This has been bugging me for a while.I spotted the craft flying low over Toronto one early morning in January 2002. I heard it first actually. Didn't sound like either a plane or a helicopter (more like a cross between the two, or a lawn mower) so I kept looking into the sky until it flew right over me. I have mage a paint progaram sketch of it but don't know how to incl. it in my post. (Thermit?) It looked like bigger than a cesna, but much smaller than commercial jet. The wierd thing was the nose. The best way to describe it is it remended me of a hammerhead shark. The wings went straight out at 90 degrees and were almost at the very back of the plane, and seemed diproportionately long. I thought maybe a drone, but the ones they show on TV look entirely different. Any ideas or links to new aircraft photos? rainheart by the way, Alberta still being sprayed regularly, heavy haze, odd colored tint to the air, and today a snowstorm.

Rainheart, the plane sounds like a later version of Dick Rutan's LongEZ homebuilt. The newer designs of Mr. Rutan reflect the initial design. He now manufactures executive class planes in a large version of the basic LongEZ design also using the canard (small wings on the front, hammerhead look) for more stable flight.Try doing a google search using Rutan, you will find enough information and photos to keep you busy for awhile www.google.com also check www.popularmechanics.com for the latest of his designs. Good luck

David, none of the planes I've found through those searches you recommend look like the one I saw. The LongEZ is too small and the wings are too close to the front. There were a couple of others with the hammer head look, but again the main wings were too close to the front. The plane I saw had a visible nose ahead of the hammerhead (a meter or two?) and the body was long. Thanks anyway for the leads.

In October of last year I saw a pair of those! It was a "brutal " morning of trail laying, and in the midst of it they flew directly over me.Pushers,(prop in the rear) wings aft, arelions to the forward with no rudder.Hammerhead is a very sucient discription. No pics, the toy cam was off the truck and had not yet got the real one.Someone,I forget who, when I described them said they were kit planes from a company based at Falcon Field(Mesa ,AZ General aviation airport)White,no discernable FAA lettering! My first thought was that they were "surveying" the spraying. jim

Dear Mr. Rainheart:Not seeing the picture yet i cannot be sure, but there is a single large business aircraft that may fit the description. It is the Beech Starship, which invorporates the canard (little wings in the front) and large wings near the back, with two pusher propellors driven by a turbine engine. You can see it at: http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/nikki/be2000.htm Hope this helps. regards,

Rainheart, that sounds like an A-10 Warthog flyin' backwards.Too tough to nail down a single pusher but I'm not just a chem nut I'm also a plane nut, or is that plain nut. Jane's book by Derek Wood helps me ID aircraft and I'm down to Piaggio. The Piaggio P.180 Avanti is a double pusher and that would explain the sound you heard, maybe. http://www.aaapiper.co.uk/english/piaggio/Piaggio.htm Single engine is mentioned under "rate of climb" however I think they mean while being powered by only one engine (Just after it flew through a chemtrail laden with aluminium particles) Rate of Climb Two Engines 2,950 fpm 699 mpm Single Engine 756 fpm 230 mpm I thought Mr. Kunz would have picked this one out for you already because the assembler is "Duncan Piaggio". Span 13.84m Length 14.17m I'll dig more for you later after I push the 6-12 inches of fresh snow we got yesterday in Edmonton. You also mentioned snow and the strange tint to the skies. Did you see the bright "moon dogs" (for a lack of a better term) before the snow hit? Tonight from south Edmonton a spectacular "sun ring at sunset with "sun dogs" in an oily sky. If I didn't know better, I'd have said it was beautiful. Stay well and let me know if I got your plane. wofuc@hotmail.com World Organization for Uncovering Chemtrails

Duncan, Copesetic, and ICU 812,Thanks for the effort but none of those planes are the one I saw. the rear wings come out 90 degrees and the body is much longer than any of the planes you folks suggested. And the wing span was greater than the length of the craft. FLKook, I'm hesitant to email anyone directly from this computer, so I'll have to wait until i can get to another for the drawing to be sent to you. Thanks for the help. ICU812, well golly, looks like we're neighbours. You wouldn't be the same chap that's busting trails over our fair city? Are you also noticing the ripples in dissapating trails? Thanks again for the effort everyone. rainheart

Rain, if your refering to orgone chem bustin', no, not me. I can never get anything to work unless it's got wings, mags, strings, keys, tracks, hydralic fluid, diesel engines, buckets or blades. Hangin' around the control tower seems to be more effective. Interesting observations on the dissipation effects. I work outdoors up to sixteen hours a day so I'll have lots of opportunity to look for what you're seeing. I've seen the complete sky ripple but can't say I've noticed the trails do it. I'll pay more attention. Seems strange that our recent deep snow is nearly already gone in two short days, welcome to sunny Alberta. You're aircraft is very evasive. I've searched "canard wing aircraft" and come up with 10,000+ hits, maybe you can find it and post a pic. http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=canard+wing+aircraft&btnG=Google+Search&meta= Tim Hortons on 138Ave and 127St gets my business nearly everyday at 8:45am. My red Chev truck seems to have a hard time drivin' by that place. Maybe we'll have a visit someday. wofuc@hotmail.com

The underview of that last canard is close but still not quite right. Oh well.ICU812, don't get over that part of town very often, but i thought of you when i hit the Tims on 104 and 110 st. Yesterday was trail free for a long time, and the permahaze was light, but by sunset there were several trails across an orange sky.
