COCA-COLA, THE CIA, and the COURTS
Part Ten of a Series.

Some have come to know about the Patriot Act and Homeland Security. That seems to authorize secret proceedings. Seldom mentioned, however, is that some years ago has been set up in the U.S., a series of nationwide secret tribunals. In and out of the law trade, few know or understand the workings. Few, if any, are skilled in tangling with this already set up apparat.

Notice the particulars

[1] They are housed in supposed federal facilities or federal office buildings.

[2] Their headquarters are not in a known room or group of rooms. They have, if at all, only a general address.

[3] They have no records available to the public, referencing what is pending there, what determinations are made and have been made there, and who all are effected by the clandestine operations.

[4] There are no records available to the public adequately showing who all sit there, and when, and under what circumstances.

[5] Witnesses supposedly "voluntary" or actually abducted and brought there, with or without a so-called "legal" subpoena or warrant, are grilled by methods used by Royal tyrants centuries ago.

[6] What do this series of secret tribunals supposedly do? They purport to investigate instances of bribery of federal judges and related corruption. It appears to be a giant whitewash machine, in the dark hole of limbo.

In Chicago, for example, they are the Judicial Council of the Seventh Circuit, involving the federal courts of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Each Judge on the U.S. Supreme Court actually wears two hats. First, they are, of course, a Justice on the high court. Secondly, they are the supervising Circuit Justice of one or more of the federal court circuits. They are more or less the "orchestra leader" of the secret tribunals, apparently operating outside the re gular court system, known as Judicial Council of [such and such] Circuit.

I have been a court reformer more than forty six years. For more than forty years, I have been the Founder/Chairman of a court-reform group, Citizen's Committee to Clean Up the Courts. Among other things, through volunteer associa tes and investigators worldwide, we compile data on financial and espionage matters. Why? Because we are about the only ones who use the label Banker-Judge to describe important judges who are interwoven& nbsp;with the financial system and Aristocracy, and some, who are entangled with the Espionage Cartel, the American CIA, and other spook agencies.

For example, our investigations of banker-judges touched off, in 1969, the biggest judicial bribery scandal in U.S. history. It caused the highest state court of Illinois, that is, the Illinois Supreme Court, to be toppled almost into oblivion. By 2001, a law professor wrote a book all about it, "Illinois Justice" by Kenneth A. Manaster. One of about the only judges having a kind word publicly about me, after all me being a judge-buster, is shown in a picture on the cover of the book talking to me. That is, John Paul Stevens, who since 1969, became a Judge on the U.S. Supreme Court.

He wrote the forward to the book mentioning me.

Because of the four decades of the work of our group, I have to, from time to time, set forth my credentials, to make matters clear to others. I try very hard to remain humble and not brag There have been only about two persons with wo rking knowledge of the Judicial Councils. One was a very rare honest Chief Judge of a U.S. District Court. He dared make proper rulings, based on evidence and witnesses on trial in his Court, lambasting Big Oil. A Judicial Council in his Circuit, on&nbs p;behalf of the petroleum monopoly, took away his entire docket of cases, destroyed him, and stole everything from his office. And the 24-hour security patrol would not thereafter talk to him, to explain how his office and all its records could thus be carted away. I seem to be the only other one who understands something about this secret Gestapo, the Judicial Council. They operate beyond the Bill of Rights. [Do we all understand that the Bill of Rights was reluctantly against great resistance a dded to the basic U.S. Constitution, to shield Americans from tyranny by a central government?]

Some years ago I confronted the dictators operating as the Judicial Council of the Seventh Circuit, in Chicago, Illinois. My detailed court papers, setting forth their crimes, completely disappeared from the U.S. Supreme Court. [Sherma n H. Our group did much of the investigations and research that on September 22, 2003, was filed as Motion to Investigate Fraud Upon the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Perpetrated by the Judges Themselves. As shown in the de tailed document, among other things, I was a key sworn witness in the matter. I obtained the confession of a local attorney who was apparently a spy in the camp of the one who sued Coca-Cola. He admitted his sister was "media buyer for Coca-Cola". Among the details was the matter of cocaine, a by-product of the massive processing in the U.S. of coca leaves for the secret base of Coca-Cola. Some of the cocaine in the U.S. actually is NOT smuggled in but is created within the U.S. There is "leakage" int o non-legal channels of cocaine and implicated in the same has been George Herbert Walker Bush, a director of a pharmaceutical firm, and a federal appeals judge, later chief Judge, installed on the bench by Bush in Chicago.!

There has been a Coca-Cola connection to bribery of judges and espionage, as stated in the court papers. For example, this was the route for corrupting at least two U.S. Supreme Court Judges of the 5-Judge majority that arbitrarily ins talled George W. Bush as the occupant and resident of the White House. Some call it the infamous Bush versus Gore litigation.

Attached hereto is a copy of the fraud upon the court matter, implicating Judges on the U.S. Supreme Court. in Chicago, the corruption involved ALL the Judges of the federal appeals court, sitting in what they call "en banc". Cynics say it should be called, all the Judges sitting in the Coca-Cola/U.S. Supreme Court Bank.

Surely the word-missiles were enroute. Just like shot at a convention of Black-Mailers.
Jaded from a surplus of war-talk, supposedly high-toned correspondents were discharging the fluid of their pelvic questions. Print-fakers queried, "What, are we filling a Thursday newshole with this?" Meaning, while running a lot of Thursday food store ads, that required filling up the balance of the newspaper supposedly with "news", too often just an editor's worn-out closet rags.

The unwritten, if unpublished, newsroom Manual of Style, if not Book of Protocol, forbids writing such matters. Plainly, dirt on heavyweights. On the other hand, long-brain-sterilized newswire types, just following central orders and solely interested in collecting their wages, did not smile or otherwise react. "Are we informed, from credible sources, where these pictures come from?" asked a she/he liar and whore of the press, sounding just like recently hired from an Establishment journalism school, named, for example, for big-bucks known criminals like the Annenbergs. (See the book "Annenberg" by Gaeton Fonzi.)

An old-timer, veteran of numerous censorship wars, retorted, "Oh, you know, the network bosses' pals, at the French CIA, Israeli Intelligence, Red Chinese Secret Police, the Vatican Bank Chief, the usual well-placed 'official' sources we are supposed to rely on." The pictures and accompanying spy agency notes (not to be attributed to anyone in particular), are quite explicit. They show a trio of apparent homosexuals getting off. Ostensibly unhandcuffed, the newsies began poking their mental fingers, if not their actual pens, into once-forbidden portals and orifices. "Hey, do you see what we have here?" comes a rhetorical throwaway question, from a voice with no name.

Plainly, it was a trio of untouchables, top-level male sex-mates, sucking and screwing each other. Prince Charles, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, and White House occupant and resident George W. Bush. To divert attention from the real situation, the British and others in the European press are running stories that Prince Charles had a minor functionary as a homosexual sex-mate, rather than the ones mentioned in this story.

Did the press-whores suddenly depart from what the then editor of the New York Times, in 1953 dared utter in addressing a meeting of the National Press Club?

"--The business of the journalist is to destroy the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of Mammon and to sell his country and his race for his daily bread. "We are the tools and the vassals of rich men behind the scenes.” "They pull the strings, and we dance.--"

The list of questions to obviously pursue, sounded like a catalogue from a picnic of conspiracy theorists---like dopers cash money, of having somehow been too near actual cocaine.

[1] What about the children supposedly fathered by these characters in the pictures and notes? Did someone else put their pistol into the holster? Are we now going to check the DNA of the offspring of someone's actually lesbian wife? A sarcastic correspondent mentioned that Juanita Broaddrick, apparently raped by Bill Clinton, mentioned that he said, "Honey, not to worry. I've been sterile since I had mumps as a teen-ager." Bill Clinton has his flag up most of the time, and like other known jailed rapists examined by doctors, suffers from priapism. After all, daughter Chelsea has lips like Webster Hubbell, once law-partner of Hillary. Web was once Chief Judge of the Arkansas Supreme Court, Mayor of Little Rock, and then top honcho in the Clinton Justice Department. Web finally became a convicted/jailed embezzler having ripped off his once law partners.

To pave the way for a known homosexual to eventually occupy the British Throne, namely Prince Charles, the British Anglican Church, headed by Queen Elizabeth II, is installing church officials who are openly homosexual. Is this a mere coincidence?

Prince Charles, The Ugly, looks different than his sons he supposedly fathered, Prince William and Prince Harry, good-looking like their mother, Princess Diana of Wales. Charles, being implicated apparently in the homosexual trio, may cause the dethroning of Queen Elizabeth II. According to Diana's secret notes left with a trusted friend, she knew she was targeted to be murdered. Apparently by Prince Phillip, husband of Queen Elizabeth. Phillip reportedly ordered British Counter-Intelligence, MI-6, to murder Diana. After all, she and her brother were/are the legitimate heirs to the British Throne, being from the House of Stuart. Fingering Prince Charles may cause the downfall of the fake-name House of Windsor, actually German royalty(Saxburg Gotha), not British, from the House of Hanover. The reason for the murder of Princess Diana and the threatening of her brother, who fled to Africa, becomes obvious.

[2] What about the observations of highly-skilled orthopedic doctors? Namely, that George W. Bush does not walk straight, apparently from too much rear-end activity as a homosexual. In respect to the homosexual trio, some matter-of-a-factly ask, "Well, which one was the 'woman' ?" And what about George W. Bush's skin lesions, to some indicating he contracted HIV from his other male sex-mate, the Mayor of a sizeable southern city?

Checking the paternity of this story most likely requires checking the secretions in and on the underwear of Royal and Political bigshots, as well as, those behind the mask of spy agencies. Some among the "powers that be", the Establishment, the Aristocracy, the Ruling Class, whatever you call THEM, may be ready to divert negative attention from themselves as bloody war-mongers and profiteers of financial collapse, by throwing away their scapegoats and stooges, the unholy trio from London and Washington.

Perhaps some in the Aristocracy, stuck in a time warp, are trying to take back Tomorrow.

Testing A Coup

Supposing there was a sizeable military unit. And they threatened violence in the main city of the Republic. They demanded that the President and the Cabinet resign. Why? The rebellious military accused them of corruption and the Presi dent of orchestrating fake terrorist violence by way of controlling the country that way.

Was there such a test and who instigated it? The experiment was in progress on July 27, 2003, in Manila, the Republic of the Philippines. (The capital being Quezon City.)

The President stated, that as Commander-in-Chief, she is informing the rebellious military unit that they crossed the line of professionalism. That she is giving them such and such number of hours to surrender or forces will be sent to put down the rebellion (implying that there were forces loyal to her as President and Commander-in-Chief).

In 1972, a previous Philippine President, to entrench his dictatorial power, staged fake would-be-violence against himself, stating there was in the works, a movement to overthrow him. That Philippine President thereafter, suspended th e Philippine Constitution invoking Martial Law. These tests were/are important because the Philippine Constitution is patterned after, if not identical, to the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Was it an "accidental" happening in 1972? Is it just a coincidence in 2003, when the occupant and resident of the U.S. White House was installed by a Military-Style, five person Junta of the U.S. Supreme Court? And that drumhead Justic e installed who was to be the occupant and resident of the White House. Were ordinary Americans aware of, if not shocked, by what some called "The Gang of Five", declaring in a just-before-Midnight proclamation that Americans have no fundamental right to vote for President, rather, just a very limited right to vote for Presidential Electors who, in turn, meeting as the Electoral College, after the supposed Presidential Election, to themselves choose who, if anyone, is to be in the White House.

Through website and foreign news items, important questions have been raised. [1] That the tragedy of September 11, 2001, did not, in being actually carried out, involve Arabs. That the bloodshed against American s on that day was greatly patterned after the Northwoods Project, planned by dictatorial Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1962, wanting to justify an invasion of Cuba. The documents were first publicized in a book coming out shortly before 9-11, namely, "Body o f Secrets" by James Bamford, an expert on the super-secret NSA, the National Security Agency. 2] The Arabs were not actually on any of the accused aircraft in 9-11, but were blamed for the happenings by the White House with the aid of the lapdog press. Some of the Arabs were actually Saudi exchange students studying how to fly airplanes and such, while living on U.S. Military facilities. At least seven of the supposed 19 Arab hi-jackers actually are still alive residing in North Africa, among other places.

The problem of understanding 9-11 is purposely intensified by the oil-soaked, spy-riddled American monopoly press which promotes short attention span and that ordinary Americans are to be fed news like to eight year old children. So in reporting the coup test in Manila now, the press will purposely forget the prior Manila event of 1972 and Martial Law test.

Also part of the problem obstructing ordinary Americans from understanding all this is both the education system combined with the mass media.

The subject of the Aristocracy, the Establishment, "the powers that be", the Ruling Class, whatever THEY are called, is a forbidden topic. The criminal underpinnings of the Aristocracy is not a subject, in high schools, or colleges and universities. And the popular press does not/will not ever deal with such subjects. Why? Simple. It would cause ordinary Americans to be class conscious, unlike Europeans who generally are so aware of that. Those who control Congress, the White House a nd the Executive branch, as well as the Judiciary, from behind the scenes, are not identified, generally not pictured, or referred to.

Books such as "The Rich and The Super Rich", by Ferdinand Lundberg, published in 1968, are mostly unknown to many ordinary Americans. And his other opus, "The Myth of Democracy" is likewise so. Gustavus Myers' book, "The Great American Fortunes", published in the 1930s, and documenting the criminal past of the Ruling Families, is seldom nowadays referred to or to be found in many libraries. Some Americans are merely amused by Gore Vidal's blistering statements that those who rule us are not the ones we see on the television but persons behind the scenes.

Who dares refer to the Bush Crime Family? And that they are not the aristocracy but merely scapegoats and stooges for the plans of the British and the Monarchy, to take back this continent, reverting ordinary Americans to be just subje cts of British colonies. Who among the popular pundits in the press, on the tv or radio, refers to the persistent efforts of the British to overthrow the American central government? Starting, at least since the War of 1812, when in 1814, they burned do wn the U.S. Capitol? And what about the three U.S. Presidents assassinated for the benefit of the British who wanted to snuff out American industrial development (Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, and William McKinley. In addition, the American Civil War , seldom properly identified, was instigated by the British to promote the natural friction between the Industrial North and the Agricultural South, and the divisive issue of slavery. That is to divide up this nation, to Balkanize America).

Circulating for many years in the alternative media underground have been the notes of what some contend were the true perpetrators of the political assassination of John F. Kennedy.

Some of these reports had titles such as "The Gemstone Files", and "The Torbett Document", and were copied and re-copied, and shared as background by various political assassination researchers. These details were often discussed when such researchers got together at meetings.

According to some alternative commentators, these notes were to be read and considered in conjunction with the book "Farewell America". Published in Europe about 1968, and circulated in about fourteen languages, the book was not permitted by U.S. postal and customs authorities to be imported into the U.S. to be sold in bookstores. This censorship in the U.S. ended about 2002, when amazon.com began selling a paperback edition of the book now listed on their website. Until 1973, I was only one of two researchers in the U.S. who found a way to get "Farewell America", in English, in hardback, into the U.S. At nationwide college seminars by me, I gave them away to students in return for small donations to support our work.

Here are matters necessary to understanding the political wipe-out of JFK:

Starting in 1841 and continuing until the first year of the 20th Century, were the visible results of violent struggles between the Vatican/the Jesuits and the Protestant Church in America as well as the efforts of Great Britain to take-back the American continent, reverting the inhabitants to being mere subjects, not U.S. citizens, of the British Monarchy and returning this land to being puppet colonies of the Crown.

In furtherance of these ends, five U.S. presidents were assassinated for the benefit of Great Britain and the Vatican/the Jesuits.

===William Henry Harrison, killed by being poisoned, in 1841, a month after being inaugurated as President. U.S. Senator Thomas Benton in his book stated as to President Harrison, "that the deceased President had been closely preceded and was rapidly followed by the deaths of almost all of his numerous family, sons and daughters." Only one of President Harrison's eight children, a son, was permitted to live. "Thirty Years' View: From 1820-1850" by Thomas Benton.

===Zachary Taylor, like Harrison, killed by being poisoned 1850, during the slavery controversy, called the Compromise, instigated by Great Britain to divide up and conquer the United States. These efforts by England eventually led to the American Civil War, also called The War Between the States, in which England financed and outfitted with weapons the Jefferson Davis Confederacy, breaking away from the United States of America.

===Abraham Lincoln,, assassinated, as a symbol, on Good Friday, April, 1865, a few days after the South surrendered. Part of the plot against Lincoln included the guard at the door of Lincoln's box at Ford's Theater. The guard fled to the Vatican and was sheltered as part of the Vatican Guard. The Vatican, through various strategies, including making their presence and power known to a U.S. jury, effectively kept the guard from being convicted and jailed for being part of the plot against Lincoln,upon the guard returning to the U.S.

===James Abram Garfield, murdered 1881. He was against England interfering with the industrial development and finance of the U.S.

===William McKinley. Prior to his first term as President, he promoted U.S. industrial and financial interests in opposition to Great Britain by the McKinley Tariff. In his first Presidential term, he promoted U.S. imperialism, in the U.S. war against Spain, in opposition to England. Like Garfield, he was opposed to Great Britain interfering with U.S. industrial and financial development. He was assassinated in 1901, a few months after being inaugurated President for the second time.

===John F. Kennedy. The 18th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified January 16, 1919 and repealed by the 21st Amendment, December 5, 1933. It prohibited the manufacturing, sale, and importation of intoxicating liquor within the U.S., and exportation of the same from the U.S. The period was called "The Prohibition".

John F. Kennedy's father, Joseph P. Kennedy, during Prohibition, made the British royalty beholden to him for financial benefits. The Brits controlled the manufacturing and export of booze from England and Scotland. Joe Kennedy arranged to smuggle into the U.S. the British royal products through a transit point, being a small French island in the mouth of the St. Lawrence Seaway.

Old man Kennedy distributed the spirits in the U.S., in violation of Prohibition, mainly through his financial arrangements with gangsters, in Boston, Chicago, and Detroit and the massive bribery of state and federal U.S. officials. The British royals, for their financial gain, tolerated Joe Kennedy, despite the fact they considered him a lower level being, as an Irish Catholic. In the 1930s, as a reward, despite Joe being a Catholic, he was made U.S. Ambassador to England.

Joe Kennedy made the Rockefellers as well, beholden to the Kennedy Family. The Second World War started September 1, 1939. Three weeks into the war, England arranged a secret supposed "peace-time" arrangement between Rockefeller's Standard Oil of New Jersey with the German chemical and synthetic rubber cartel, I.G. Farben. With the corrupt aid of Ambassador Kennedy, the deal was fraudulently back-dated as if arranged prior to the start of the war. The Rockefellers treasonously shared profits with I.G. Farben, through supposed South American neutral countries, all during the war. See "The Crime and Punishment of I.G. Farben" by Joseph Borkin.

Joe Kennedy, in October, 1940, gave up being Ambassador and returned to the U.S. Being heavily anti-Jewish and pro-Hitler (similar to the British royals who were actually German royals from the House of Hanover), Kennedy tried to persuade President Franklin D. Roosevelt for the U.S. to stay neutral, since Kennedy was convinced Hitler would win the war against England. After delivering U.S. weapons to Britain, U.S. ships sometimes returned, not empty to U.S., but with loads of liquor from the British Royals spirits industry headed for Joe Kennedy's firm, Somerset Imports, Ltd., even during World War Two.

What happened to Joe Kennedy's son John F., was similar to the supposedly fiction book "Winter Kills" by Richard Condon who was also author of the political murder thriller "The Manchurian Candidate". "Winter Kills" is about an Irish patriarch, thick with hoodllums, who through them, arranges to get his son elected President. And then the gangsters join with others to assist the assassination of his son. (For a while, the movie version of the book was blocked from presentation in the U.S. At a limited showing at the Art Institute theater in Chicago, I taped an interview with the movie producer, how the Kennedy Family went about destroying him.)

Joseph P. Kennedy's booze firm was Somerset Imports, Ltd., with offices in Chicago. I taped an interview with the company manager who told how the ownership changed hands exactly at the time of the murder of President Kennedy. Despite that, he said, the Kennedy Family continued post-assassination to get financial benefits from five out of eight British/Scotch booze labels distributed in the U.S. We also interviewed a key salesmen from the firm.

John F. Kennedy in an extremely close election against Presidential candidate Richard M. Nixon, won the Electoral College vote and hence the presidency, by Chicago gangsters stealing some eight thousand votes used to have JFK carry Illinois' necessary electoral vote.

Shortly after being inaugurated in 1961, President Kennedy proceeded with the plan, started by President Eisenhower, to invade Cuba at the "Bay of Pigs". In so doing, JFK, nominally a Catholic, violated Catholic Church canon law and doctrine, by proceeding to make war against another Catholic country, namely Cuba, and its leader, Fidel Castro, a Jesuit. The invasion plan became a fiasco when JFK refused to have U.S. war planes aid the invaders on the beach.

Joseph P. Kennedy had a financial interest in toppling Fidel. Through a bank he owned in Boston, the elder Kennedy owned North Cuba Railroad Bonds, made worthless by Fidel but having value if he was removed.

Catholics in the American CIA considered John F. Kennedy a traitor and a butcher. Three weeks before the Dallas murder, President Kennedy ordered a coup against the devout Catholic South Viet Nam government in Saigon. Murdered on Kennedy's authorization for geopolitical reasons, was the South Viet Nam premier, Ngo Dinh Diem, and his two brothers. The premier's widow, Madame Ngu, taking up residence in Paris, supervised the American CIA's assassination of JFK, using French assassins previously part of a failed plot by disgruntled French Generals against French Premier DeGaulle. (The French military was sore at DeGaulle for not defending French interests in Algeria.)

Madame Ngu was in charge of huge dope funds from the "Golden Triangle" of Southeast Asia. In later years, participating in the financial benefits was the unholy trio of George Herbert Walker Bush, Colin Powell, and Powell's sidekick, Richard Armitage. The American CIA arranged for General Powell to avoid being prosecuted for war crimes in his role in the vast murders of Vietnamese women and children known as the My Lai Affair.

To harass the Lyndon B. Johnson administration, Madame Ngu used part of the illicit funds to finance the American CIA's agents provocateurs posing as supposed leaders of the anti-Viet Nam War Movement, 1966 and thereafter. A fake peace-nik leader, Rennie Davis, had his father as consultant in the later war-mongering Nixon White House. Because I early on with my associates investigated Rennie and the Madame Ngu links to the peace fakers, I was numerous times falsely arrested or threatened with arrest.

Far too many Americans have willfully split their view if not their personality.

In one way, they are in such total denial and refusal to accept plainspoken facts, that they, by rote, ostensibly go in forward power transmission, while their eyes are psychiatrically fixated on the rear concept mirror-phantom.

But secondly, themselves cleaving their own brains, like drones, they robotically proceed to be dressed in total black, not knowing exactly when or why. BUT, they are mourning for this once supposedly blessed America, yesteryear Bill of Righted, guarantees cancelled, nowadays Bill of Wronged.

Technocrats of History dredge up the recordless Roman patent. That is, how to secretly create "enemies", and then fleece the plebians, to finance armies to go yonder to slaughter apparitions. To drive out poltergeist that are plotting to invade and inhabit the very Capitol of Wonder Law, in the District of Confusion.

As identified milleniums later, the Romans long ago well knew how to send electrons, as brain signals, bypassing the intellectual trip-wires, to paralyzing fear and shrieking terror.

Vain humanity learned nothing from the disastrous Christian Crusades against the alleged Moslem infidels. In current military jargon, there was "collateral damage". While on the way to the target lands of the East, there was destroyed, enroute, enclaves of Jewish communities.

In more current times, U.S./British Big Business fed the Nazis as an anticipated, almost guaranteed, bulwark against the Soviets, themselves as fake opponents created by the West. Big Oil, Big Media, Big Electricity perpetuate ruling this once favored land, as ever without the consent of those governed.

Old-time analysts of rumblings and smoke-signals sense it. Now invoked against America is the Universal Law.

Do crushed and dead bodies read labels on pre-emptive bombs dropped on them? "Warning--- Democracy-promoting explosives herein contained."

It was centuries in the making. The split between the Old World and the New World. Between East and the West. The Divide, the Vatican, the Reformation, the Protestant Church. The Capitalist World and their creation of their own "enemy", the Communist World.

It was the fall of 2003. In the view of some, there was a most unlikely meeting of two persons. At least as considered by some, each a spokesperson for a different faction. George Herbert Walker Bush. Promoted into the oil business by the British Royalty (actually German Royalty, the House of Hanover, masquerading as the House of Windsor). A functionary of the American CIA since 1959, using his front worldwide units of Zapata Petroleum Co., later Zapata Offshore. In 1961, supervisor of the disastrous aborted CIA invasion of Cuba at "The Bay of Pigs". 1976, Director of Central Intelligence, arranged the murder in Washington of a former top official of Chile. 1977-1981, Director of a pharmaceutical firm, complicit reportedly in the dope underground with cocaine, a by-product of the production of the secret base of Coca-Cola by Stepan Chemical Co., Northfield, Illinois.

October, 1980, French Intelligence videoed Daddy Bush arranging a traitorous deal with top officials of Iran near Paris. The Iranians were bribed to help the Reagan/Bush ticket win the Presidential/Vice President election by showing incumbent President Jimmy Carter as a wimp running for re-election. The bribery was to avoid the dreaded "October Surprise", if Carter got the release of the 52 U.S. hostages held by Iran. By the Bush treason, the hostages were held to exactly the moment in January, 1981, when Reagan/Bush were inaugurated. Bush was Vice President, 1981, and President, 1988.

Edward M. Kennedy, Democrat U.S. Senator from Massachusetts. Son of the Irish Patriarch, Joseph P. Kennedy. The Family having been from the 1920s, during Prohibition, making British royalty beholden to them. How? By Old Man Kennedy arranging to smuggle into the U.S. the booze products chartered by the British Royals. This was done with the aid of gangsters, Boston, Detroit, and Chicago. The criminals continued the distribution of the booze even after liquor was legal in the U.S. Teddy in 1964 survived an assassination plot in a sabotaged plane crash. His brothers, John F. and Robert F., did not survive murder plots, 1963 and 1968.

Although their people infiltrated the plot, their high-ups did not see fit to stop it, believing I suppose it could not be stopped or better to withhold details for blackmail. As you know, Oswald was a French intelligence agent, a hero, who fell between the cracks. His mother often said Oswald was under cover as with Naval Intelligence. Now my niece Caroline insists that I show you these films and documents."

George Herbert Walker Bush: "Teddy, you know the problem. Your brother Jack was soft on the Communists. Three weeks before Dallas, he ordered the coup against the Saigon regime of Premier Diem, a devout Catholic, and his two brothers, all anti-Communists---they were assassinated on your brother's orders. And your brother denied U.S. warplane cover at the Bay of Pigs, thus helping Fidel Castro, a Communist. Jack lost his nerve in 1962 in the Cuban Missile Crisis."

Teddy: "That Saigon matter is a frame-up, supposedly making the Vatican approve of what happened to Jack."

George: "Jack was allowing the country to be split on black-white racial lines by an agitator, Dr. King, a Communist."

Teddy: "I do not believe Dr. King was a Communist. I know Hoover hated us and said King was a Red."

"I suppose you know about the book written by a team of French Intelligence under a pen-name? 'Farewell America'."

George: "The main thing is your brother was dealt with like any Crowned Head of State. After the powers that be determined that your brother was a traitor, Lyndon [Baines Johnson, then Vice President] and I, and other noteworthy persons, including those in the Military and Intelligence, and others, arranged a public execution. On the facts, it was justified and proper."

Teddy: "George, it was not justified. Jack found terrible murder plots within the CIA, and was determined to scatter them to the wind and you know it. He would not instigate a nuclear strike against the Soviets. It is nonsense to claim Jack was a Communist, or soft on them. He wanted to take away the tax loophole favoring your oil pals."

George: "Your brother was a traitor. He had to be punished, as a symbol to all, that a traitor will have his head chopped off or his brains blown out, in public, for all to see."

Teddy: "My family has been in favor of silence on these subjects. They do not want to go public to rebut these outrageous accusations. Caroline, my niece, dissents. She demands the matters, the films, the documents, once and for all, be made public. Her husband, Schlossberg, a grain speculator, for business reasons, wants the silence to continue."

George: "Publicizing the details cannot be allowed."

Teddy: "Why?"

George: "Because the public is stupid. How can we explain high-level Affairs of State to dummies? The public execution was justified and necessary, and you know it. To reveal all the details now would tear the country apart."

So, on the 40th Anniversary of the assassination of John F.Kennedy, the media permitted, at least some did, the finger to be pointed at Lyndon Baines Johnson, now dead, once Vice President and then President. In espionage jargon, this is dealing with a sticky subject by a "limited hang-out", a throwaway detail.

Not accused, and they should be, are the British Royalty, the American CIA, Daddy Bush's Texas oil buddies, and Fascist killers high up in the U.S. Military and Intelligence agencies.

Considering that the French are holding all the cards---the films and proof as to Dallas---it was plain stupid for Bush, Jr., that is George W. Bush, to attack the Paris government regarding the plan to invade Iraq. Daddy Bush, maybe most have already forgotten, publicly opposed the pre-emptive attack on Iraq.

The oil-soaked, spy-riddled monopoly press would not dare report any details, which they already know, of the meeting between Daddy Bush and Teddy Kennedy.

Censorship and the War Gang

Only old-timers remember the World War Two censorship agency. It was called Office of War Information, OWI. It was run by the ultra-rich families of Chicago.

It functioned, more or less, despite being riddled with historical and other contradictions and conflicts of interest.

One such controlling group was the Marshall Field family of Chicago. Their huge fortune was based originally on their swindling the Federal Government out of large sums while supplying shoddy military clothing during the American Civil War.

By 1939, members of the Field Family were intermarried with the British Monarchy, under a false English Flag calling itself the House of Windsor yet they were actually German Royalty, the House of Hanover, heavily pro-Hitler.

And the so-called British Royalty owned the Prudential Insurance Company, of Newark, New Jersey. During World War Two, they, as a private concern, were in charge of the Strategic Bombing Survey. They decided on what targets, if any, were to be bombed by the Allies in Nazi Germany. Of course, American-owned Nazi facilities favored by the pro-Hitler supposed British Royals were spared. Including German plants of Ford Motor Company, General Motors, General Electric, and International Business Machines (which made and supplied specialized instruments to keep track of those in the Nazi concentration camps). At the close of the war, many of these were intact as was the facilities of the chemical octopus I.G. Farben, a joint enterprise with Rockefeller's Standard Oil of New Jersey. Most of these operated with slave labor that were starved and worked to death.

During World War Two, the Chicago Tribune, principal owners being the pro-Nazi British Royals, violated war censorship by publishing U.S. Military secrets. In so doing, they endangered our troops by disclosing their movements. Nevertheless, OWI, having so many hang-ups as mentioned, never saw fit to seize the presses and offices of the Tribune for such blatant treason.

[In various articles and books, the independent-minded brave investigative journalist, George Seldes, and others like him, mentioned the World War Two treachery of the Chicago Tribune. The Marshall Field huge corrupt fortune is mentioned in the heavily documented but nowadays seldom-mentioned book, "The Great American Fortunes" by Gustavus Myers.]

So, by the time of the pre-emptive attack by the U.S. on Iraq, March, 2003, the offspring and relatives of the two-faced, war-mongering gang knew what to do. Censorship against the common people of the U.S. was backed up by financial threats against the oil-soaked, spy-riddled monopoly press.

Such as CBS's parent firm, Viacom, exceeded the number of media outlets permitted by law in various major markets. They were muzzled by threats of the White House to force the sell-off of outlets. Moreover, CBS' highly secretive, greatly profitable Military Games Division, formulating war strategies, could have their Pentagon contracts cancelled.

NBC owners, General Electric, could lose war goods contracts. ABC Network's parent, Mickey Mouse, could lose sports coverage contracts were the White House to order Federal Grand Jury probes of ABC's dirty business with mobster sports agents including, murdering of key figures. [Some years ago in Chicago Federal District Court were disclosed this type of bloody business, in the Norby Walters case.] Also, Disney could lose Pentagon contracts for the propaganda productions and videos made and promoted by Disney in South America and elsewhere, to support Fascist regimes favored by the American CIA.

So in Persian Gulf War Two, the American monopoly press had their censorship marching orders:

===no news pictures or radio or television of returning casket of dead U.S. soldiers.

===no accurate casualty count, U.S. minimized, Iraqi inflated. No mention of the one out of ten Americans in Iraq were actually employees of private contractors in uniform with no insignia for security, maintaining tanks, computers, and such.

In Persian Gulf War One, the number of civilian contractors employees assisting the U.S. Military was one out of one hundred real military. The contractor employees being in false military uniforms to assist their security. By the time of Gulf War Two, it was one out of ten so-called "U.S. Military" was actually a civilian employee in uniform, no insignia. ===no open discussion of U.S. Military as despised foreign invaders. And no detailed discussion that we have killed tens of thousands of primarily Iraqi civilians. All done, with no actual Declaration of War, in violation of the U.S. Constitution. And all this against a country whose population is less than ten per cent of that of the U.S. AND no evidence of Iraq's supposed Weapons of Mass Destruction.

===no open, detailed discussion of the White House/Pentagon orders to assassinate U.S. and foreign journalists and photographers. Among the reasons for the murders being that some of them have been documenting the mass graves of U.S. "Green-Card" soldiers. That is, Mexican and others caught sneaking over the border into the U.S. are dragooned into the U.S. Military and soon shipped off to Iraq. Yet, they are hard to supervise since they do not speak English. As dead soldiers, their bodies are not sent back to U.S. no man's land. Where are they from, after all? The bodies are dumped in unmarked graves in Iraq.

===Secret, unmarked offices in the Pentagon are the source of the Big Lie, dirty propaganda tricks funding. Major newspapers are apparently paid, or benefited by barter, in major media markets. To do what? To promote ads and articles urging persons to "test your IQ". In case you forgot, it stands for intelligence quotient, the ratio between the tested mental age and the chronological age. Website versions of major newspapers carry the same.

And some of the same are in virtually free circulated, shortened versions of major newspapers, in Dallas, Chicago, and New York. Appealing this way to young men and women, with accompanying entertainment news, of military age of 18 to 34.

The purpose? To cull out the dummies, in advance of an expected necessary draft of young men and women to be foreign invaders not only in Iraq, but Syria, Lebanon, Iran, and North Korea, among other places. To consolidate U.S./British control of the oilfields of the Mid-East and surrounding territories.

The Liars and Whores of the Press are silent about the head of the Pentagon, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. He has been a Director of the huge Swiss worldwide war contractor, ABB, that supplied North Korea with nuclear processing equipment. Set up a group as an "enemy" and then mobilize armies to go to get them. Thus maintaining the central power supposedly of the U.S., actually a declining Imperial Power.

Deny everything. But thy name is still Adolf Hitler.

MACHO BUSH IS OK?

Howsoever it is happening, it is still a fact. America now has numerous enemies, worldwide.

Some want to dump on the U.S. their virtual slave-labor made products, under-cutting and wrecking American labor. For a variety of reasons, as instigated by the American/British Aristocracy, with others as their stooges and scapegoats, some would like to arrange the downfall of the U.S. Bill of Rights. Are they royalists and would-be Monarchists feeling safer with an iron-fisted Emperor?

Still others perceive Americans as misguided imperialists, itching to dominate the world with brutal force.

Whether they realize it or not, however, progressives in America seem determined to show George W. Bush to the planet as a lying wimp in the White House. And whether Americans are ready to admit it to themselves or not, the future of the U.S. seems to require a strongman who is going to do the following:

===With little formality and in the absence of legality, and without hesitation, proceed to bomb to bits any lesser nation, rightly or wrongly that seems to counter American foreign policy.

===That sends our so-far volunteer armies, as foreign invaders, falsely promising good government and good times to the targeted land, proceeding to occupy whatsoever country that dares to seem to bother us. And this, whether that country is actually a danger or as phantasized by the war-mongering American Aristocracy and their oil-soaked, spy-riddled American monopoly press.

===That purports to be the head man of the U.S., having become a tyrant, without a Declaration of War, that is pledged to swiftly "Bomb Into Democracy" any would-be counter-tyrant, having howsoever small a population compared to America.

President Franklin D. Roosevelt was once accused of having a presidential cabinet member who was "a son-of-a-bitch". FDR rapidly responded, "Yes, BUT HE IS MY SON-OF-A-BITCH."

At this fragile moment of American history and finance, the American psyche seems to require a ferocious Fascist, someone being behind the mask, actually NOT a nice, sweet "Christian family man". Why? To deal with a world perceived as populated with enemies of America, lined up against us, labeled as so-called "terrorists", to harm us.

In their heart of hearts, far too many Americans accept the illustrious credentials of George W. Bush and those of the Bush Crime Family:

1. George W. Bush's grandfather bribed the highest level of U.S. government to sidestep treason charges against him, in the midst of World War 2. It cannot any longer be denied. Prescott S. Bush, Sr., financed Hitler and escaped jail.

2. George Herbert Walker Bush, George W.'s father, used post-war surviving Nazi war criminals to aid his election ambitions, including the Presidential campaign of 1988, and some contend, to cover up the murder of President John F. Kennedy in which Daddy Bush was complicit. The younger Bush, like his father, continues the cover up of the murder of JFK eyewitnesses.

3. Daddy Bush was started and financed in the oil business by pro-Hitler members of German royalty, the House of Hanover, masquerading as the falsely labeled British House of Windsor.

4. George W. Bush did not show up for military service as part of the Air Force Reserve. Through bribery and political clout, he was not court martialed as he should have been.

5. As supervised by Daddy Bush, himself a pedophile, George W. Bush travels with and cavorts with his long-time male sex-mate, Mayor of a sizeable southern city. Bush the Younger is blackmailed about this by the Red Chinese Secret Police to divulge U.S. industrial, financial, and MILITARY secrets. Some in the U.S. Secret Service, outraged by this treason to aid and abet a sworn enemy of the U.S., have quietly resigned.

6. The day before 9-11, Daddy Bush met with a brother of supposed "terrorist", created by the American CIA, Osama bin Laden. As supervised by Daddy, George W. was in a position to have prior knowledge of the crazies in the U.S. Aristocracy arranging the tragedy of 9-11 to be falsely blamed on "Arabs", who did not actually participate except as patsies. All, for the purpose of justifying a new Crusade against the Moslem World, perceived as enemies of the Christian Western World, and to cancel the Bill of Rights.

The question remains: Is Macho Bush ok, as the rotten scoundrel America requires in an uncertain world and time?

WAL-MART IS BIG BROTHER

Realists assert that George Orwell invented Wal-Mart. Savvy investigators, on the other hand, contend the Rockefeller oil interests invented both Sam Walton-WAL-MART and Orwell, an interesting observation.

Sprung up in Arkansas, in no man's land, and now strangely spread out across the world (Rockefeller pushed them), Wal-Mart has taken over the tracking of most everyone, all on behalf of the FBI and the Red Chinese Secret Police (who supervise the production of cheap price slave-labor products for W-M).

At or near their headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas/Clinton/Bushie Land, BIG BROTHER MART has a super-secret facility, tied to every store, by satellites and other means.

So you come up to the cash register and pay cash for your purchases. You have NOT shown any credit card, debit card, office/factory i.d., driver's license, or any such. Big Brother/Big Sister starts remotely reading you through devices concealed in or near the cash register. The store managers, assistant managers, cashiers, and their clerks called associates, uniformly deny knowing about any of this and/or how it works.

First off, the strip in your paper money is read, to determine if the currency is real. [Are Federal Reserve notes, issued by a conspiratorial PRIVATE central bank, and masquerading as the "U.S. Dollar", REAL?]

Secondly, the device reads any magnetic or other similar strip on your person, including the RFID chip concealed in some clothing or other item you have previously bought in the store and have on your person. Your supposed turned "off" cell phone in your pocket is likewise identifying you through a built-in strip.

Furthermore, the moment you entered the store, face recognition equipment already scanned you and compared your face to a monstrous database.

Jointly with their pals/business partners, the Red Chinese Secret Police, Big Brother Mart has made a deal with FBI. Big Brother Mart will supply data on persons to the FBI, which agrees to use these worldwide stores. The deal is paid for by the U.S. taxpayers since Big Brother Mart bills the FBI for services rendered. And while they are at it, Big Brother Mart has secretly penetrated the FBI and supplies FBI secrets to the Red Chinese Secret Police who also are allowed, permitted, and condoned to operate on U.S. soil with impunity.

So, Big Brother Mart is absolutely immune from FBI/DEA investigations for reportedly handling Southwest China dope, called "China White", for example, concealed in hollow parts in imported bicycles and other items.

Sooner or later, any software/computer can be hacked into. Super types with the American CIA; have gotten into Big Brother Mart's computers, through a "trap door" installed by the maker. To harass FBI/ Big Brother Mart, the CIA planted a bug that causes an intentional occasional glitch. Across the U.S., for example, some wide-awake folks are shocked by noticing their name printed on the sales slip. How did THAT get there? They had given no credit card or such. Retired CIA "spooks" are laughing at spooking Wal-Mart.

So while they are crushing local smaller storeowners, Big Brother Mart is keeping watch, making a list on everyone. Through chips, some costing less than four cents a piece, concealed in Wal-Mart goods, such as clothing and many other items, they are broadcasting subliminal advertising messages right into your subconscious. Certainly beats junk mail, junk internet, and ignored radio/TV/print ads.

So, you thought the movie "Enemy of the State" was fiction. Ha! Ha! Fooled you.

Smart guys/gals enter Wal-Mart wearing a mask, with all their pocket/purse belongings wrapped in aluminum foil or the foil from potato chip bags. Cynics go one step further. They remove from their holiday closet their aluminum Halloween costume. Hey, watch out! The store manager may signal the police, thinking you are coming to do a stick-up.

Saddam, Prisoner of Carlyle Group

As usual, the Liars and Whores of the Press promote the Big Lie as to the secret team that snatched Saddam Hussein.

Some claim the unit was not fully informed, other than they had a high priority target. And there are contentions that the unit, part of the American CIA, came within a few seconds of misguidedly hurling a grenade down into the "spider hole" in which Saddam was kept as a prisoner. Left unsaid by the oil-soaked, spy-riddled monopoly press is that Saddam was being kept as a prisoner buried in a grave-like hole, breathing air through a tube to the surface, rather than the media fairy tale that he was simply hiding.

WHY?

The reasons for having kept Saddam a prisoner under such circumstances, and elsewhere kept for some time in captivity, revolve around his huge worldwide properties. Through some of his relatives, and through secret trust accounts and agreements, and through secret bank accounts and other financial intermediaries, Saddam Hussein has been a major stockholder/bond holder, through nominees, front persons, and other ways to conceal ownership, of and in the following, among his other worldwide properties:

===as owner of Daimler-Chrysler, maker of Mercedes Benz car and trucks and through cars and products of Chrysler. Supposedly, if Saddam was not held prisoner as he was for some time prior to be removed from the hole near a farm house, on the outskirts of his home-town of Tikrit, Saddam could come to a meeting of Daimler's Board of Directors and demand to sit down as a duly authorized member of the Board, Saddam being a major owner of the firm.

===Hachette, the foreign firm, owning, among other things, magazines in the U.S. and elsewhere. In the U.S., Saddam's firm owned George Magazine, now defunct, the editor of which was John F. Kennedy, Jr. In 1999, as the son of assassinated President John . Kennedy, Junior was fighting around with magazine owner Hachette which was planning to cease publication of George magazine on or about December, 1999. Junior claimed this would violate his contract and agreement with Hachette.

John F. Kennedy, Jr., was secretly intending to use the magazine to publicize at least two otherwise censored stories. (A) As to who-all was complicit in the murder of his father, including the Bush Crime Family, particularly Daddy Bush, the Texas oil tycoons tied to Daddy Bush and then Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, as well as some owners of the Federal Reserve key unit, the Federal Reserve District Bank of New York.

Just prior to being assassinated, President Kennedy issued an Executive Order, under a little-known provision, authorizing him to issue hundreds of millions of dollars of genuine U.S. paper money, principally two-dollar bills, in opposition to the Federal Reserve private paper money masquerading as "the U.S. Dollar". [More details in Part 42 of this website series, sub-titled "The Public Execution of John F. Kennedy".

And further, (B) For JFK, Jr., planning to use George Magazine to publicize, as he knew, the treasonous arrangements of Daddy Bush with Saddam Hussein. Junior was threatening, to keep Hachette from suspending publication of George Magazine, to publicize Daddy Bush's private business partner, Saddam, as a major owner of Hachette. Also, to expose the long-time trickery and game-playing by Saddam by, for, and with the American CIA and Daddy Bush and his various business pals including Carlyle Group.

The monopoly press, belatedly ran a story of Saddam's more than 40 year role with the American CIA. United Press International, UPI. AFTER the U.S. as a pre-emptive strike, not by a Declaration of War, invaded Iraq, ran a story of the secret role of Saddam with the American CIA. The UPI story, April 10, 2003, had an opening statement in a detailed article "U.S. forces in Baghdad might now be searching high and low for Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, but in the past Saddam was seen by U.S. intelligence services as a bulwark of anti-communism and they used him as their instrument for more than 40 years, according to former U.S. intelligence diplomats and intelligence officials." By holding Saddam Hussein as a prisoner for many months before he was removed from the grave-like hole he was kept in (somewhat similar to a Viet Cong "tiger cage" for humans), and in other places where he was kept captive, Carlyle Group was determined to force Saddam somehow to divulge his portion of at least a two-part series of codes into Saddam's vast ownership of worldwide properties.

The other half of the secret codes has been kept by Saddam's half-brother who resided in Switzerland. That relative, according to European sources, made public statements in the 1990s, that were Saddam to be harmed or assassinated by the American CIA, that the relative would release secret records of the Bush Crime Family's treason, requiring that they be subject to criminal prosecution, as shown by their worldwide 25 secret accounts.

Late in the 1990s, that relative's great bunch of documents fell into our possession. We began posting them early in 2000, ON-LINE as attached to our website series "Greenspan Aids and Bribes Bush". The records are in two parts. First, there are the hand-written notes of the head of the Internal Affairs Division of the U.S. Treasury, analyzing with codes the Bush Crime Family's secret 25 worldwide accounts. Then there are the secret Federal Reserve wire transfer records, under the secret code of Alan Greenspan, Fed Commissar, showing the worldwide accounts of the Bush Crime Family.

One document shows the Bush Crime Family with their joint account with Queen Elizabeth II, of ONE HUNDRED BILLION DOLLARS, in HER private bank, Coutts Bank London. BIG BUCKS JUDGES

In America, the commonfolk have somehow come to believe that the Federal courts are the site of honest judges, not subject to local political pressures or corruption. On the other hand, there is the widespread perception that the state courts, unlike the federal courts, are subject to operating pursuant to the local moneyed interests and politics.

The federal judges are generally immune from being the target of finger-pointing in the popular press. Why?

Contrary to popular wisdom, starting as long ago as 1966, we have dared point out as court-reformers that federal judgeships are bought and sold. And moreso than the state courts, big bucks are involved.

The federal courts are the very foundation of stiff control by the Establishment, "the powers that be", the ultra-rich, the Ruling Class---in short, THEM. Throughout the history of the United States, the larger outlets of the popular press promoted the fairy tale, that the federal judges, all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court, are not "for sale".

Seldom mentioned is a heavily-documented book that shows the major corruption is in the U.S. Supreme Court and on-down the federal court chain. ["The History of the Supreme Court" by Gustavus Myers.] Most university and other large law libraries do not have the book. The librarians of the same would deny that there ever was such a book.

Many law schools have hanging on their wall a gold-framed portrait of John Marshall. Early in the 19th Century, he was Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court for upwards of thirty five years. Law students, and later, as members of the Bar, read and mouth-off his pronouncements as if they were issued by a Deity, in beautiful, cast-in-stone language.

In the colonial America period, and then in the beginning of the United States of America, the ultra-rich were principally land swindlers. By their fundamental nature, the State Courts were well-equipped and set up to punish the dirty business. The federal courts, all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court, were not. Why?

The difference is the Constitutions, of the States, as compared to that of the Federal. Generally, State Constitutions grant great power to the central authorities of the State and the People therein. The basic U.S. Constitution is not that unusual of an instrument. As a parliamentary system, the federal Constitution has many loopholes and defects. So, early in the history of the U.S. of A., the so-called Founding Fathers, primarily of the moneyed and mercantile class, were forced to add a Bill of Rights. Without that, the U.S. Constitution may not have been accepted by the common people of the colonies. [Study the 1794 Whiskey Tax rebellion as well as the Sedition Laws.]

Most of the first Ten Amendments repeatedly and forcefully have the word NO. They are a shield against the tyranny of a federal central government. The State Constitutions, on the other hand, are primarily a sword.

The U.S. Bill of Rights set forth supposed guarantees to the ordinary people, to prevent the U.S. from having an Emperor operating with Executive authority in conjunction with a Parliament that is "for sale", beholden to the Aristocracy.

But early on, Chief Justice John Marshall practically destroyed the powers of the State Constitutions. Using flowery language in Marbury versus Madison, he took away the basic powers of the State Court Judges. Such judges thereafter were no longer effective against the land title surveyors and robbers, to whom the Chief Justice was obligated.

And who benefitted? Why, the Chief Justice's own brother, a land criminal. When the high court had his brother's case, Chief Justice Marshall did NOT disqualify himself. Guess who won in his crooked high court?

The Bench and the Bar, hand-cuffed to the media fakers, promote fairy tales. They even have John Marshall Law School a few steps away from the Federal Courthouse in Chicago, the Dirksen Building. Shackled to the Federal Courts, the law professors are forever praising the federal Banker-Judges.

Another seldom-mentioned, heavily-documented book is "The Corrupt Judge" by Joseph Borkin, published in 1962. Generally nothing happens to a crooked federal judge in cases involving an underdog against a large corporate interest. On the other hand, a federal judge, as the book points out, is subject to being crushed if the Judge gets in the middle between two large money interests, fighting each other. This has been moreso in patent cases, much mentioned in the book. And it is true, as well, in the related trademark and copyright cases.

[Borkin's book deals mostly with the impeachment of federal judges. On the other hand, in the entire history of the U.S., the bulk of all the state and federal judges ever sent to prison for bribery and other high crimes, occurred within the last forty years, a direct result of the work of our group, the Citizen's Committee to Clean Up the Courts.]

The key matter that may make the difference is massive publicity of federal court corruption, often difficult to obtain.

What, on occasion, prevents a small-timer from getting Equal Justice Under Law, are the customs, practices, and usages, a legal jargon term meaning the entrenched not always codified habits of public officials and big money baggers. Two block-buster cases that show this are in the Federal Courts in Chicago. One is a copyright and contract case against Coca-Cola. The other is a trademark and contract case against Pepsi-Cola.

BUYING A FEDERAL JUDGESHIP

In the Coca-Cola case, as shown by the undisputed federal court record, a reputed gangster bought and procured the Chicago U.S. District Court Judgeship for Judge Blanche M. Manning [(312) 435-7608.] Paid was One Million Dollars. Part of an elite government team contacted our group and informed us they were investigating the buying of the judgeship by a known gangster---but, get this---that the amount stated by my testimony in the court records, was inaccurate. They confirmed, they said, that the gangster paid TWO MILLION DOLLARS. The government took no action against the gangster, however.

The traditional mafia used to be located in Chicago's old West Side, a few blocks from the Federal Courthouse. The Mob moved just West of Chicago to Du Page County. The former State's Attorney of Du Page County, a reputed pal of the Mob, and willfully blind to their activities, was William J. Bauer. By 1970, he was the Chief Federal Prosecutor in Chicago, with the title of U.S. District Attorney. He went on to be a judicial-fixer, and cover-up artist for major corporate criminals and sits as a Senior Circuit Judge [(312) 435-5810 ] in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Chicago.

On tape we once interviewed a top offical of the popular suburban newspaper, The Daily Herald.

Citizen's Committee to Clean Up the Courts: "As Associate Editor, can you tell us why your publication never prints anything about the gangsters in Du Page County that moved from the old West Side?"

Associate Editor of the Daily Herald: "There is nothing to print. No news. There are no gangsters, no Mafia, in Du Page."

(I presumed he was sheepish about this, afraid the Boys would bomb his delivery trucks.)

In Du Page County was a local state court Judge, John W. Darrah, sitting in the Du Page County Circuit Court, in Wheaton, Illinois. In 1993, Judge Darrah stopped to talk to a television reporter.

TV Reporter: "Judge, I see where the powers that be have rejected you for a judgeship in the Illinois State Appellate Court in Elgin." [Called Illinois Appellate Court, Second District, one step below the state high tribunal, the Illinois Supreme Court.]

Judge John W. Darrah: "Yes, I suppose that is true. I guess they must have figured I am not acceptable."

Funny thing. Some time AFTER 1993, "the Boys", "the Syndicate" apparently as a front for the moneyed class and the Aristocracy, reportedly found Darrah "acceptable" and reportedly paid several million dollas to buy and procure him a better job, as Chicago U.S. District Judge [(312) 435-5619 ].

The Establishment would have you believe that cases when filed, are assigned to a federal district court judge's docket by "random selection", that is, in fairy tale style, while the Court Clerk is blind-folded picking a Judge's name out of a fishbowl. After years of investigating the process, we are convinced that certain big money cases against major financial interests---such as against the two largest beverage firms---are fixed from the beginning. That is, the cases are corruptly assigned to a certain known federal district judge "in" on the obstruction of justice.

A maxim we found to be true over a period of forty six years of our research and investigations of court corruption and judicial bribery, is YOU NEED A CROOKED CLERK'S OFFICE TO ASSIST CROOKED JUDGES.

Some years ago, because of our work, the Chief Deputy Clerk of the U.S. District Court in Chicago, Robert P. Steine, was sent to federal prison for various criminal offenses, getting sentenced to two five-year prison terms. At the time, when we first publicly accused the Chief Deputy Clerk, the Chief Judge of the Court, William J. Campbell, himself having escaped charges of bribery by big-time real estate interests, was quoted in the Chicago Tribune as calling me a "liar" and my public accusations "a diatribe".

Shortly thereafter, we also accused the Chief Clerk of the U.S. District Court, Elbert Wagner, of various criminal offenses. BUT, he dropped dead before he was to be indicted by a federal grand jury as a result of our work.

CROOKED HABITS OF THE JUDGES and their GANG

In the case against Coca-Cola, plaintiff Robert E. Kolody caused to be filed some six Motions, with specifics, that Judge Manning had perpetrated a fraud upon her own court, while the judge was operating under a malign if not corrupt influence to benefit Coca-Cola and their attorneys. This included, but was not limited to, Judge Manning committing Judicial Perjuries---straight-out lies, as shown by the undisputed court records. To evade the accusations, the Judge fraudulently and unlawfully changed the title of the accusing Motions.

After several other obstructions of justice occurred by the federal judges in the federal appeals court, the case was sent to a secret court that supposedly investigates bribery and corruption of federal judges. [See "Coca-Cola, the CIA, and the Courts, parts 10 and 11.]

What is seldom if ever mentioned in the oil-soaked, spy-riddled monopoly press, is that Congress has unconstitutionally abandoned their power to investigate and impeach Federal Judges. Instead, federal judicial bribery matters are sent to a secret court where they are torpedoed. [Serious researchers need to study and ponder Title 28 United States Code, Section 372.]

SITTING AS A JUDGE IN THEIR OWN CASE

Fundamental to Anglo-Saxon Law, over the centuries, is that no man can sit as a Judge in their own case. Despite that, implicit in what Judge Manning did in the Coca-Cola case, she sat as a Judge in her own case, and declared herself innocent of having corruptly obstructed justice and committed a fraud upon her own court.

In the Pepsi-Cola case, as of the time of this posting, Chicago Federal District Judge John W. Darrah is set to sit as a judge in his own case, to consider Robert J. Corr's Motion to Purge, etc., accusing Judge Darrah of specific matters that the judge committed obstructions of justice and frauds upon his own court, while acting under a malign if not corrupt influence, in combination with Pepsi-Cola and their attorneys. Hey, Judge Blanche M. Manning and Judge John W. Darrah never heard of fundamental law? That a person cannot sit as a judge in their own case?

ithout a Declaration of War by Congress, the Bush White House and their War Cabinet intend to go forward with a secret plan to spread the Mid-East conflict by an attack on Syria and Iran.

This comes at a time that the U.S. foreign invasion of Iraq appears to be spinning out of control. Insurgents are attacking U.S. troops across the country.

The justification for the plan includes the following but is not limited thereby:

1. That alleged satellite images from the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office, NRO, purport to show that the spreading shoot-back within Iraq is, in part, from weapons supplied in part from Iran and from weapons trans-shipped through Syria.

2. The weapons supposedly contain toxic substances including bio-chemical agents to be supposedly let loose on U.S. forces, together with the small number of coalition troops, within Iraq.

3. Further purported justification is that the use of such weapons within Iraq by purported insurgents might, inevitably, draw Israel into the conflict. In that, Israel, being nearby, would feel endangered thereby. And further, Israel has already quietly informed the Bush White House and their War Cabinet, that Israel reserves the sovereign right to defend themselves, with sub-nuclear retaliatory weapons if they so deemed it necessary .This, against whosover appears to be, or is actually, threatening the entire safety of Israel, surrounded as they are by religious enemies pledged to the destruction of that tiny sliver of map. [Americans find it convenient to forget that the British, to control the Arab oil fields, in 1948, inserted the Jews to be amongst their mortal enemies, and be surrounded by enemies, to forever irritate the Arabs, with the Jews and Arabs attacking each other, with no clear-cut remedy available.]

4. Dissidents amongst U.S. Admirals and Generals, as "flag officers", contend they have documented, irrefutable proof, as follows:

(a) That Daddy Bush together with certain crazies in the Joint Chiefs Of Staff, on behalf of a faction in the Aristocracy, felt the necessity for a latter day "Pear Harbor". To force the half-asleep U.S. populace to warrant a necessary attack by the West on the Moslem world, in part to control large reserves of in-ground petroleum, such as in Iraq. This at a time that the Saudi oilfields were scheduled in a few years to be tapped out. [Pearl Harbor was to mask the U.S. entering the War to save the ill-equipped British in their War with Germany. About the same number of Americans were "thrown away", sacrificed by the Aristocracy, December 7, 1941, and on September 11, 2001.]

A similar but aborted plan, 39 years prior to 9-11, was documented in a book that was published right before September 11, 2001, "Body of Secrets" by James Bamford.

It details "Northwoods" Plan, a scheme to blow up U.S. airplanes with innocent Americans onboard, and similar orchestrated violence, in 1962, to falsely blame onto Fidel Castro, to start an out-cry for the U.S. invasion and seizure of Cuba.

Under the prior conceived home-grown plan for 9-11, it was designed to be blamed onto Saudi exchange students and such others, resident in the U.S. on U.S. military facilities, to be the "airplane hi-jackers" and patsies. [No such Arabs were onboard the purported airplanes hi-jacked, or actual ground-controlled drones. ] George W. Bush was simply forewarned by Daddy Bush, unconstitutionally the actual controller of the White House, to "stay out of it", delay any action. So although informed of two planes or something similar, hitting the twin towers at the New York World Trade Center, George W. Bush, nevertheless, continued to joke about goats with Grammar School students at a school in Florida. Bush, Jr., did nothing, as Commander-in-Chief , to counter-mand a U.S. Military stand-down for that very morning.

(b) To also jexplain away the seizure by U.S. forces of Afghanistan to enable certain oil interests, including the Bush Crime Family, to profitably run a oil and gas pipeline across Afghanistan. And from there to Pakistan, India, China, and points East. This from a time prior to 9-11, that Condoleeza Rice, a Director of Chevron-Pennzoil-Texaco, with large Bush ownership; she did not succeed in her negotiations with Osama bin Laden, as to the per centage to be paid to the Taliban and others for pipeline approval.

With the eventual U.S. grab of Afghanistan right after 9-11, but conceived by the Bushies prior thereto, two top consultants of the Chevron oil cartel became the top officials of the U.S. puppet government in Kabul.

5. Daddy Bush and George W. Bush have become aware that the current dissident "flag officers", have been planning, at least since March 20, 2003, if not before, to arrest their Commander-in-Chief, as authorized by the Uniform Military Code. If the White House occupant and resident arrests them for mutiny, if they are not assassinated, then they intend to defend themselves at Courts Martial, with the irrefutable, documented proof of treason against the U.S. Constitution and the American people, committed by George W. Bush and his father.

[On our website and others, and on radio talk shows, we ran exclusive details since about 1996 of a smaller but similar group of 24 "flag officers" who vowed to arrest Comander-in-Chief Bill Clinton for treason. Ten of them were assassinated, some of whom we named only after their murder, pledged as we were to complete secrecy. Included were General David McCloud, head of the Alaska Military District. And Admiral Jeremy Boorda, Chief of Naval Operations, highest naval officer in Uniform, head of the patriotic military team. He was falsely described as having "committed suicide" with two different caliber of weapons, shooting himself, supposedly, in the chest and head. [Clinton's assassins falsely justified their killing of Admiral Boorda, with statements that since he was a Jew, that by their twisted view of the world, he was automatically plotting against a sweet nice Christian, named William Rockefeller Clinton. 6. The current dissident "flag officers" have documented, irrefutable proof:

(a) that Daddy Bush and George W. Bush had prior knowledge and were part of a home-grown, NOT Moslem, plot to murder several thousands supposedly "expendable" Americans, to make half-awake Americans approve of a supposedly American Christian war against the Moslem World. Seldom mentioned, naturally, is that centuries prior, the Christian Crusades against the Moslem World, were a failure. And that a Kurd, Saledin, rallied that part of the planet against the West.

(b) that there was no basis for a supposed pre-emptive strike against, and U.S. foreign invasion of, Iraq. That Saddam Hussein, became one of the richest men on the planet while a private business partner of George Herbert Walker Bush.

The pay-off, they demanded, was for 40 Billion Dollars and that Kurdistan be a separate nation, not under the domination of a supposed "New" Iraq, or Turkey across the border with their Kurd population, or the U.S.

The Bushies took over the custody of Saddam. Thereafter, to double-cross the Kurds, George W. Bush ordered the American CIA to murder, by bombing, hundreds of Kurd leaders and followers at a Kurd meeting where many hundreds of Kurds were also severely wounded.

7. The secret plan to spread the conflict to Iran and to Syria, consists of the following, but is not limited thereby:

(a) The U.S. is to use "smart-bombs", missiles, and other airborne and other weapons, to supposedly surgically destroy supposed targets in Iran, where by weapons to Iraq insurgents are being supplied, and from places in Syria from which they are trans-shipped.

(b) the supposed targets are to be shown to half-awake Americans as alleged satellite images from the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office. BUT, remember, in 1991, Daddy Bush, then President, had lured Saddam Hussein in going forward with his nation's longstanding grievance against Kuwait. That the Kuwait royal family were slant-drilling into Iraq oil fields and that Kuwait was unlawfully keeping Province 19, part of Iraq, as supposed Kuwait territory. U.S. Ambassador April Glaspie falsely assured Saddam that the U.S. would NOT interfere with Iraq pursuing their grievance.

Left unsaid, of course, was that Kuwait, and Saudi, that far into the 20th Century, were still keeping black chattel slaves. And that U.S. Troops, a substantial number being Afro-Americans, were falsely sent into this situation, in violation of the U.S. Constitution, 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments, outlawing slavery and making the protecting of slave-masters illegal. So, in 1991, to alarm Americans, and to scare the degenerate Saudi royals to let loose with more Billions for the Bush Crime Family, the Daddy Bush White House used fraudulent supposed "satellite images", showing Saddam's troops already passed through Kuwait and gathering on the Saudi border.

8. Daddy Bush as White House controller and the occupant and resident of the White House (who we refuse to label as "President" because the other candidate won the popular vote, the Electoral Vote was stolen by Bush/and five U.S. Supreme Court Judges, and so the actual elected President was NOT inaugurated)---have secretly arranged with the Five-Judge, Military-style Junta on the U.S. Supreme Court, as follows:

(a) that the high court majority will see to it that no lower federal court is permitted to take jurisdiction of any suit contending the planned attacks, or attacks underway, by the U.S. on Iran and Syria, are unconstitutional and not pursuant to a Congress-voted Declaration of War.This has been secretly arranged with and through Associate high court Justice Antonin Scalia, a latter-day iron-fisted Fascist mindset purported judge. In plain street lingo, a "Go To Hell" Judge. As we have earlier stated, Scalia, on the bench, represents the Billion Dollar stock portfolio of Rockefeller's University of Chicago. In violation of the perjury provisions, and the mandatory federal judge annual financial disclosure, Scalia has not so divulged. Many of the stock interests he thus represents are war-mongering corporations.

(b) Thus, no court or other challenge to the secret plan of Daddy Bush and George W. Bush, will be permitted by the Fascist majority sitting supposedly on the nation's highest tribunal. For the Bushies to so arrange this, is,of course, a violation of the U.S. Constitution's provisions for Separation of Powers, Executive, Legislative, Judicial branches.

9. The current crisis is perfect in view of related events:

(a) because of financial hardships and dislocations, there is in the U.S. an epidemic of anti-Jew sentiment, inclining to blame all the planet's problems on "the Jews", the so-called Jew bankers, the Jew-owned mass media, and so on. Some point, to no avail, to documented studies, such as Martin Mayer's book "The Bankers", that only one bank-bank, that is, a bank housed in a building, in the whole U.S., has as much as one top official, a Jew. Others point, to no avail, to the documented study, "The New Crowd: The Changing of the Jewish Guard on Wall Street", by Judith Ramsey Ehrlich and Barry J. Rehfeld, how the international bond houses with German Jewish names, and head people with Jewish-sounding surnames, have not been actual Jews for more than three generations, having long since converted to being Lutherans, Catholics, and such. It likewise avails nothing to point out that the major media do have managers and supervisors with Jewish surnames, BUT THE ACTUAL OWNERS are not Jews. For example, Citicorp, the actual owners are members of the Saudi Royal Family and the Rockefellers.

(b) The epidemic of anti-Jew sentiment in America has been fed, very conveniently, by the Mel Gibson movie. See my website series "The Ash Wednesday Plot". So that those with Jewish last names are immediately dismissed as worthless when commenting with criticism of the Bushies and their war-mongering. Such as the commentators on the newly created Air America Radio network.

10. Among the motives for the secret planned attack on Syria and Iran, is to save George W. Bush. So that the highly patriotic dissident Admirals and Generals might reconsider arresting him as their Commander-in-Chief, for the treason committed by him and Daddy Bush.

Some contend the American/British Aristocracy is in decline. That they seek to somehow perpetuate their control by whatever means possible, mostly foul. And that they are a relatively small number of people, degenerates and misfits, who take the commonfolk from one blunder to another. And that they rule the ordinary people without the consent of the governed.

Most important. These plutocrat lowlifes, to further enrich themselves, orchestrate wars and Depressions to the bloodshed and detriment of the bulk of the mis-educated, misinformed, toxic/poison fed half-awake people.

Notice how many years it has taken for the undisputed documents to emerge, that the U.S. was allowed, permitted, and condoned, to slip into war, by way of Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941, where there was foreknowledge at the highest U.S. /British level and by which the lives of two thousand Americans were thrown away, so that the U.S. Aristocracy could justify entering the World War, to be entangled in commotions across the oceans, against opposing and financially competing Aristocracies in Asia and Europe.

Sixty years later, there is a home-grown, monstrous bloodshed, September 11, 2001, arranged and scripted from the highest level of the U.S./British Establishment, throwing away the lives of three thousand Americans, to justify cancelling the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. [The Brits have nothing to cancel, having no written organic Law like the U.S. Constitution.] A horror falsely blamed on "Arab hijackers" to warrant an American/British Holy War, the supposed Christians versus the Moslem reputed "infidels".

And how many decades must pass before ordinary folk know and understand that 9-11 is a home-grown product falsely blamed on somebody created by the American CIA sending signals from a faraway cave?

The bulk of the Americans are faced with a problem without the usual remedies and answers. Dubya, a member of the Satanic cult, the Skull & Bastards Society, seeks to run for the U.S. Presidency against a fellow member of the same Secret Society with their repulsive rituals and initiation procedures, namely John F. Cash & Kerry. Realists continue to contend that George W. Bush is merely the resident and occupant of the Oval Office, having been installed by a corrupt, five-Judge Military-Style Junta on the nation's highest tribunal, the U.S. Supreme Court. Time will tell whether ordinary Americans will have a Presidential election in the way they expect from tradition.

Meanwhile, upwards of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Americans as despised, foreign invaders, are sinking in a quicksand called Iraq. The oil-soaked, spy-riddled monopoly press would have us believe that the Iraq people are sub-human, and deserve to be slaughtered. The place once called Mesopotamia was the Cradle of Civilization; that the Iraq people have a great number of well-educated, teachers, doctors,engineers, and workers is forgotten.

Yes, Saddam Hussein was created by the bloody American CIA, starting as long ago as 1958, when he was hired by the spy shop and became a failed assassin of the Monarchy then in Baghdad. And, yes, to some who greatly opposed him, he was a son-of-a-bitch but to the bulk of the Iraqi people, HE WAS THEIR SON-OF-A-BITCH. Under his rule, University education was free and gasoline was five cents per gallon. For a period of years, Iraq was the most properous, developing nation in the Mid-East. There has been more knowledge of opera music among the Iraqis than among the boorish Americans.

They were a prosperous example of a secular government surrounded by religious mind-twisted degenerate potentates and dictators. Under Saddam, the Iraqi people were uplifted, not so the surrounding backward satraps pushing down their commonfolk. Then the oil swindlers, headed by Daddy Bush, lured Iraq into a war with Iran which has more than three times as many people. The purpose of the war, 1980 to 1988, was to burn down some of the oil machinery, Iran/Iraq, for the West to benefit by keeping up the price of petroleum.

American has been a mostly easy-going, large land mass open society, a place where the "powers that be" find it simple to stage so-called "terrorist" events to be falsely attributed to "Arab crazies" infiltrating the U.S. [A separate story is necessary to detail how the Saudi exchange students resided on U.S. Military posts and immediately the day after 9-11 were pictured by the newsfakers as the accused "hi-jackers". Yet at least seven of the supposed "hi-jackers" were alive, never having entered the U.S. They were set up as a sort of group of "Lee Harvey Oswalds", patsies. The airline passenger lists do not show ANY Arabs as having been passengers on any of the airplanes of 9-11.]

So, America has plenty of potential "terrorist" targets. And the creators of 9-11 have set up an American Gestapo to harass and spy on any dissidents. Is it a mere coincidence that the agency set up by the Bushies, with the Bush Family having helped install Adolf Hitler, is called Homeland Security, is an American version of the full term, abbreviated as Gestapo? [German for internal security, Geheime Staats politizei, Ge-Sta-po.]

The U.S./British Ruling Class perpetrated 9-11 as an East Coast horror. Is the West Coast to be the next example, to divert Americans and others from the failing, rapacious policies of the Aristocracy?

A potential target for an orchestrated "terrorist" event might possibly be, for example, Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco. California Governor Arnold "Schwaren-Nazi" (coming from a pro-Hitler Austrian Family) certainly is making such a potential event possible.

"The California National Guard is standing down Friday from the Golden Gate Bridge, where guards wearing camouflage and carrying assault weapons have been patrolling since Sept. 11, 2001.

"The decision, approved by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, was not based on cost--$5.2 million a year--nor the need to deploy the guards elsewhere, said Gary Winuk, California Chief deputy director of the California Office of Homeland Security...."

" 'The guard mission was always temporary in nature', said 'bridge spokeswoman Mary Currie' ". 'We're not happy about it...It's been an invaluable asset to us. They've been an integral part of the fabric of the security of the bridge for the last two and a half years.' "

So` is the next target of the Establishment, "the powers that be", the Ruling Class,---THEM, that is, THE TERROR CARTEL, to be something well known, such as the Golden Gate Bridge? Let's hope that by spreading this story far and wide before this Saturday May 1, 2004 that the Schwarzennazis will have to call off their San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge attack. If it doesn't materialize then we (Skolnick and Bloom) will gladly take the blame for stopping the innocent slaughter of thousands and the evil plans of the Bush Crime Family.
