Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but since I started posting here and especially since I posted something about militias, there's been more helicopter activity over my house and other weirdness. For example, out of the blue yesterday, a phone repairman comes to my door asking if it's ok if he goes into the backyard to get to a pole that is there. What's odd is, there's nothing wrong with my phones, or a problem in general. I said sure, but watch out for the Doberman cause she doesn't like strangers. Like I said, maybe I'm just being paranoid but I wanted to see if anyone else has had or is having similar experiences.

86, I've referred to militias a few times since being on CTCentral, but never had any experiences like that, that I'm aware of.It doesn't neccessarily mean that you're paranoid though. I speculate about a lot of things, but it's usually based on what I consider to be factual information. There's no doubt that we've been lied to and kept in the dark about many things by TPTB, so I think we're justified in questioning the government anytime. To me, that's part of what is means to be and American, a citizen of the USA. History has shown that we need to be vigilant and fight for our freedoms when they're threatened.

Amen to that! And it's times like this when those freedoms are slowly chipped away at.

86, Things were probably cool with the phone guy and not anything to worry about but it dosen't hurt to be "cautious"...that's different from being paranoid,( which you are not)...although, nowadays, it's a wonder that we all aren't a little more "paranoid" then we used to be...I like the way you handled the dealy by mentioning the Doberman though, that was a cool thing to do and sounds like something I'd do. The helicopters do give one pause for thought, but not to worry there either basically...mostly, if it is TPTB scenario, they are just snooping or trying to intimidate...I have a "one finger salute" I use for those occassions. Being a UFO investigator/researcher for over 20 years, boy, I've had my share of adventures and scenarios with those sorts of events and have learned to take em with a "grain of salt"...it's not easy at first, but after a while, it is, and can actually be amusing...I mean, like what can anyone do anyway...shoot a missile at us or something? Doing that to a private home would be mighty suspiscious. Maybe I'm just too goofey to be scared, but I just don't give in to that...once you do, life gets even harder and less fun and that's not worth it. All is well and will be well! Blessings and prayers and love and light and a gaurdian angel for you ^j^ Joanne ^j^ The only thing recently I didn't like was that crop duster helicopter that kept flying low for over 8 hrs. over our property a few months back...that, I really got mad about...and now it seems I was right to not like it, in light of the crop dusting worries about chem./bilogicals now...J.

Hi 86 The phone man story sounds familar.A year or so ago I had a phone man show up to repair a data line that was not working and a phone line that had a little scratching on it.. The repairman was wearing a Ameritech uniform but was driveing a car not the usual truck that they seem to use all the time out here. He was a smooth talker and ask lots of questions about what I do for a liveing and my hobbies and family. He looked inside the box on the side of the house but just on the side that any one can access. He didn't seem to find anything wrong there but assured me that he would check the junction box up the road and that was where he thought the problem could be. I went in the house and tried the phone it still clicked and scratched. The next day I came home from work there was a Ameritech truck in the drive way .I had seen this guy working in this area before. He said that he had found the problem with my phone and pointed to the large green box across the road and ask if I had seen anyone messing around in it. No I told him because I had not.Well he sort of smiled and said that my phone line has been jumpered by someone probably eather stealing service or listening in. They had left in a hurry and forgot to close the door on the box their jumper wires still attached to my line shorted out my data line . I thanked the guy for repairing the line and told him that it would have been great if the guy yesterday could have found the problem. The phone guy looked at me a little strange and said that he was the first repair man sent out to this job and that who ever the guy was the day before ,He was not a repair man or he would have easily opened the phone company side of the box on our house and replaced the blown regalater on the data line. I still to this day don't have a clue who the first repair man was but I do have my suspisions...roman..

Now THAT IS something to worry about!!! Don't like the sounds of that! Guess I'll start answering my door with my 45 strapped on again like I used too. Had 2 guys parked by my country/woods home a couple years ago, for 2 hours "reading" a road-map or whatever. Went to "fiddle" with my mailbox wearing my Llama "buddie"...they left. J.

I was thinking I was gonna get slammed and called paranoid and psychotic (both of which still may be true, but hey, who knows?). Good to hear I'm not the only one.As for the Dobie, it's the truth. She's a very protective dog and doesn't like people she doesn't know. Not really trusting people has gotten me this far, so I see no reason to stop now. Thanks for the input and stories.
