I live on top of a hill, and I wouldnt mind owning my own island!!!Just kidding,hell ya the ice caps are melting, and they know why.Certain frequencies of radio energy emenating from the sun can excite ice molecules ,heating them up until the heat of fusion is reached, and the ice melts.It's important to note that this effect could take place while not nesesarily heating the surounding air at all, and the warmer air would be the result of the warmer, denser water under the air.I myself have noticed ice melting at way below freezing air temperatures on winter days,even when it is overcast,sometimes at air temperatures of 10 degrees or less.Its energy from the Sun!!go figure, it's simple, more output, more heat, and man is it getting hot....Like I said before, only the Big guy can save us now, it's up to our creator to let his creation perish or to save it....I doubt he will let it all perish, I think it's a wake up call, and a call to arms, in the final battle, the battle of meggido.Prepare to meet God.The stage is set in the Middle East for Armageddon to take place, and guess who Russia and China are down with...Us??Unt Unnh!!.Their down with the Arabs, believe it.These guys are intentionally fulfilling ancient prophecies,like playing to a script.But the thing is, we've got this man-V- nature thing to contend with, or maybe countries wont matter anymore, once we are all microwaved crispy critters...Time for judgement....sorry, its late, and i my friends am drunk

a friend pointed out the oxy-moron that is 'melting perma-frost'.
No kidding!There are reams of stories of villages, buildings houses, and land formations sinking and slipping because of the melting permafrost. The only good news i can see out of this is it hampers efforts to drill for even more resouces in the north. On that note, i figure the recent cold snap in Alberta was orchestrated by The Supreme Overlord of our environment (excerpt from his speech to congress back on Sept. 20 "Our war on Terra will not end in Afghanistan" - maybe that's Texan for terror? Bob?), to speed up access to even more oil and gas, to offset shortages from OPEC countries like Iraq, and problems assoc. with anti-free trade/ Castro supporting Venezuela. And the drought will no doubt help with plans for the commodification of water resources. Up here we'll bend over for just about anything the US asks of us, but water?
That's a hot topic.
