I am not a person prone to wild speculation,as would seem to be the case if you go by my apparent ravings in this forum, it just seems to me a lot of very strange occurances in the last few years which are unexplainable in my mind are being ignored by the masses, but a few are taking note of what is occuring and this awakening seems to effect only a select few of independant thinkers...I am hoping someone with this "awakening" can explain what occured today,Sunday March 24 in Linden Texas at 11:11 am .My son, who is twelve, had asked me to make the 23 mile trip to Maud Texas , so he could play basketball with his friends.Well. with all the "acention code" "1111" stuff weve been hearing, we both jokingly noted the time at 11:11am as we left the gas station for Maud, which is 23 miles almost to the exact distance from the station.On the way, we listened to the tape player and talked as we traveled the long, lonely stretch of about 13 miles to Douglassville .On the way, I noticed a bar or spot of light overtake me and move up the highway in front of me @ 100 ft. and then disapeared..Well, I just took it for a hole in fast moving clouds allowing the sun to shine thru on a small point, as I have seen before,and my son didn't notice the light at all. It is important to note that we were driving between 75-80 mph , there was no traffic or delays , and only one stop between Maud and Linden. Well, we got there, pulled up to the school gym, and here is a verbatim of aproximatley what was said between the two of us....................... [David: "Dang, were late, I was supposed to be here at 15 minutes to twelve"...Me:"well, it cant be after 11:45, we left Linden at 11:11, remember??...David:"Well, it is, it's 11:54 now" ...Me "Wow, couldnt have taken 44 minutes, its only 23 miles, and we were going pretty fast, should have taken about 18 minutes......did you mess with the clock, David???..David:"no, dad I didnt, I promise".......] I do not know what any of this means, but I will say this , I have noted a similar effect before and always thought i was mistaken about how I remembered the time, but this time there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that my son and I experienced an unusual event where we lost @-- 26 minutes, one which neither me or him could explain or ignore

23 miles in 22 minutes?
Maybe that's possible where you live -
around here you'd be leaping into the
future.

Bob seems to be saying that he did leap into some future of one sort or another. Traveling at 75-80 mph (and some of us tend to underreport our speed), yes, he would have gone a mile in under a minute. It sounds as if he has made this trip before.Can you remember any sensations or type of mood related to seeing the bar of light, Bob? Was the light of a particular color, eg, white, gold, pink, etc? ----------------

I know the clock has to show one time or another but funnily enough yesterday caught me checking the time only to see11:11 as well . I didn't notice anything unusual though - unless a nice day has become something "unusual".

Herbivore, it is very intresting you should ask our mood...it was elation, the best I could describe it, and seemed out of place for the situation....we didnt just get a new BMW or something!...the bar of light appeared to be plain white light and had tp be traveling over 100mph,following the direction of the road precisely

BOB B, you're not the only one that reported some unusual time warp. On one of his threads, Dan reported that an electric clock at his house that he had set to the right time at his house after a power failure was running 2 hours fast. check out his post for 03-08-2002 at 01:25 PM

Please pay special attention to your dreams over the next week, Bob. Maybe you will recall what happened during those few "lost" minutes of time. If you felt elation, then perhaps it was a good experience and worth bringing to consciousness. Then you can share it with us  ----------------- It isn't easy bein' green.

I am sorry I did not respond sooner to your questions, Thermit, your post was a 1 liner and I missed it somehow.Thermit, what is the significance of spiders or owls???What relavance does this have with an apparent anomoly in the structure of the space-time continuim(my theory, as this has happened to me twice before)....we saw a hatching of tiny brown spiders in the garage on a fourwheeler before we left that morning, but no large ones, and none on the trip...NO owls, but a hawk
