Who the hell is robert blake anyway, i havent even heard of him, so who cares? Why is this spin being spun?? Same reason as always, I suspect, they know were sick of hearing about this so called "war", so theyre changing the subject....what is bush babies popularity rating now??can you say wag the dog??gee whiz, this really sucks, i wonder what they have in mind..OJ getting off stuck in a lotta peoples craw, I mean he cut of his wifes head and a waitor who happened to just be there and went free.People are losing faith in the so called justice system, and this is why robert blake, whoever the hell he is, will be put to death after another balyhooed trial.

Actually, my grandpa broke all the tvs up in an apparent rage one visit in 1971, and I haven't watched tv since he told me it was harming my mind.He was an intelligent man,and although my mom at the time wasnt happy about her days of our lives getting "canceled"I think my family benifed greatly by his actions, as we are all independant thinkers here!!The TV is a deadly imagination poison,it is used by TPTB not to educate ot enlighten, but to kill the imagination and replace truth with whatever they want you to believe at the time.I seriously suggest you put you tv out by the curb for the garbage man ,it is taking away part of your life which without it, in my estimation, life is far less appealing

Baretta was a great cop show during the 70's? Tony Blake and his cockateil were fab! Beats the shit out of anything on TPTB TV nowadays.

Wasn't the bird named Fred? I remember the pimps name...Huggy Bear. Or was he the pimp from Starsky and Hutch? They were both good shows.

yeah and it was a cockatoo I believe...I don't know anyone my age who did not want a ford gran torino back then...or now for that matter...starsky and hutch was right on ! and so was barettas gray ghost...(the ultimate sleeper)...read abit about blake's strange wife, seem's she liked to take nude photos and sell them to old men, eventually scam them out of their money...the child of blake's was concieved under the notion that it was another man's she was more interested in than blake...he being one to take care of his blood, married the woman, after the other man told her to f/o...apparently she continued her *proclivities* behind blake's back... I'd say the *overtones* of this case is why we are hearing so much about it...I mean clinton's gone...so off to hollywood we go for a juicy scandal... Truman Capote could not write this one better...possibly art is immitating life...a few years later... I hope he gets off... ------------------ T/S

If the wife was such scum, why didn't he divorce her and get custody of the child? Because he would've had to let her have the baby sometimes? He sounds like the kind of person who likes to control people...just my impression.

This is Robert Blake with Fred in Baretta. I couldn't find any pictures of the Blue Ghost but I did find a picture of Starsky and Hutch's Gran Torino. However, my dream car would be a 1973 Dodge Charger like this one in either black or green, but blue's not a bad color.

what an awesome car, and 100% real naugahide(sp?) in that baby ! attaboy dan ! the grey ghost barettas ride was a 69' impala...I think...big ugly..dented POS...that always seemed to catch the bad guys 3, If the wife was such scum, why didn't he divorce her and get custody of the child? I'm not sure but the rate of *man* vs. *woman* in divorce custody of children in california is 20% to the man and %80 to the woman...so... all I'm saying is it looks bad for him, I understand why he may have done it, she was a deadbeat (to be kind)...and maybe he found the only way out of a bad situation for his child and him...he knew... being a lifelong night owl...I'm a huge Tom Snyder fan, and have seen blake on his show "tomorrow" many times and on carson...he never seemed anything but genuine to me... ------------------ T/S

This is the only information that I could find on the Blue Ghost T/S. Blue Ghost, The - The nickname of the dilapidated 1966 oxidized blue Chevy 4-door sedan (License Plate 532 BEN) driven by the streetwise Los Angeles undercover detective, Tony Baretta (Robert Blake) on the police drama BARETTA/ABC/1975-78. Historically, the classic early Rolls Royce 40/50 model manufactured from 1907-27 was called the "Silver Ghost." http://www.tvacres.com/autos_chevy.htm

I don't know about you guys but I want this car. It's a 1975 arctic white Bricklin SV-1 Gullwing with a 351 Ford Windsor Engine. BTW, I do remember watching Baretta, Starsky and Hutch and Columbo. And if I remember correctly, Starsky drove the Gran Torino and Hutch drove an old beat up tan car.

It is shocking how the telivision is looked upon as indespensible entertainment, on any level,I think its a waste of time.TRy living your own reality for a change.Maybe thats the problem, eh??

I have to agree with you on that one Interloper. I rarely watch Television anymore maybe something like 8 hours a week at the most and part of that time is spent just flipping through the channels.
