, human or otherwise. Arrogance. I saw
those with money feeling superior to those without, using pity to mask
it. Arrogance. I saw those of one race or religion or political party
feeling that their way or truth was superior to another. Arrogance. The
whole pattern was there, vibrating in consciousness, and I realized that
wherever the "ends justified the means" without Love, there was
arrogance; the kind of pride that superiority has bred within duality.

We all inherited the patterning of Duality and the subtle or not so
subtle arrogance within it. The answer is not to swing to the opposite
pole; denial of the good within self or one's natural place within the
whole, false humility, or shame. If one is willing to stand fearlessly
within one's own consciousness with unconditional Love and a desire to
shift the patterning of Duality, one will be transformed, changed down
to the DNA bedrock levels within the embodied codes of consciousness.
For myself, rather than judging any of those in the unfolding drama, I
acknowledged with compassion those patterns within the whole and within
myself, particularly when I have driven myself past my own physical or
emotional boundaries to achieve a goal, disregarding my own health and
well being. I also saw the pattern whenever I stood in judgment of
another, wherever my need to feel right was stronger than my ability to
be vulnerable and stay open to a process of discovery, and whenever I
allowed my spiritual purpose or service to others to overrule my own
needs. As I have come to love my life and all of Life more, I now choose
to include my physical and personal needs, desires, and feelings along
with that which informs me of purpose and service in how I create my
life in wholeness and balance.

People are wondering what to do in response to this event. Some are
joining together in Spirit at 9pm EDT each night for seven nights to
visualize creating a new earth experience. I am participating since this
will strengthen the web of Living Light and Love that is in already in
place. I would also encourage you to use the Blue Flame of Truth to
discover areas within your own consciousness or life that stand in a
superior positioning with any other part, i.e. mind over body, spirit
over matter, needing to know over trusting the mystery, or vice verse.
Wherever you stand in a position of, "I know better than another," there
is arrogance, and that patterning can be lifted into the Blue Flame of
Truth for transformation beyond duality. That, too, is helpful within
the collective during this time of collective shifting and choice. Other
choices are to choose Life wherever you find it, nurturing it and
protecting it from the dying distortions that want to suck the life out
of anything that has budding new Life. Refusing to support with your
money, time, focus, or life energy that which is dying, which has no
energy for you, or which takes energy from you or others without respect
or return. Choose Life, bless those who are in the process of grief,
fear, or reaction, and attune to the wisdom within the web of Living
Light to inform you as you make choices each day.

Conscious creation, conscious co-creation with all of Life within the
whole of Love, is what each one of us is being called to in this time.
Even in the midst of shedding the bedrock, I have felt a buoyancy and
excitement as a new version of myself has begun to emerge to recreate my
life. Some things must pass away, painful as that process is, so that
the Real can emerge free of patterning of duality. I sense that what we
have been doing on a personal level for years is now happening on a much
larger scale as well. We have been told again and again that the
transformation of consciousness would escalate, and many over time have
predicted such a time would come. That time is now. How it will unfold,
I do not know, but I have absolute faith in the presence of Living Love,
the Rays of Creation, and the Masters that serve them now moving in our
midst. And I also acknowledge and honor all people of consciousness who
are forming the web of Living Light that is in place around the Earth in
this time. Even in the midst of death, listen and watch for what is Real
(with a capital R!) as it emerges within you and others from the ashes
of the old to take part in creating new Life in this time. And may we
all be blessed with Love and whatever is needed to move through the
personal and collective challenges of these times.

We have chosen to send out this message as well as posting it on our web

the most powerful, clear, direct communication we've had with the Earth
Mother since she first came through Michele in 1995. Our web site does
not always reflect her well, partly because much of the time she works
more with a language of energy and movements that don't translate to a

out of your woundedness

Call in your wise ones
Call in the councils from the earth
The native peoples know how to listen

Those in these communities
of light and spirituality
that have opened to me,
opened to Source,
know how to listen.
Those who have been writing
about listening to what is taking place in my body,
how the actions of a few are affecting the whole,
they are listening.

And, at the same time it is important to say
NO, you can not act out in violence
because your version of God,
because your version of what is real
and reality is different than ours.

There have been great inequities
There have been many people
wounded without acknowledgment
These ones are now coming forth
and wounding out of the wounds.

Love knows how to heal, and only love
For it is there that you are whole,
have always been whole,
and are always going to return to balance
and wholeness if allowed, with love.
My heart is open to all
I have said goodbye
to some who have left their bodies
I know they are all in the arms of love
I'm speaking to those who have ears to hear
Who have bodies that know the truth
And who have voices that can speak
I am only one voice,
but I come through many

who allow me and my awareness
The Mother within all embodied souls

We will set the course for tomorrow, today. At this hour. In this moment.

There is much we can do, but there is one thing we cannot do. We cannot continue to co-create our lives together on this planet as we have in the past. We cannot, except at our peril, ignore the events of this day, or their implications.

It is tempting at times like this to give in to rage. Anger is fear announced, and rage is anger that is repressed, and then, when it is released, that is often misdirected. Right now, anger is not inappropriate. It is, in fact, natural-and can be a blessing. If we use our anger about this day not to pinpoint where the blame falls, but where the cause lies, we can lead the way to healing.

Let us seek not to pinpoint blame, but to pinpoint cause.

Unless we take this time to look at the cause of our experience, we will never remove ourselves from the experiences it creates. Instead, we will forever live in fear of retribution from those within the human family who feel aggrieved, and, likewise, seek retribution from them.

Dear Friends,

Since writing the 9D Nibiruan Council Perspective on the US Attacks, I have been inundated with emails. Some were supportive, and some were just the opposite. But, the most thought provoking emails were those that asked, “What can we do?” I sat and thought about that question but didn’t come up with an immediate answer.

This morning as I was reading a message written by my good friend and fellow teacher Nancy Joy Hefron, I suddenly realized what could be done to counterbalance this tragedy and the events that may come of it. I say counterbalancing as opposed to feeding into the emotions of the event, which is what I sincerely believe the perpetrators feed on—our hate, anger and revenge.

For several years now, I have been writing down the tools of ascension. The first and foremost tool of the group is the Formula of Compassion. These tools, The Multidimensional Keys of Compassion of which the Formula is the foundation, are not mine, they belong to all of us and they are encoded in our DNA. I was just given the task of pulling them together and writing them down in a manner that would allow us to activate our high heart chakras and transmute lower chakra energies of anger, rage, guilt, shame, etc. into compassion. Many people over the years have used this formula to transmute all manner of painful events and deep-seated emotional traumas and blocks. This morning I got the answer. We can use the Formula of Compassion to create real change by transmuting our personal feelings of anger, rage and blame over this tragic event into a web of compassion! Yes! What better use can this tool serve than to be used in this manner?

So what will this grid of compassion do? As it gets stronger (by us transmuting energies into compassion and funneling them through intent into this grid) it will overlay the present 3rd dimensional grid of anger, guilt and control (our 3D vibratory prison) and thus shift and overlay our existing reality with a new one—one that is of a higher consciousness.

Once I realized this, I realized the true gift of this tragedy. Suddenly what seemed so terrible and near hopeless (Bush declaring war, didn’t you know it was coming?) didn’t seem so final. He might declare war but we have a way to change the outcome. Now this may seem like a pie in the sky, airy-fairy idea but I have seen the power of compassion (not forgiveness) and how it can literally change realities. Let’s not underestimate the power of compassion…please!

So we can pray for peace but we can also do something even more proactive. We can use the Formula. Is is a kind of prayer in itself. I call it a working prayer.

But there is more. A year ago almost to the day, I wrote an article called The Ingathering Has Begun. In that article I explained that the gathering of souls dedicated to integration of the Light and the Dark and the creation of a new 5D reality had begun. This meant gathering together in groups to transmute dark energies into compassion. At the time there was not anything occurring on the world scene to create such a movement. Now, almost to the day, that event has taken place. They also had been talking to me about creating a web but I didn’t quite understand the how and why of it. This also has become clear.

But I feel that we cannot be as successful in our efforts to build this web and change the outcome of events if we remain separated. I believe that it is far too emotionally challenging. I myself have a partner with whom I share my feelings, but even I feel the need to go and be with those I love and who are of like mind when times get tough. I urge you to gather with others of like mind in your town or online in chat rooms and Forums. Gather any place where you can create a sense of family.

When we are united we are stronger. And I believe from my own experience that when we unite and use the Formula of Compassion as a group to transmute the energies, we are doing one of the most powerful acts that a human can do to change the outcome of any crisis…and yes, I feel we are in a time of great crisis!

Now here’s the final piece and I’ve left it to the last because I know how it can create resistance. We must wake up to the real truth about who is controlling our planet. We must be willing to open our minds to the knowledge that our world has been controlled by a species not of our own kind and it has been happening for thousands of years. This species operates covertly at the heart of all our world governments, new medias and religions (research this yourself on the links provided below). I realize your mind may rebel at the very thought but keep in mind that unless we know what is really happening we are shark bait in a shark pool so to speak.

My friend Donus Sroufe called me and asked that I include this idea in the article. Donus suggested that we could ease our minds into the truth by repeating the following intention in our daily prayers, “I ask that the real truth be made known.” This, of course, means the real truth not only about the US Attacks but also the truth of who is controlling our world and why. Donus thought that having everyone do it at the same time all around the world would be quite powerful in manifesting this intention and I agree. So let’s do this at 12:00 noon Eastern time, on Monday, September 17, 2001.

Only when we are armed with truth and still choose to respond with compassion will we be getting the most benefit from our gathering and Formula use. At that point we will be creating the highest, purest form of compassion that can be created…and this energy will power our 5D grid of compassion like nothing we’ve ever felt or seen before. It will give us the power to create change like we have never known!

So let me recap here and give some steps.

1. In your prayers today and each day hence include this intention, “Let the real truth be known.”

2. On Monday, September 17, 2001 at 12:00 noon ET say a prayer asking that the real truth and the whole truth about this tragedy and our world leaders be known (Use www.timeticker.com for the corresponding time in your area).

3. Use the Formula of Compassion to transmute any personal lower chakra energies being generated by your discovery of the truth, the current crisis and any events that follow.

4. Look for and research the proof of what is going on. Check out David Icke’s and Kent Steadman’s websites and books for starters.

5. Gather in groups with the truth in hand and consciously make the choice to choose the power of compassion over the powerlessness of revenge and follow through on that choice with group use of the Formula of Compassion.

Let’s not let the sacrifice of those who died in this tragedy be in vain. I feel that they would want us to use their gift to create compassion not war and help our planet ascend. This crisis is our turning point. Pain is the catalyst for change. Let’s change the outcome of this crisis and use it to energize a web of compassion around the world.
