The man who hunted down and jailed Carlos the Jackal, the world's most notorious terrorist, is now warning that the U.S. faces a deadly threat from terrorists currently operating undetected in this country.
Jean-Louis Bruguiere, France's chief anti-terrorism official, told journalist Christophe Calais that well-concealed terrorists cells in the U.S. could easily use cyanide to poison water supplies here.

Writing in Saturday's New York Times, Calais revealed that the French terrorism expert warned that neither the destruction of the Taliban nor even the capture of Osama bin Laden would end the threat of terrorism. Newer terrorist networks, he told Calais, are unlike those of the past, which "had a loose but identifiable hierarchy and structure."

"I am very anxious," Bruguiere told the Times. "There are many autonomous cells in Europe and North America we do not know about.

"They do not need orders from Osama bin Laden to carry out the jihad. They finance their own operations with credit card fraud and theft. The threat, even with Osama bin Laden gone, is very high.

"These groups are protean; they change their shape like the AIDS virus. The way they communicate or carry out one operation is not the way they carry out the next one. And many of them, especially those associated with the group known as the Takfiris, are so integrated into Western society, even eating pork, drinking and wearing Western clothes as a cover, that they are almost impossible to discover beforehand."

He described the Takfiris as "a radical sect that traces its origins back to Egypt in the 1960s. Fiercely devoted to destroying those they see as the enemies of Islam, they are willing to adopt local customs to blend in with foreigners."

The French expert believes that Mohamed Atta, ringleader of the Sept. 11 hijackers, was a member of the group, which stays away from Islamic mosques and instead does its worshipping in apartments, making it much harder to detect and monitor.

The movement, he said, is "the most dangerous because it rejects the authenticity of even other Islamic groups and thinks it alone knows the truth."

The next terrorist attack may not be anything like those of the past, he said.

"We know terrorists were trained in Afghanistan in the use of chemical and biological weapons," he said, "although they do not have nuclear weapons. We have seen evidence of planning for poisoning water supplies, including with cyanide. It would be very easy and very hard to prevent."

According to the Times, Bruguiere hunted down the Venezuelan terrorist Ilich Ramírez Sanchez, known as Carlos the Jackal, in Sudan in 1994. Sanchez, who is blamed for murdering 83 victims, was tried in France and given a life sentence.

Bruguiere, the Times says, is one of the world's most effective and well-informed anti-terrorism officials with scores of arrests and convictions to his credit.<<<

Those at the very top are conscious of the occult laws which govern
existence and exploit them for their own perverted aims. They are
only able to retain their power, however, for as long as they are
able to keep this knowledge 'occult' (hidden) and 'esoteric' (for the
few).

Here is an example from Peter Tradowosky's 'Christ and Antichrist'
which illustrates how genuinely evil people are aware of and exploit
occult laws, on the use of cyanide in the concentration camps of Nazi
Germany.

'... not only were there death-factories, the technically organized
mass slaughter of human beings, but the death of these people was
brought about by the use of potassium cyanide. In a lecture to
workmen at the Goetheanum on 10 October 1923, which course must be
read in its entirety, Rudolf Steiner made grave statements about
death caused by cyanide:

"But now, as we are on earth today, if we introduce potassium cyanide
into our body we destroy all our movements and life forces. And the
bad thing is that there is always the danger that, by so poisoning
ourselves, potassium cyanide will take the soul with it and then,
instead of continuing to live in the soul, we will be diffused
throughout the whole world, particularly in the sunlight.

"If anthroposophical knowledge could be more widely known, no one
would poison himself with potassium cyanide. One would not dream of
it! It is only through a materialistic view of life that people
poison themselves with potassium cyanide, because they think 'dead is
dead', quite irrespective of whether one dies of cyanide poisoning or
by an inner process of dissipation. But that is not a matter of
indifference! If one dies through inner dispersion then the soul and
spirit pass into the spiritual world in the usual way; they continue
to live on. But when one is poisoned by cyanide one's soul tends to
accompany each little piece of one's body, namely, to expand with the
nitrogen and to dissolve into the cosmos. That is the true death of
soul and spirit. If people would only know that soul and spirit are
the real human being, they would say: It is quite impossible that we
should cause the terrible explosion which, in a delicate way has its
repercussion throughout the whole of the cosmos, when somebody
poisons himself with cyanide. For every person who poisons himself
with potassium cyanide joins himself in a wrong way to the current
which flows from the earth to the sun. And it should be possible, if
one had the right instruments, to see a small explosion in the sun
every time that a person poisons himself with cyanide. And the sun
deteriorates through that. A human being spoils the cosmos and also
the force which comes from the sun to the earth if he poisons himself
with cyanide. If a person poisons himself with cyanide then it is
true that he actually ruins the sun! And that is the case with every
cyanide poisoning."

One should remember that the perpetrators (Hitler, Goebbels, Himmler,
Goering and others), as well as the millions of their victims, died
by this method. That must be seen as the most terrible attack of the
Sun Demon against humanity. When considering the incalculable
consequences which will result, according to Rudolf Steiner, we
should be careful to do no more than pose questions. Does the
ruination of the sun oppose the etherization through Christ? How does
death by cyanide affect the victims? How can one work in a
spiritually realistic way to help to heal these human beings? Should
one not feel the greatest compassion for the perpetrators of these
deeds? How can both perpetrators and victims alike find the way to
the next incarnation they are looking for? ...'

Note: Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) was a renowned seer and advocate for
the public dissemination of 'occult knowledge'. He was effectively

exiled from Germany after an attempt on his life by Hitlerguards
whilst giving a lecture in Munich in May 1922.<<<<
