Something very worrisome is happening. Some of Rockefeller's best toadies oppose the Iraq war. But Rockefeller and his ilk are responsible for this war. What gives?

It appears the global elite is dividing its minions into two "house teams" again. The last time this happened we had the Fascist-Communist slugfest called World War Two. The same satanic cabal controlled both sides and picked Germany to take the fall.

This time, the U.S., Britain and the "coalition of the willing" are on one side. On the other are France, Germany, Russia and China. The centre of global power is moving to China, Europe and Russia. I see a world war over Korea, or more likely Iran and control of Middle East oil. The U.S., overextended from Kuwait to Korea, will come up short.

My guess is that the US will find itself increasingly isolated and vilified as a result of the Iraq war. I suspect the hidden agenda is to bring down the world's last superpower; to replace the UN with a new instrument of "world government"; to kill a lot of people, and to wean Americans off democracy and their high standard of living.

GLOBALISTS AGAINST THE IRAQ WAR?

Jimmy Carter, Nelson Mandela, George Soros, Mikail Gorbachev and Walter Cronkite are all globalist elder statesmen-for-hire. Curiously, they all oppose the Iraq war.

Jimmy Carter, a creation of Rockefeller's "Trilateral Commission" publicly supported more UN inspections. Mikhail Gorbachev said the war is a big mistake. Nelson Mandela called it a "tragedy" and warned Bush was plunging "the world into a holocaust."

Financial maven George Soros said:" The Bush doctrine is grounded in power; legality and legitimacy are decorations." Finally, Walter Cronkite, who is linked to Rockefeller's CFR warned:

"We are going to be in such a fix when this war is over, or before this war is over. Our grandchildren's grandchildren are going to be paying for this war. I look at our future as, I'm sorry, being very dark."

The leaders of Russia, France, Germany and China also voiced opposition with uncharacteristic bluntness. They must have the OK of the global money masters. "Military action ... is a big mistake," Vladimir Putin said. " Iraq has presented no danger..." China urged the US and Britain to halt their military actions.

France, Russia and Germany all refused a U.S. request to close their Iraqi embassies. North Korea apparently is preparing for war.

Even in England, major newspapers like The Mirror have been scathing in their criticism of Tony Blair. British newspapers belong to the same clan. I suspect England will defect to Europe's side before this fiasco is over.

PARALLELS TO WORLD WAR TWO

Before World War Two, a faction of the British elite built up Hitler. This was known as the "policy of appeasement." After Hitler fell into the trap of attacking Poland, they did a "sleight of hand" and replaced the accommodating Chamberlain with the defiant Churchill.

Iraq is a similar trap. The United States has squandered the sympathy and good will it earned on Sept 11. The images of the World Trade Centre have been replaced in the world's mind by the spectacular explosions in Baghdad.

The US comes across as a bully too cowardly to pick on anyone its own side. Notch this victory up beside its thrashings of Grenada, Panama and Serbia. The gloating by US TV commentators is particularly distasteful to the outside world.

The damage to America's moral authority is incalculable. After this war, who will have sympathy for Americans if Chinese atomic bombs rain down on Los Angeles and New York? The devil degrades his victims before he destroys them.

ELITE TREASON

For almost 100 years, the American leadership class has belonged to an international cabal that is determined to dissolve all human loyalties, including the nation state, and establish a global tyranny. George Bush, who is part of this cabal, has led the American people into a trap.

Who in their right mind would deliberately alienate 1.3 billion Muslims? Of course Hussein is a bad man but this is not the motive. The U.S. is acting as gofer for the Zionists and the oil cartels, two leading parts of the cabal. They will come out ahead while Americans will foot the bill and take the brunt of Muslim indignation.

Can the U.S. even count on Israel? At his trial, Israeli Spy Jonathon Pollard was called "the greatest traitor in the history of the United States" (Gordon Thomas, Seeds of Fire, p.31-32). In the words of CIA Director George Tenet, Pollard, an American Jew, stole "every worthwhile intelligence secret we have." In the year prior to his arrest in Nov. 1986, Pollard transmitted "over 360 cubic feet of top secret paper to Israel," his trial was told.

According to Thomas, Israel's Mossad routinely trades information and technology with China's Secret Intelligence Service. (482) Pollard's information could have commanded a pretty price. Thomas says the theft from Los Alamos of the last 50 years of US nuclear research was also a joint Mossad-Chinese operation (33). He says an Israeli team inspected the American EP-3 spy plane the Chinese forced down in April 2001. (487)

But Israeli espionage must be seen in the context of the treachery of the American political elite in general. During the Clinton Administration, there was massive transfer of critical military technology to China. For example, in late 1994 the Chinese bought and dismantled a McDonnell Douglas plant in Columbus OH that allowed them to produce ultra-modern airplanes and silkworm cruise missiles.

This technology transfer is continuing under the Bush Administration. Consider the recent sale to China of a GM plant in Valparaiso IN, laying off hundreds of workers and moving sophisticated equipment used for making smart bombs. This transfer of nuclear and other technology to China is reminiscent of what took place after World War Two when secrets of the atom bomb were provided to Russia. Can you see the pattern? Russia and China belong the cabal and are being used to subjugate the United States. China is to be the new hub because its people are already used to tyranny. In another parallel with the past, American industry is relocating to China and other low-cost countries. At least 3.3 million US white-collar jobs and $136 billion in wages will shift there by 2015. (See The New American magazine, March 10, 2003). Similarly, Wall Street invested heavily in Nazi Germany in the 1930's. Standard Oil (through subsidiary I.G. Farben), General Motors, Ford, ITT and IBM were mainstays of the Nazi war machine.

In conclusion, while Americans are distracted by jingoism and jiggle, they are being set up for a nasty fall. The leadership class has already "left the building" as it were. The end of the Iraq war will find the United States isolated and reviled. As the Bush cabal tries to push its advantage, it will come into conflict with China and other nuclear powers. A major confrontation will ensue and an overextended US will be humbled. Americans will take a greatly reduced place in a new world order.

Americans should direct their anger not at their country but against their political and cultural elite, which is corrupt, cowardly, and traitorous.

As SARS, Bioterror Fears Grow, Prototype Isolation and Treatment Facility to Be Built in Pittsburgh Area Beginning Mid-August

150-Bed Prototype of 500-Bed Facility to Be Assembled From Polymer Composite Panels

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Three northern Virginia companies today announced plans to assemble a prototype facility outside of Pittsburgh next month that could be used for isolating patients in the event of a terrorist attack with weapons of mass destruction, containing a SARS outbreak, or providing shelter for victims of natural disasters.

Assembly of the approximately 6,000 square-foot, 150-bed building, called an Emergency Isolation and Treatment System (EITS), will begin in mid-August and will be open to the public during the last week of August.

The Daedalus Project, Inc., of Alexandria, Va., (www.daedalusproject.com) developed the polymer composite panels to meet the requirement for low-cost housing in developing countries. Corporate partners in the project include AT&T Government Solutions, of Vienna, Va., which is providing leading edge voice and data communications, and Radian, Inc., also of Alexandria, Va., which is providing engineering and technical support. The group is currently seeking a hospital supply company to join the consortium.

The EITS project is part of federally-funded effort that is being conducted through the Allegheny County Bureau of Emergency Service, and RISC, Inc., a non-profit organization located in the county. The prototype will be assembled on the grounds of a Westinghouse facility in Monroeville, Pa., outside of Pittsburgh.

The companies involved said the EITS, a 150-bed prototype of a 500-bed facility, could be used to provide observation, quarantine, isolation, and treatment to victims of weapons of mass destruction, outbreaks of infectious diseases (such as SARS), temporary shelter in the event of a natural disaster, and a variety of other purposes for which the facility will be evaluated. The lightweight polymer panels used to construct the facility are easily assembled and have applicability to a broad range of structures, both temporary and permanent. They are impervious to all types of infestation and contamination and may be re-used or recycled. Additionally, EITS is field-site deployable.

"This government-funded effort is based, among other things, upon the simple economic notion that response to emergencies implies recovery, which entails costs," said Dr. Edward McCulloch, president of Daedalus. He pointed out that the cost to decontaminate the Hart Senate Office building after the anthrax contamination were estimated to be upwards of $30 million and that the Brentwood mail facility in Washington, D.C. has yet to reopen and the costs are not yet known.

"The prevailing approach of pressing schools, public buildings or sports complexes into service in the event of emergency is very costly," he said. "Similarly, the fragile economic profile of many hospitals makes them very vulnerable to the impact of contaminating emergency wards or the loss of revenue from having to close a section during long-term reconstruction. Those events could also have devastating effects upon hospital insurers. The costs of the fully-functional emergency isolation and treatment facility are anticipated to be less than 5 percent of a modern hospital."

"Communications and information sharing are essential components of any emergency facility," said Michael Polmar, AT&T Government Solutions sales vice president, National Information Systems. "That's where AT&T Government Solutions comes in. Our experience as a solutions integrator and networking leader is invaluable for projects requiring the full range of IT capabilities. We believe this temporary building approach is a very viable alternative for public officials trying to respond and prepare for a range of requirements that will be evaluated within this facility -- including temporary command and control centers."

ASHCROFTS DETENTION CAMPS

General Ashcroft's Detention Camps

Jonathan Turley is a professor of constitutional and public-interest law at George Washington University Law School in D.C. He is also a defense attorney in national security cases and other matters,
writes for a number of publications, and is often on television. He and I occasionally exchange leads on civil liberties stories, but I learn much more from him than he does from me.

For example, a Jonathan Turley column in the national edition of the August 14 Los Angeles Times ("Camps for Citizens: Ashcroft's Hellish Vision") begins:

"Attorney General John Ashcroft's announced desire for camps for U.S. citizens he deems to be 'enemy combatants' has moved him from merely being a political embarrassment to being a constitutional menace." Actually, ever since General Ashcroft pushed the U.S. Patriot Act through an overwhelmingly supine Congress soon after September 11, he has subverted more elements of the Bill of Rights than any attorney general in American history.

Under the Justice Department's new definition of "enemy combatant"-which won the enthusiastic approval of the president and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld-anyone defined as an "enemy combatant," very much including American citizens, can be held indefinitely by the government, without charges, a hearing, or a lawyer. In short, incommunicado.

Two American citizens-Yaser Esam Hamdi and Jose Padilla-are currently locked up in military brigs as "enemy combatants." (Hamdi is in solitary in a windowless room.) As Harvard Law Professor Lawrence Tribe said on ABC's Nightline (August 12):

"It bothers me that the executive branch is taking the amazing position that just on the president's say-so, any American citizen can be picked up, not just in Afghanistan, but at O'Hare Airport or on the streets of any city in this country, and locked up without access to a lawyer or court just because the government says he's connected somehow with the Taliban or Al Qaeda. That's not the American way. It's not the constitutional way. . . . And no court can even figure out whether we've got the wrong guy."

In Hamdi's case, the government claims it can hold him for interrogation in a floating navy brig off Norfolk, Virginia, as long as it needs to. When Federal District Judge Robert Doumar asked the man from the Justice Department how long Hamdi is going to be locked up without charges, the government lawyer said he couldn't answer that question. The Bush administration claims the judiciary has no right to even interfere.

Now more Americans are also going to be dispossessed of every fundamental legal right in our system of justice and put into camps. Jonathan Turley reports that Justice Department aides to General Ashcroft "have indicated that a 'high-level committee' will recommend which citizens are to be stripped of their constitutional rights and sent to Ashcroft's new camps."

It should be noted that Turley, who tries hard to respect due process, even in unpalatable situations, publicly defended Ashcroft during the latter's turbulent nomination battle, which is more than I did.

Again, in his Los Angeles Times column, Turley tries to be fair: "Of course Ashcroft is not considering camps on the order of the internment camps used to incarcerate Japanese American citizens in World War II. But he can be credited only with thinking smaller; we have learned from painful experience that unchecked authority, once tasted, easily becomes insatiable." (Emphasis added.)

Turley insists that "the proposed camp plan should trigger immediate Congressional hearings and reconsideration of Ashcroft's fitness for important office. Whereas Al Qaeda is a threat to the lives of our citizens, Ashcroft has become a clear and present threat to our liberties." (Emphasis added.)

On August 8, The Wall Street Journal, which much admires Ashcroft on its editorial pages, reported that "the Goose Creek, South Carolina, facility that houses [Jose] Padilla-mostly empty since it was designated in January to hold foreigners captured in the U.S. and facing military tribunals-now has a special wing that could be used to jail about 20 U.S. citizens if the government were to deem them enemy combatants, a senior administration official said." The Justice Department has told Turley that it has not denied this story. And space can be found in military installations for more "enemy combatants."

But once the camps are operating, can General Ashcroft be restrained from detaining-not in these special camps, but in regular lockups-any American investigated under suspicion of domestic terrorism under the new, elastic FBI guidelines for criminal investigations? From page three of these Ashcroft terrorism FBI guidelines:

"The nature of the conduct engaged in by a [terrorist] enterprise will justify an inference that the standard [for opening a criminal justice investigation] is satisfied, even if there are no known statements by participants that advocate or indicate planning for violence or other prohibited acts." (Emphasis added.) That conduct can be simply "intimidating" the government, according to the USA Patriot Act.

The new Steven Spielberg-Tom Cruise movie, Minority Report, shows the government, some years hence, imprisoning "pre-criminals" before they engage in, or even think of, terrorism. That may not be just fiction, folks.

Returning to General Ashcroft's plans for American enemy combatants, an August 8 New York Times editorial-written before those plans were revealed-said: "The Bush administration seems to believe, on no good legal authority, that if it calls citizens combatants in the war on terrorism, it can imprison them indefinitely and deprive them of lawyers. This defiance of the courts repudiates two centuries of constitutional law and undermines the very freedoms that President Bush says he is defending in the struggle against terrorism."

Meanwhile, as the camps are being prepared, the braying Terry McAuliffe and the pack of Democratic presidential aspirants are campaigning on corporate crime, with no reference to the constitutional crimes being committed by Bush and Ashcroft. As Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis prophesied: "The greatest menace to freedom is an inert people." And an inert Democratic leadership. See you in a month, if I'm not an Ashcroft camper.

Beware the military-industrial complex

July 25, 2003—Halliburton, Vinnell and other corporations in the oil bidness signed no-bid, secret contracts before the invasion of Iraq. It was coincidence, the administration said. I believe them! I read that ConocoPhillips Oil has received a contract from Qatar to drill for natural gas. Another coincidence, I'm sure. But I would like to quote in part a speech from a liberal Democrat. It is quite long but what I quote from it is not taken out of context. The entire speech is available.

"In the councils of government we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

"We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.

"The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded.

"Down the long lane of history yet to be written, America knows that this world of ours, ever growing smaller, must avoid becoming a community of dreadful fear and hate, and be instead, a proud confederation of mutual trust and respect." End of quotes and, as I wrote previously, none are taken out of context, but I made a mistake.

The person I was quoting was not a liberal Democrat. I just remembered that it was General Dwight D. Eisenhower in his farewell speech to the nation in 1961 as he spent his last day as President of the United States of America.

A Republican president who served our nation in two World Wars, serving as supreme allied commander in Europe during World War II. He foreshadowed the possibility of corporate profiteers committing treason by trading with the enemy, while our troops continue to die in Iraq and Afghanistan. Present day Republicans ignore President Eisenhower's warnings because it has nothing to do with sex. Trading with the enemy is all right because it's good bidness. And everyone knows how Republicans feel about others' sexual activities. They'll spend $70 million dollars of our money to find out!

It would be a stretch, but some might say that I "traded with the enemy" at times in my life but, actually, I prefer sex. I'm not a Republican so the only sexual activities I'm interested in are mine, my wife's and my girlfriends.'

It has been said "that a civilized man seeks out good and intelligent company so that through learned discourse he may rise above the savage and closer to God." I don't remember who said this, but it has long been one of the guiding inspirational axioms in my life. And I'm surrounded by Republicans who, like their beloved leader, have eschewed learned discourse.

Queen Elizabeth controls and has amended U.S. Social Security, as follows:

S.I. 1997 NO.1778 The Social Security ( United States of America) Order 1997 Made 22nd of July 1997 coming into force 1st September 1997. At the Court at Buckingham Palace the 22nd day of July 1997. Now, therefore Her Majesty an pursuance of section 179 (1) (a) and (2) of the Social Security Administration Act of 1992 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is please, by and with advise of Her privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:

"This Order may be cited as the Social Security (United States of America) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st September 1997."

Does this give a new meaning to Federal Judge William Wayne Justice stating in court that he takes his orders from England? This order goes on to redefine words in the Social Security Act and makes some changes in United States Law.

Remember, King George was the "Arch-Treasurer and Prince Elector of the Holy Roman Empire and c, and of the United States of America." See: Treaty of Peace (1738) 8 U.S. Statutes at Large. Great Britain which is the agent for the Pope, is in charge of the USA 'plantation.'

What people do not know is that the so called Founding Fathers and King George were working hand-n-hand to bring the people of America to there knees, to install a Central Government over them and to bind them to a debt that could not be paid. First off you have to understand that the UNITED STATES is a corporation and that it existed before the Revolutionary war. See Respublica v. Sweers 1 Dallas 43. 28 U.S.C. 3002 (15)

Now, you also have to realize that King George was not just the King of England, he was also the King of France. Treaty of Peace * U.S. 8 Statutes at Large 80.

On January 22, 1783 Congress ratified a contract for the repayment of 21 loans that the UNITED STATES had already received dating from February 28, 1778 to July 5, 1782. Now the UNITED STATES Inc. owes the King money which is due January 1, 1788 from King George via France. Is this not incredible the King funded both sides of the War. But there was more work that needed to be done. Now the Articles of Confederation which was declared in force March 1, 1781 States in Article 12 " All bills of credit emitted, monies borrowed,and debts contracted by, or under the authority of Congress, before the assembling of the United States, in pursuance of the present confederation, shall be deemed and considered a charge against the United States, for payment and satisfaction whereof the said United States, and the public faith are hereby solemnly pledged."

Now after losing the Revolutionary War, even though the War was nothing more than a move to turn the people into debtors for the King, they were not done yet.

Now the loans were coming due and so a meeting was convened in Annapolis, Maryland, to discuss the economic instability of the country under the Articles of Confederation. Only five States come to the meeting, but there is a call for another meeting to take place in Philadelphia the following year with the express purpose of revising the Articles of Confederation

On February 21, 1787 Congress gave approval of the meeting to take place in Philadelphia on May 14, 1787, to revise the Articles of confederation. Something had to be done about the mounting debt. Little did the people know that the so called founding fathers were acutely going to reorganize the United States because it was Bankrupt.

On September 17, 1787 twelve State delegates approve the Constitution. The States have now become Constitutors. Constitutor: In the civil law, one who, by simple agreement, becomes responsible for the payment of another's debt. Blacks Law Dictionary 6th Ed. The States were now liable for the debt owed to the King, but the people of America were not because they were not a party to the Constitution because it was never put to them for a vote On August 4th, 1790 an Act was passed which was Titled.-An Act making provision for the payment of the Debt of the United States. This can be found at 1 U.S. Statutes at Large pages 138-178. This Act for all intents and purposes abolished the States and Created the Districts. If you don't believe it look it up. The Act set up Federal Districts, here in Pennsylvania we got two. In this Act each District was assigned a portion of the debt. The next step was for the states to reorganize their governments which most did in 1790. This had to be done because the States needed to legally bind the people to the debt. The original State Constitutions were never submitted to the people for a vote. So the governments wrote new constitutions and submitted them to people for a vote thereby binding the people to the debts owed to Great Britain. The people became citizens of the State where they resided and ipso facto a citizen of the United States. A citizen is a member of a fictional entity and it is synonymous with subject.

What you think is a state is in reality a corporation, in other words, a Person.

"Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is Person." 9 F. Supp 272 "Word "person" does not include state. 12 Op Atty Gen 176.

There are no states, just corporations. Every body politic on this planet is a corporation. A corporation is an artificial entity, a fiction at law. They only exist in your mind. They are images in your mind, that speak to you. We labor, pledge our property and give our children to a fiction.

Now before we go any further let us examine a few things in the Constitution.

Article six section one keeps the loans from the King valid it states; All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

Another interesting tidbit can be found at Article One Section Eight clause Two which states that Congress has the power to borrow money on the credit of the United States. This was needed so the United States (Which went into Bankruptcy on January 1, 1788) could borrow money and then because the States were a party to the Constitution they would also be liable for it.

The next underhanded move was the creation of The United States Bank in 1791. This was a private Bank of which there were 25,000 shares issued of which 18,000 were held by those in England. The Bank loaned the United States money in exchange for Securities of the United States

Now the creditors of the United States which included the King wanted paid the Interest on the loans that were given to the United States. So Alexander Hamilton came up with the great idea of taxing alcohol.The people resisted so George Washington sent out the militia to collect the tax which they did. This has become known as the Whiskey rebellion. It is the Militia's duty to collect taxes. How did the United States collect taxes off of the people if the people are not a party to the Constitution? I'll tell you how. The people are slaves! The United States belongs to the floundering fathers and their posterity and Great Britain. America is nothing more than a Plantation. It always has been. How many times have you seen someone in court attempt to use the Constitution and then the Judge tells him he can't. It is because you are not a party to it. We are SLAVES!!!!!!! If you don't believe read Padelford, Fay & Co. vs. The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah. 14 Georgia 438, 520 which states " But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in court, on the ground of a breach of the Constitution, the Constitution, it is true, is a compact but he is not a party to it."

Now back to the Militia. Just read Article One Section Eight clause (15) which states that it is the militia's job to execute the laws of the Union. Now read Clause (16) Which states that Congress has the power to provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the Militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States.... the Militia is not there to protect you and me, it is there to collect our substance.

As you can plainly see all the Constitution did is set up a Military Government to guard the King's commerce and make us slaves.

If one goes to 8 U.S. statutes at large 116-132 you will find "The Treaty of Amity, Commerce and Navigation. This Treaty was signed on November 19th, 1794 which was twelve years after the War. Article 2 of the Treaty states that the King's Troops were still occupying the United States. Being the nice King that he was , he decided that the troops would return to England by June 1st, 1796. The troops were still on American soil because, quite frankly the King wanted them here.

Here is the key to were this started:

Many people tend to blame the Jews for our problems. Jewish Law governs the entire world, as found in Jewish Law by MENACHEM ELON, DEPUTY PRESIDENT SUPREME COURT OF ISRAEL, to wit:

"Everything in the Babylonian Talmud is binding on all Israel. Every town and country must follow all customs, give effect to the decrees, and carry out the enactment's of the Talmudic sages, because the entire Jewish people accepted everything contained in Talmud. The sages who adopted the enactment's and decrees, instituted the practices, rendered the decisions, and derived the laws, constituted all or most of the Sages of Israel. It is they who received the tradition of the fundamentals of the entire Torah in unbroken succession going back to Moses, our teacher."

We are living under what the Bible calls Mammon. As written in the subject Index, Mammon is defined as ("Civil law and procedure").

Now turn to the "The Shetars Effect on English Law" -- A Law of the Jews Becomes the Law of the Land, found in "The George Town Law Journal, Vol 71: pages 1179-1200." It is clearly stated in the Law Review that the Jews are the property of the Norman and Anglo-Saxon Kings. It also explains that the Talmud is the law of the land. It explains how the Babylonian Talmud became the law of the land, which is now known as the Uniform Commercial Code. The written credit agreement -- the Jewish shetar is a lien on all property (realty) and today it's called the mortgage! The treatise also explains that the Jews are owned by Great Britain and the Jews are in charge of the Baking system. We are living under the Babylonian Talmud, it is were all of our problems come from. It was brought into England in 1066 and has been enforced by the Pope, Kings and the Christian churches ever since. It is total and relentless mind control, people are taught to believe in things that do not exist.

Now before you scream that the UCC is unconstitutional I'm sorry people, you are not a party to any constitution. Read the case cite below.

"But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in court, on the ground of a breach of the Constitution. The Constitution it is true, is a compact, but he is not a party to it." Padelford, Fay & Co., vs. Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah 14 Ga. 438, 520

You have to understand that Great Britain,(Article six Section one) the United States and the States are the parties to the Constitution not you. Let me try to explain. If I buy an automobile from a man and that automobile has a warranty and the engine blows up the first day I have it. Then I tell the man just forget about it. Then you come along and tell the man to pay me and he says no. So you take him to court for not holding up the contract. The court then says case dismissed. Why ? Because you are not a party to the contract. You cannot sue a government official for not adhering to a contract (Constitution) that you are not a party too. You better accept the fact that you are a Slave. When you try to use the Constitution you are committing a CRIME known as CRIMINAL TRESPASS. Why ? Because you are attempting to infringe on a private contract that you are not a party to. Then to make matters worse you are a debt slave who owns no property or has any rights. You are a mere user of your Masters property! Here are just a couple of examples:

"The primary control and custody of infant is with the government" Tillman V. Roberts. 108 So. 62

" Marriage is a civil contract to which there are three parties-the husband, the wife and the state." Van Koten v. Van Koten. 154 N.E. 146.

"The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State: individual so-called "ownership" is only by virtue of Government, i.e. law amounting to mere user; and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State. Senate Document No. 43 73rd Congress 1st Session. (Brown v. Welch supra) You own no Property because you are a slave. Really you are worse off than a slave because you are also a debtor.

"The right of traffic or the transmission of property, as an absolute inalienable right, is one which has never existed since governments were instituted, and never can exist under government." Wynehamer v. The People. 13 N.Y. Rep.378, 481

Great Britain to this day collects taxes from the American people. The IRS is not an Agency of the United States Government.

All taxpayers have an Individual Master File which is in code. By using IRS Publication 6209, which is over 400 pages, there is a blocking series which shows the taxpayer the type of tax that is being paid. Most taxpayers fall under a 300-399 blocking series, which 6209 states is reserved, but by going to BMF 300-399 which is the Business Master File in 6209 prior to 1991, this was U.S.-U.K. Tax Claims, meaning taxpayers are considered a business and involved in commerce and are held liable for taxes via a treaty between the U.S. and the U.K., payable to the U.K. The form that is supposed to be used for this is form 8288, FIRPTA-Foreign Investment Real Property Tax Account. The 8288 form is in the Law Enforcement Manual of the IRS, chapter 3. The OMB's-paper-Office of Management and Budget, in the Department of Treasury, List of Active Information collections, Approved Under Paperwork Reduction Act is where form 8288 is found under OMB number 1545-0902, which says U.S. with holding tax return for dispositions by foreign persons, of U.S. Form #8288, #8288a.

These codes have since been changed to read as follows: IMF 300-309, Barred Assessment, CP 55 generated valid for MFT-30, which is the code for the 1040 form. IMF 310-399 reads the same as IMF 300-309, BMF 390-399 reads U.S.-U.K. Tax Treaty Claims. Isn't it INCREDIBLE that a 1040 form is a payment of a tax to the U.K. Everybody is always looking to 26 U.S.C. for the law that makes one liable for the so called Income Tax but, it is not in there because it is not a Tax, it is debt collection through a private contract called the Constitution of the United States Article Six, Section One. and various agreements. Is a cow paying an income tax when the machine gets connected to it's udders ? The answer is no. I have never known a cow that owns property or has been compensated for its labor. You own nothing that your labor has ever produced. You don't even own your labor or yourself. Your labor is measured in current credit money. You are allowed to retain a small portion of your labor so that you can have food, clothing shelter and most of all breed more slaves. Did you ever notice how many of the other slaves get upset if you try to retain your labor. You are called an extremist, terrorist and sometimes even a freeman. They say that you are anti-government. When the truth of the matter is you just don;t want to be a slave. But, you do not have the right to force others to be free if they want to be a slave that is entirely up to them. If they want bow down and worship corporations, let them. The United States, Great Britain and the Pope are not the problem, it is the other slaves. We would be free if the want-to-be-slaves were gone. The United States, Great Britain and the Pope would not even exist, because no one would acknowledge them. I for a matter of fact, think that those who are in power are also tired of the slaves. All the slaves do is stand around and MOO!!! For free healthcare, free education, free housing and they beg those who are in power to disarm them I do agree that a slave should not have access to a firearm. How can you disagree with the government passing out birth control ? I hope the breeding of slaves stops or at the very least slows down.

You see we are cows, the IRS is company who milks the cows and the United States Inc. is the veterinarian who takes care of the herd and Great Britain is the Owner of the farm in fee simple. The farm is held in allodium by the Pope.

Now to Rome. "Convinced that the principles of religion contribute most powerfully to keep nations in the state of passive obedience which they owe to their princes, the high contracting parties declare it to be their intention to sustain in their respective states, those measures which the clergy may adopt with the aim of ameliorating their interests, so intimately connected with the preservation of the authority of the princes; and the contracting powers join in offering their thanks to the Pope for what he has already done for them, and solicit his constant cooperation in their views of submitting the nations." Article (3) Treaty of Varona (1822)

If the Sovereign Pontiff should nevertheless, insist on his law being observed he must be obeyed. Bened. XIV., De Syn. Dioec, lib, ix., c. vii., n. 4. Prati, 1844. Pontifical laws moreover become obligatory without being accepted or confirmed by secular rulers. Syllabus, prop. 28, 29, 44. Hence the jus nationale,(Federal Law) or the exceptional ecclesiastical laws prevalent in the United States, may be abolished at any time by the Sovereign Pontiff. Elements of Ecclesiastical Law. Vol. I 53-54. So could this be shown that the Pope rules the world? The Pope is the ultimate owner of everything in the World. See Treaty of 1213, Papal Bull of 1455 and 1492.

I could go on and on, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Don't let this information scare you because without it you cannot be free, You have to understand that all slavery and freedom originates in the mind. When your mind allows you to accept and understand that the United States, Great Britain and the Vatican are corporations which are nothing but fictional entities which have been placed into your mind, you will understand that your slavery was because you believed a lie.

United States Attorney General John Ashcroft told federal and local officials Monday the USA Patriot Act should be expanded, not softened, even as protesters gathered nearby and the Anchorage Assembly and state Legislature have passed resolutions protesting the national anti-terrorism law. Ashcroft charged critics with misconstruing a law that he said broadens the government's ability to nab terrorists. He would like to amplify those powers, he said.

"This is not something novel or new or different," Ashcroft said. "The Patriot Act is simply a way to extend a robust set of tools."

Ashcroft addressed Alaska's Anti-Terrorism Task Force, which includes representatives from 60 federal, state and local agencies. It's one of 93 such task forces around the United States; Ashcroft said he has personally visited about 40 of them.

The attorney general said that in the pursuit of terrorists it's critical that federal and local governments work together. Without the Patriot Act, Ashcroft said, these efforts would be "difficult if not impossible."

The act lowers legal standards for government agents to listen to private telephone calls or search homes. It also grants federal authorities wider access to citizens' personal medical, financial and school records, library records and bookstore purchases.

Congress passed it in the emotional weeks after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. But since then, roughly 150 local and state governments have passed resolutions protesting the act. The Alaska Legislature in May nearly unanimously passed a resolution telling local and state law enforcement to refuse to help federal agents pursuing activities approved by the act.

Last week, the Anchorage Assembly adopted a resolution requesting that Anchorage police and other city agencies refuse to help federal agents in ways that violate "the rights and liberties guaranteed equally under the state and federal constitutions."

The Anchorage Police Department isn't sure how to respond to the resolution, said Walt Monegan, acting police chief.

"The idea of sharing information that could save lives or property is very important," Monegan said after Ashcroft's speech. "No one wants to flaunt any action by the city government, but if information is shared and it saves someone, I think that's very important.

"If there is a crime, we're going to be jumping into it." Ashcroft also met with Gov. Frank Murkowski, federal judges and Department of Justice Employees in Alaska.

Reporters and photographers covering his address were ordered not to approach within several feet of the attorney general, and after his remarks, were limited to asking a total of five questions. Ashcroft evaded answering some of them.

One reporter asked his opinion of Anchorage's and Alaska's resolutions protesting the Patriot Act.

"I believe our relationships are very good," said Ashcroft, who praised Alaska officials as having integrity and being cooperative. What of Alaska Congressman Don Young's objections to the act? Should the act be changed?

"I think it seems to most Americans that an adjustment may be appropriate," Ashcroft said. It should expand to give federal officers more authority, he said.

He was also asked if the municipality and state can ignore the law.

Ashcroft said it's clear that public safety officers want to stop terrorists. "Our business is to secure liberty," he added. "We don't invade or undermine it." The Sept. 11, 2001, attacks showed the country needed better communication and interaction between agencies, Ashcroft said. That's what the Patriot Act provides, he said.

"We were always instructed and guided by the principle that we would never work outside the Constitution," Ashcroft said, in explaining the act's creation. Critics say the Patriot Act erodes privacy and personal freedom. Interest groups across the political spectrum have called for changes.

During Ashcroft's appearance at the Hotel Captain Cook, more than 40 protesters stood in light rain outside, holding signs with messages such as "Dear John, You've Killed the American Dream," "We will not watch what we say" and "Supreme Law of the land is the constitution, not Ashcroft."

Amy Christiansen wore blue cloth around her chest and draped across her shoulder, mocking the cloth Ashcroft ordered placed over a half-nude statue at the Department of Justice last year. She said her outfit demonstrated Ashcroft's agenda, including a justice system that limits citizens' civil liberties. "I don't feel safe in my own country," said Christiansen, 41, a veterinary technician. "I'm embarrassed to be an American."

UAA graduate student Sol Neely was openly enthusiastic about the resolutions passed by the Anchorage Assembly and the state Legislature. Alaskans are politically conservative but respect civil rights, he said. "That makes me very proud to be in Anchorage," Neely said.

Assemblyman Allan Tesche, who sponsored last week's Anchorage resolution, said most feedback he has heard on his resolution is positive. Expanding the Patriot Act further would be a mistake, he said.

"Before we further ratchet down on civil liberties, we need to look at (the Patriot Act) and how it has been implemented ," said Tesche, an attorney. "The overwhelming number of people support what we did. So I'm really proud to stand with the Legislature. We have done exactly the right thing."

UPI Investigates: The vaccine conflict

WASHINGTON, July 20 (UPI) -- The screaming started four hours after 8-month-old Chaise Irons received a vaccination against rotavirus, recommended in June 1998 by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for every infant to prevent serious diarrhea.

Within a day he was vomiting and eliminating blood. Doctors performed emergency surgery, saving him by repairing his intestines, which were folding in on one another. A doctor later figured out the vaccine caused Chaise's problem.

In October 1999, after 15 reports of such incidents, the CDC withdrew its recommendation for the vaccination -- not because of the problem, the agency claims, but because bad publicity might give vaccines in general a bad name.

But a four-month investigation by United Press International found a pattern of serious problems linked to vaccines recommended by the CDC -- and a web of close ties between the agency and the companies that make vaccines.

Critics say those ties are an unholy alliance in a war against disease where vaccine side effects have damaged, hurt or killed people, mostly children.

"The CDC is a disgrace. It is a corrupt organization," said Stephen A. Sheller, a Philadelphia attorney who has sued vaccine makers for what he says were bad vaccines. "The drug companies have them on their payroll."

The CDC, based in Atlanta, said it is committed to fighting disease and balancing vaccine side effects.

"Our goal is to protect the public health from both disease and from serious adverse events," said Dr. Walter Orenstein, director of the CDC's National Immunization Program.

The agency sets the U.S. childhood immunization schedule, or the list of shots pediatricians give children. Some states say kids can't go to public school unless they have had CDC-endorsed vaccines.

Since the mid-1980s the agency has doubled the number of vaccines children get, up to nearly 40 doses before age 2. The CDC also tracks possible side effects, along with the Food and Drug Administration. This puts the agency in the awkward position of evaluating the safety of its own recommendations.

An advisory committee of outside experts helps the CDC make vaccine recommendations. UPI found:

-- In two cases in the past four years, vaccines endorsed by the CDC were pulled off the market after a number of infants and adults appear to have suffered devastating side effects, and some died. Critics now worry about a possible link between vaccines and autism, diabetes, asthma and sudden infant death syndrome, among other ailments.

-- Members of the CDC's Vaccine Advisory Committee get money from vaccine manufacturers. Relationships have included: sharing a vaccine patent; owning stock in a vaccine company; payments for research; getting money to monitor manufacturer vaccine tests; and funding academic departments.

-- The CDC is in the vaccine business. Under a 1980 law, the CDC currently has 28 licensing agreements with companies and one university for vaccines or vaccine-related products. It has eight ongoing projects to collaborate on new vaccines.

The situation, while legal, gives critics plenty of reason to worry that vaccine side effects are worse than CDC officials say.

"When you take a look at the ever-increasing numbers of doses of vaccines babies have gotten over the past two decades and you see this corresponding rise in chronic disease and disability in our children, it is out of control," said Barbara Loe Fisher, president of the National Vaccine Information Center, which does not accept money from vaccine manufacturers.

She worries that vaccines might be linked to ballooning rates of chronic illness like autism, which has increased tenfold since the mid-1980s, and asthma, which has more than doubled since 1980.

Fisher's group wants to overhaul the mass vaccination system.

"The CDC has a very hard time investigating in an unbiased way what is happening to our children because of ideological and financial conflicts of interest," she said. Fisher believes a vaccine injured her son in the 1980s.

Developing a vaccine can cost a half a billion dollars. A recommendation by the CDC guarantees a market and a 1986 law limits manufacturers' liability for side effects.

The annual global market for vaccines is expected to go from $6 billion today to $10 billion by 2006.

The CDC said the best vaccine advisers often have ties to the industry, making potential conflicts unavoidable. Agency officials review possible conflicts.

"The issue of safety is critical and you need people extremely knowledgeable about safety to develop the best policy formulations," said Orenstein. The agency has to weigh possible side effects against dangerous disease. "We need to put safety data in context with risk-of-disease data," he said.

The agency said ethics officials also review partnerships with companies to make new vaccines.

"Each one of those proposed activities is reviewed by the CDC's ethics officials, by our office of general counsel, and by me to make sure that there are no conflicts of interest," said Dixie Snider, CDC associate director for science.

Andrew Watkins, director of the CDC's Technology Transfer Office, negotiates licensing agreements with outside companies. He said agency scientists routinely leave to work with vaccine manufacturers.

"It does happen that some of our inventors end up working for a manufacturer," Watkins said. "In fact, we consider that a wonderful tool of technology transfer, although we do lose a good scientist."

But Watkins said very little money actually changes hands, making it unlikely to influence the CDC. He said companies, including vaccine makers, only gave the CDC around $1 million last year to work on collaborative projects and the agency only got $150,000 last year in licensing fees.

"We are a real cheap date," Watkins said.

Rep. Dan Burton, R-Ind., who has been investigating vaccines for four years, said conflicts at the CDC are a problem, particularly on the vaccine advisory panel. He believes vaccines triggered his grandson's autism.

"This presents a real paradox when the CDC routinely allows scientists with blatant conflicts of interest to serve on influential advisory committees that make recommendations on new vaccines, as well as policy matters," Burton told UPI. "All the while these same scientists have financial ties, academic affiliations, and other vested interests in the products and companies for which they are supposed to be providing unbiased oversight."

Because of concern over vaccine side effects, Congress in 1986 passed a law setting up a database at the CDC to track reports from doctors, manufacturers and the public of possible side effects from vaccines that started in 1991.

As of the end of last year, the system contained 244,424 total reports of possible reactions to vaccines, including 99,145 emergency room visits, 5,149 life-threatening reactions, 27,925 hospitalizations, 5,775 disabilities, and 5,309 deaths, according to data compiled by Dr. Mark Geier, a vaccine researcher in Silver Spring, Md. The data represents roughly 1 billion doses of vaccines, according to Geier.

The reports do not necessarily show that a vaccine caused a problem.


The pain of Rotashield

The CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, ACIP, helps the agency decide what vaccines are safe enough to recommend. It is made up of 12 experts from hospitals, universities and state health departments.

In June 1998, the committee recommended that all infants be vaccinated against rotavirus. The virus causes bad diarrhea that can be fatal.

At the time, vaccine maker Wyeth had a vaccine called Rotashield. Merck hoped to soon follow with its own version.

Wyeth ended up pulling its vaccine off the U.S. market in October 1999 after it was suspected of causing an excruciating contortion where a child's large intestine folds over the small one.

Emergency surgery is sometimes required to prevent death. That was the case with 8-month-old Chaise Irons.

"Chaise was vomiting blood and blood was coming out of his stool," said his mother, Jayne Irons, from her home in Malibu, Calif. Doctors performed emergency surgery to repair Chaise's intestines, saving his life.

Jayne said she never questioned her doctor's advice to give Chaise the vaccine. "I had no reason to doubt anybody. I am such a believer in vaccinations," Irons said.

The Irons' will get $25,000 for Chaise's injuries from a government compensation program.

For Rotashield, the CDC's public database contains 664 total reports possibly caused by the vaccine, including 288 emergency room visits, 63 life-threatening reactions, 232 hospitalizations, 10 disabilities and eight deaths.

"Eight deaths," said Jayne Irons. "You just have to thank God that you are not one of the deaths."

Republican staff on the House Government Reform Committee looked into the CDC panel that recommended the vaccination. Their August 2001 report found that "four out of eight CDC advisory committee members who voted to approve guidelines for the rotavirus vaccine in June 1998 had financial ties to pharmaceutical companies that were developing different versions of the vaccine."

A transcript from that June 1998 meeting shows the committee voted down an effort by one member to phase in the vaccine because of concern over possible bad side effects. "I'm still a little concerned about the safety issues," Marie Griffin from Vanderbilt University said before that vote.

When asked, members of the committee told UPI their potential conflicts do not affect their judgment.

"I am probably just the kind of person you are talking about," said Paul Offit, chief of infectious diseases at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, who was a committee member until last month. At the same time, he shared a patent for another rotavirus vaccine. Merck has funded Offit's research for 13 years.

"I am a co-holder of a patent for a (rotavirus) vaccine. If this vaccine were to become a routinely recommended vaccine, I would make money off of that," Offit said. "When I review safety data, am I biased? That answer is really easy: absolutely not."

"Is there an unholy alliance between the people who make recommendations about vaccines and the vaccine manufacturers? The answer is no."

Merck bought and delivers copies of Offit's book, "What Every Parent Should Know About Vaccines," to American doctors. The book has a list price of $14.95.

"Merck Vaccine Division is pleased to present you with a copy of the recent publication, 'What Every Parent Should Know About Vaccines,'" says a Dear Doctor letter from Merck. "The authors designed the book to answer questions parents have about vaccines and to dispel misinformation about vaccines that sometimes appears in the public media."

Offit said he does not know how many copies of his book Merck purchased. "I don't have any control over that," he said.

The 2001 Government Reform Committee's investigation noted potential conflicts with another committee member. The chairman of the CDC's Vaccine Advisory Committee, Dartmouth Medical School Professor Dr. John Modlin, owned $26,000 in Merck stock.

In a telephone interview with UPI, Modlin said he had sold that stock, but that he had recently agreed to chair a committee to oversee Merck vaccine clinical trials. Modlin, who was the committee chairman until last month, said he does not know how much compensation he receives from that post, but that Merck "pays my expenses" to attend meetings.

In October 1999, the committee reversed its recommendation that all infants should get rotavirus vaccinations. Modlin said the vaccine was safe enough, but the committee reversed itself out of concern that bad press over Rotashield might make some people stop getting vaccinated altogether.

"There could be some spill-over effects that would have a net negative effect," Modlin said. "I thought that was the committee's finest hour."

Meeting transcripts over the past decade showed that at some meetings, half of the members present had potential conflicts with vaccine manufacturers.

The CDC said that in October 2002 it adopted new guidelines for participating on that advisory committee that in the future will preclude people with conflicts like Offit's from sitting on the committee.

"We learned from that experience (with rotavirus) and have now put in force more stringent criteria recently so we do not nominate people with those kinds of conflicts," said the CDC's Snider.

At the June 2002 committee meeting -- the last meeting for which minutes are available -- four of the 11 members present acknowledged conflicts with Wyeth, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Pfizer, Bayer and Aventis Pasteur. Two of the four did research or vaccine trials for manufacturers. One of the four was a co-holder of a vaccine patent as well as a consultant to Merck.


At odds over autism

At 8:05 a.m. on Monday, July 16, 2001, a vaccine safety committee of the influential Institute of Medicine convened a public meeting at the Charles Hotel in Cambridge, Mass.

The purpose: to discuss whether CDC-recommended vaccines might be responsible for a wave of autism and neurological problems in tens of thousands of American children during the 1990s.

The concern: most vaccines contained a mercury-based preservative called thimerosal. Too much mercury has known toxic effects on the brain.

Since the mid 1980s, the number of childhood vaccinations recommended by the CDC had nearly doubled. The agency recommends nearly 40 doses of vaccines for children today. Also since the mid-1980s the autism rate in the United States had soared by 10 times to an astonishing one child in every 300.

Cause and effect or coincidence?

The vaccine manufacturers deny any connection, but the Institute of Medicine -- part of the National Academy of Sciences and a key adviser to the federal government on medical concerns -- wanted to hear from Dr. Thomas Verstraeten, a CDC expert on the issue.

When Verstraeten appeared before the committee, he made a surprise opening statement.

"First, I should mention that as of 8 a.m. European time I have been employed by a vaccine manufacturer," Verstraeten told the panel, according to a transcript. "That means since 2 a.m. American time," just hours before he spoke on behalf of the CDC.

Verstraeten had been working at the CDC on a study of 76,659 children to determine if thimerosal might be causing neurological problems like autism.

Signs of autism usually show up around age 2. Sometimes children who had previously appeared to interact normally will suddenly regress, become withdrawn and stop responding to their parents and the outside world. They may perform repetitive motions, like spinning or flapping their arms, have seizures, scream uncontrollably and resist physical touch.

Manufacturers had used thimerosal, which contains ethyl-mercury, as a preservative in multi-dose vials of vaccine. The vials allow needles to be inserted repeatedly and the vaccine drawn out. The vials are cheaper than packaging doses of vaccine separately, without thimerosal.

Depending on what vaccines a child got during that period, a visit to the doctor during the 1990's may have exposed some children to 125 times the limit on mercury set by the Environmental Protection Agency.

A February 2000 draft of Verstraeten's study, obtained by United Press International, appears to show that thimerosal might cause brain problems.

That draft cites "increasing risks of neurological developmental disorders with increasing cumulative exposure to thimerosal."

"We can state that this analysis does not rule out that receipt of thimerosal-containing vaccine in children under 3 months of age may be related to an increased risk of neurologic developmental disorders," the study said.

To discuss the findings in Verstraeten's study, the CDC convened a meeting at the Simpsonwood Retreat Center in Norcross, Ga., on June 7-8, 2000. The agency invited vaccine experts and representatives of four vaccine manufacturers.

After discussing that study, Dr. David Johnson, a Michigan state public health officer advising the CDC on vaccines, said that the findings were troubling, according to a transcript.

"My gut feeling? It worries me enough," said Johnson. "I do not want (my) grandson to get a thimerosal-containing vaccine until we know better what is going on."

Later in the same conversation, CDC officials agreed to keep the study private.

"We have been privileged so far that given the sensitivity of information, we have been able to manage to keep it out of, let's say, less responsible hands," said Bob Chen, head of CDC's Vaccine Safety and Development unit.

Dr. Roger Bernier, who was then CDC's associate director for science, responded, "I think if we will all just consider this embargoed information, if I can use that term."

The CDC's Walter Orenstein said the agency wanted to look hard at the study before discussing it in public, not cover it up. The CDC never published a study based on the data, but said it would soon.

GlaxoSmithKline declined UPI's request to interview Verstraeten from Rixensart, Belgium, but Orenstein said Verstraeten left the CDC to move back to Europe.

For Lara Bono of Durham, N.C., the connection between vaccines with thimerosal and her son's autism is obvious.

Bono said her son Jackson began to change drastically within days of receiving a group of thimerosal-containing vaccinations.

Bono says that on Aug. 14, 1990, four days after receiving the last of a group of shots, 16-month-old Jackson was becoming withdrawn. Within two weeks he stopped responding or acknowledging his parents. Two weeks after that Jackson no longer would make eye contact. It soon became difficult to get Jackson to eat or sleep. He has had bouts of spinning uncontrollably and seizures.

"Fast forward another couple of months and he was gone. The mercury was in his brain," Bono said.

Years later, Bono discovered that at one point, Jackson's mercury exposure may have been more than 40 times the limit set by the EPA. Nine years later, Bono says, Jackson was diagnosed with mercury poisoning she says came from the vaccines.

Boyd Haley, chairman of the Chemistry Department at the University of Kentucky, has done studies that he says show some children with autism do not excrete harmful mercury from vaccines, but keep it in their bodies. He says the CDC knows the vaccines the agency recommended may have harmed a generation of children.

"I know that they know and that is what bothers me more than anything else," Haley said. "You can't do a study showing it (thimerosal) is safe. It is just too damn toxic."

In June of 2000, the agency's Vaccine Advisory Committee signed on to a statement calling for the removal of thimerosal from vaccines "because any potential risk from mercury is of concern."

"However, there remains no convincing evidence of harm caused by low levels of thimerosal in vaccines," the statement said.

In October 2001, the Institute of Medicine panel that heard from Verstraeten found that it is "biologically plausible" that thimerosal causes autism, but that, "current scientific evidence neither proves nor disproves a link."

To avoid any conflict of interest, that panel specifically excludes "anyone who had participated in research on vaccine safety, received funding from vaccine manufacturers or their parent companies, or served on Vaccine Advisory Committees."

Laid low by Lyme vaccine

The rotavirus recommendation is not the only controversial call made by the CDC. Another involves a vaccine to fight Lyme disease, a tick-borne illness that can cause profound fatigue, headache, fever and severe muscle pain.

"It was after the booster shot that I absolutely collapsed," said Lewis Bull, a farmer from East Lyme, Conn. Bull, now 49, volunteered in 1996 to take shots during a clinical study for a new vaccine to prevent Lyme disease developed by SmithKline Beecham, now GlaxoSmithKline. Clinical studies are tests on humans to make sure vaccines are safe and work before going on the market.

In the study, Bull first received placebo shots containing no vaccine and felt fine.

But soon after his second shot of the real vaccine he began to suffer from debilitating arthritis, memory loss and fatigue. Some doctors believe the Lyme vaccine side effects mirror the disease itself.

"For the first six months I could not get out of bed. The memory loss was incredible. I've played guitar all my life and I could not remember how to play guitar. I could not find the town hall and I used to go there four times a week," he said in a recent telephone interview.

Bull said his fatigue was so severe he would sleep for stretches of 22 hours or more. Without medical insurance, Bull was forced to sell his farm.

On Feb. 18, 1999, the CDC endorsed Lyme disease vaccine for people age 15-70 who work or recreate in possible tick-infested areas.

By October of 2000, more than 1.4 million people had received the vaccine, according to the CDC.

But 19 months later, in February 2002, SmithKline Beecham pulled the vaccine off the market because "sales of LYMERIX are insufficient to justify the continued investment."

The company also faced hundreds lawsuits by people who said they suffered side effects, many similar to Lewis Bull's.

Although he never sued, Bull said he complained to the CDC to report what he says were obvious side effects from the vaccine, called LYMERIX.

The government's database of possible side effects for LYMERIX lists 640 emergency room visits, 34 life-threatening reactions, 77 hospitalizations, 198 disabilities and six deaths after people took the shots since the CDC endorsed it.

According to CDC meeting transcripts where the advisory committee weighed its recommendation, five of 10 committee members disclosed their financial conflicts of interest with vaccine manufactures. Three of the five had conflicts of interest with SmithKlineBeecham.

The committee ignored a plea from a consumer advocate to delay a recommendation on LYMERIX because it might not be safe, according to a February 1999 transcript.

"We are just saying there is a wealth of information out there that is different than the information you have been provided. I think the honorable thing to do would be to wait," said Karen Vanderhoof-Forschner, founder of the Lyme Disease Foundation, a patient's advocacy group that eventually opposed the vaccine.

UPI found that the CDC and SmithKline Beecham worked together on a Lyme vaccine. A 1992 CDC activity report obtained by UPI says the agency had an agreement "with SmithKline Beecham that currently funds three positions at (the CDC) for the purpose of providing information of use in developing advanced test methods and vaccine candidates."

In June 2001, the General Accounting Office delivered a report to Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Conn., on this issue. It says that CDC employees "are listed on two Lyme-disease related patents" including "a 1993 joint patent between CDC and SmithKline Beecham Corporation." The report also said that six of 12 consultants working for the CDC on Lyme vaccines "reported at least one interest related to a vaccine firm."

Do babies need Hep B?

In 1991 the CDC recommended that all infants get their first Hepatitis B vaccination just hours after birth. The disease is mostly spread from dirty needles and unprotected sex. It can create deadly liver disease.

The vaccine has been blamed for mysterious deaths following the shots, sometimes filed as sudden infant death syndrome.

One is the Sept. 16, 1998, death of Lyla Rose Belkin at age 5 weeks. She died 15 hours after getting her second Hepatitis B vaccine booster shot.

Michael Belkin said in a telephone interview from Seattle that his daughter was lively and alert prior to receiving the shot. She became agitated and noisy, suddenly fell asleep, and died 15 hours later. Belkin said the coroner indicated that his daughter's brain was swollen; a reaction some researchers believe could be caused by the vaccine.

"So in the CDC and (the Vaccine Advisory Committee's) own words, almost every newborn U.S. baby is now greeted on its entry into the world by a vaccine injection against a sexually transmitted disease for which the baby is not at risk -- because they couldn't get the junkies, prostitutes, homosexuals and promiscuous heterosexuals to take the vaccine," Belkin told a congressional panel on May 18, 1999.

"Parents need to understand that the system providing the vaccines injected into their children's veins is corrupt and scientifically flawed," Belkin told UPI. "Parents should do their own homework and investigate this question: What is the risk of getting a severe neurological vaccine adverse reaction versus the risk of getting neurological complications from the disease?"

The CDC's files contain 32,731 total reports of possible reactions following Hepatitis B vaccinations since 1991, including 10,915 emergency room visits, 685 life-threatening reactions, 3,700 hospitalizations, 1,200 disabilities and 618 deaths.

In October 2002, the Institute of Medicine reported that the "evidence is inadequate" to prove or disprove that some vaccines might be behind some cases of SIDS, and called for more research.

The CDC says, "There is no confirmed evidence which indicates that hepatitis B vaccine can cause chronic illnesses."

Some of the officials involved in the agency's 1991 decision to recommend that all infants receive the Hepatitis B vaccine also had close ties to vaccine manufacturers.

Dr. Sam Katz was the advisory committee chairman at the time. A professor at Duke, Katz said 30 percent of children who get the disease get it from unknown causes, possibly in daycare.

He said the CDC tried to give the shots to teens, but it was hard to get them to show up for all three doses.

"So they said, 'Well, we've got a captive audience and we want to give it to the newborns anyways.'"

Katz developed a measles vaccine now manufactured by Merck, which also manufactures a Hepatitis B vaccine. Katz said when he was chairman of the committee in 1991 he also worked as a paid consultant for Merck, Wyeth and most major vaccine manufacturers.

He said conflicts do not pose a real problem.

"I think it has increasingly become a problem, but it is a perceived problem, not a real problem," Katz said.

Another member of the committee in 1991 was Dr. Neal Halsey, director of the division of disease control at Johns Hopkins University. He continued to advise the committee throughout the rest of that decade, as did Katz.

Halsey is a former CDC employee who has done research paid for by most of the major vaccine manufacturers. When he testified before the House Government Reform Committee in 1999, he disclosed a salary at that time for work on a Lyme vaccine.

He also established the Johns Hopkins Institute for Vaccine Safety, started in part with "unrestricted educational grants in 1997 from several vaccine manufacturers and some private donations," according to Halsey. Congressional investigators said that support included $50,000 in start-up funds from Merck and a payment from Wyeth. Halsey said vaccine manufacturers do not fund the center's vaccine education activities.

Halsey said the CDC needs experts like him to get the best advice.

"In order to get the people with experience, you need people who have done the research," Halsey said in a telephone interview. "To do that, you have to have people who have done research for vaccine manufacturers."

Halsey said, however, that the CDC should not recommend vaccines and evaluate safety at the same time.

"I think it is a problem and I think it would be better if an independent body evaluated safety," Halsey said

How Ashcroft Coerces Guilty Pleas

The Washington Post reported on the tragedy and travesty of the convictions of six men in Lackawanna, New York, the so-called "Lackawanna Six." John Ashcroft's prosecutors charged the men with conspiring to attend an al-Qaeda terrorist camp. Does that sound a little far-fetched to you? Like two lovers conspiring to have an illicit affair that is never consummated? Or two stock brokers talking about how they might pull off some scam?

The men were never charged with any act of terrorism. They were nailed for briefly attending a training camp for jihadists in Afghanistan. They didn't stay long, and only one of the had any evidence that suggested he might engage in terrorism. Five of the six were born in Lackawanna, and all had gone to school there and continued to live there as adults.

The Justice Department publicly condemned the men as operating a terrorist cell in Lackawanna, a charge that did not stick. Indeed, the conspiracy charge itself was so weak that as I followed the case, I was hoping for a win to put Ashcroft in his place.

But that did not happen. All six pled guilty and will serve an average of nine years in prison. Their lawyers are sick about it, the men and their families resigned to their fates. Why did they plead?

Simply, because they knew that if they did not plead guilty, and if the government's case ran into trouble (as it seemed it would), the prosecutors would do as the prosecutors in the Zacarias Moussaoui case may do; ask President Bush to declare the men enemy combatants, and remand them to a military jail somewhere where they can, under current court decisions, stay for the rest of their lives--without being charged or tried. Or they could be charged, tried, and perhaps executed by a military tribunal, as the Pentagon is preparing to do with enemy combatants seized from overseas and detained in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Their defense began to unravel when the two witnesses capable of testifying about their lack of involvement in al-Qaeda could not be produced--one was thought to be held in Guantanamo, but the government refused to admit he was there. The other was killed by the US in a car bombing in Yemen. Coincidence? Perhaps, perhaps not. But convenient for the prosecution, regardless.

The men were not willing to resist disappearing into the black hole reserved for enemy combatants, and who could blame them? For one federal court of appeals, the 4th Circuit in Richmond, ruled that once Bush declares someone an enemy combatant, the judiciary must not look behind the designation and question its propreity or credibility. That's right, no meaningful judicial review.

The prosecutors may just as well have put a gun to the men's heads and threatened to kill them on the spot if they did not plead.

That is not what prosecutors are supposed to do. They are supposed to charge fairly and uphold the rule of law. Their duty is not to get convictions but to do justice. Funny, what the Lackawanna prosecutors called justice looks more like that of China, Pakistan, and the Sudan, than that required under the Constitution of the United States.

But that was the first Constitution, the one before the Constitution according to Bush, Ashcroft, and Rumsfeld.

Kissinger - and Bush/Cheney -- seem to have taken their guidance directly from this Nazi. Mr. Rockefeller speaks directly to the New World Order that Bush has been implementing with every piece of legislation and executive order.

It concerns me deeply that many people who are now challenging the LIES about the "justifications" for invading the un-armed nation of Iraq are STILL accepting the LIES about 9-11. In the context of the quotes from Goering and Kissinger, it is imperative that people wake up to the truth about 9-11.

The LIES about 9-11 are too numerous to list, but I include a few blatant, obvious inconsistencies - particularly in light of what has now been conceded, i.e. FBI field agents DID notify Washington of imminent attacks.

Bush claimed he didn't have a clue of such possibilities. A LIE. But the next day, he had a list of 19 SAUDIS who supposedly perpetrated the crimes. NONE of them were on the flight manifests. Seven of them reported, "Hey, I'm alive." Yet we still hear of those same 19 SAUDI "hijackers."

So, we attacked Afghanistan instead of Arabia, and now a corporate desired (mandated) OIL pipeline is being built across Afghanistan.

For the Pentagon, we were told that a four-story plane made the one-story hole. For the WTC, we were told that burning carpets melted steel. We know the fire-fighters thought the situation was manageable, until the buildings imploded upon them, and we know the structural steel was quickly shipped out of the country for "recycling," to the outcry of inspectors who didn't understand why it failed, and wanted to find out.

The planes had to be on GPS-guided remote control. They were all equipped for remote control - to PREVENT hijackers from taking control of the planes in a hijacking. Did ALL these systems oddly fail, like the failure of intercept jets to get off the ground in their usual three minutes, and when finally launched, came out of Boston instead of DC or Langley AFB, VA? Air controllers had immediate, open-line communications with security agencies notifying them that four planes were off course.

What (WHO) caused ALL these SECURITY systems to fail? Who could believe that a foreign government, let alone a terrorist, could take control over such an extensive amount of our government security?

We know that Bush brazenly told congress to BACK OFF on investigating this heinous crime against America - a crime Bush called his "tri-fecta." He had his five-inch thick USA Patriot Act waiting for this excuse to ram it through congress. Claiming the desire to be "non-partisan," all in congress voted for it, without reading it. The "Patriot" act comes straight out of Hitler's doctrines, and the White House immediately began calling protesting Americans "traitor" -- straight from the Nazi Goering's advice.

Despite the WORLD outcry against invading an unarmed nation, Bush boldly LIED to the world and America about justifications for PRE-EMPTIVELY invading, and congress - filled with Republicans in both "parties"-- defiled the Constitution and gave Bush unprecedented power to engage in war at his pleasure.

We now have those same Republicans who fill both sides of the aisle saying they will investigate these "errors" that have cost America BILLIONS of dollars, and the LIVES in our military, and the lives of people who have dared to speak the TRUTH against these thugs; and it will continue to cost the lives of our military members who are LIVING in the radiation poison of the illegal weapons that dropped a second round of depleted uranium on Iraq. The planet will die before this poisoning does.

This is rehash. The critical point is that we MUST remember that Bush/Cheney were complicit in the 9-11 attacks against America. The attacks have been used to constantly perpetuate a state of fear, by continuing to broadcast Code Orange, etc. "alerts" to remind people - to set them up for what Kissinger said. Even some Republicans admit that we are LESS secure today than we were in 2000, and the mindset that Kissinger predicted has clearly been established.

Our media have become the Republican dumb-down America/ propaganda machine, so it is quite likely that we cannot expect mindless couch potatoes to get off their couches and "storm the castle."

We've already seen the 9-11 investigation thwarted and white-washed, so we know that nothing will come of an "investigation" of the lies that were used to take America into two invasions that have cost us billions, cost our rights and freedoms, our education, our healthcare--and is destroying our economy, both financially and psychologically. Clinton was impeached for lying about his private life.

Republicans won't even say the word "LIE" about the (always changing) justifications used for invading an OIL-rich nation. The evident point: nothing will come of the "investigation." There are too many Nazi-inspired politicians in both parties who are part of the quest for a New World Order - as described by David Rockefeller in the first quote above. (Please use a Net search to see that Bush money came from trading with Hitler. Rockefeller imported the Nazis to the US after their supposed defeat, gave them new IDs, and set up our secret government [the CIA] with them in 1947. Recall that Bush has admitted to setting his "secret government" in place since he took over our government.)

It is clear that the millions of voices that opposed the invasion of Iraq made no difference to these imperialists. It is tragically obvious that there are not enough genuine Democrats - and patriotic Republicans -- to sustain any majority to oppose the Nazi/Republican ownership of our government. This leaves us with only "we, the people," and if we do not PLAN a "storming of the castle," we will fail.

We do not have a prospective democratic candidate for president who has the energy, charisma, truth and integrity to inform the people and move them. All those from congress voted to give Bush the illegal power to declare "war," and Howard Dean supports our bloated military budget and the invasion of Iraq. Kucinich has the message, but not the energy. Gephardt is "more of the same," and he is skipping key votes, like taking overtime from eight million Americans. Lieberman is a Bush cooperative also. As the elections in 2004 are our only opportunity to oust these criminals, we need a valid alternative. Barbara Lee is the only politician who braved a vote against Bush to oppose giving him un-Constitutional war powers. We may need to look outside the present political arena.

Maybe we need Bill Moyers, a mature, involved and educated man who keeps his eye on justice - or someone like him who carries the energy, who can fire up the people, and tell them the truth.
Our second problem is the Republican-owned touch screen "voting" computers that made Democrats, who went into the 2002 elections with double-digit leads, lose in the so-called Republican Sweep.

The only thing that was "swept" was the actual vote. These machines are rigged and unless we get rid of them, and restore mechanical voting and exit polls, and get the people out to vote, NOTHING NOTHING! NOTHING! else will matter. We know the Florida vote was rigged. Yet there is no cry from the people or congress to stop this corruption of the system. Congress IS Republican. They own the machines. They are intent on their New World Order. We, the people MUST stop the use of these computers.

We may not even get the chance to vote in 2004, because Bush has enacted the legislation and executive orders that will enable him to assume full dictatorial control of our government with the drop of a suitcase bomb or another plane hijacking. This is why we MUST understand his complicity in 9-11. If another horror is perpetrated, it will be to achieve what Kissinger and Rockefeller and the Nazi Goering describe in the quotes at the beginning. It is what bin Laden warns us of. They are aiming for world control, and they don't intend to let anyone stop them. We cannot be sidetracked by issues that will come to naught - such as a Republican "investigation" into the "errors" in the State of the Union address. Impeaching Bush would only remove an arrogant puppet. The entire regime must go.

Our third weakness is that the Republicans own the media; and, as noted, they will not even use the word "LIE" against Bush. A few are beginning, but this too is for naught. If these thugs get annoyed by our "petty squabbling" -- about their destruction to our lives. our democracy, and our world standing -- they could blow off elections by setting their final ploy (another attack) in motion, and the uneducated masses will say, as Kissinger said they will, "Go ahead and take my liberties, just give me security."

The agenda of these thugs is evident in the glaring inconsistency when comparing the eight years of attacks on Clinton, and the way they just wave off or ignore their own treasonous actions -- with a congress that refuses to challenge them. Bush has smirked during speeches, making it clear he was marveling at how easy it is to deceive the people. He quite frankly does not care how many lies he gets caught in - because he holds the strings. He lied on national TV about his having met Ken Lay when Lay was supporting Ann Richards for governor. Both parts of that statement are LIES, but he made them on national TV and neither Ken Lay nor Bush has been investigated or charged for their collusion to dupe the employees and stockholders of Enron, or for raping California - a crime for which Governor Gray will apparently pay. Instead, it appears that Ken Lay is the author of our "energy policy."

If we do not win this "storming of the castle," then we may have to begin proclaiming our states to be nations - not under the control of despots, and begin creating our own economies and jobs -- instead of importing products made by slave labor, which is a factor in turning our own labors into slavery. Bear in mind - this happened in Russia. An old adage "As goes Russia, so goes America."

David Rockefeller opposes "auto-determination." He doesn't think that we, the people, have the capacity to self-govern. We MUST take action. Either this entire planet will go as we go, or the world may bring its collective "NO" to our shores. We on the Internet MUST awaken everyone in our circle of friends and acquaintances. Education is the first step to "auto-determination." The media has failed to keep us educated about those who were given -- or have taken -- the power to run our nation. We must make a concerted effort to become the sources of the education needed for self-governance. We must care as much as Paul Revere, who rode through the countryside at midnight to warn that the British were coming. Today we have Britain's Blair working hand-in-hand with Bush in deceiving our nation - and the world.

Bush is leaving our country defenseless as he sends our military around the globe. He next intends to ship out the National Guard. We already have military personnel of other nationals stationed and training in our country. Conspiracy theorists have long cried out that foreign nationals are here to attack and subdue our own people, as it would be difficult to persuade our own military to do so. Even so, Bush has already begun using our military in civil actions. The theorists also believe that the massive buildup of prisons that now hold drug users (on our tax dollars) will be used for people who resist the New World Order. It is time to consider what the conspiracy theorists have been saying. The Kissinger quote describes a police state using foreign nationals.

I have warned since my first petition to congress in 2001 that Bush holds the smallpox virus. He also used our tax dollars to buy 280 million doses of the smallpox vaccine - poorly made from old stocks. This is enough for every person in America, per the 2000 census. Yet it is estimated that fewer than 20% of the people are healthy enough to take the vaccine. The government is in court now for having made the HIV, and distributing it in vaccines in Africa and in hepatitis shots to the gay community in America. Africa is staggering under the impact of AIDS. America faces a worse decimation of the population if Bush unleashes the virus -- or mandates the vaccine. Think of those prisons when you recall that on the night before the vote, Bush inserted his draconian "health" measure into Homeland IN-Security. If you refuse the vaccine, you will be "quarantined"/imprisoned and your property will be confiscated. Welcome to the New World Order!

There is, on the Internet, a "resume" for George W. Bush. We should circulate it far and wide. We need to approach our city councils and state governments to have them repeal the USA Patriot Act and Homeland IN-Security that violate our rights and freedoms as citizens. The House of Representatives has the Power of Impeachment, but we know Corporate Republicanism owns our government. I find no other Constitutional provisions for impeachment. There is only the Declaration of Independence - not a legal document - but it tells us

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

The history of this nation proves what "we, the people" can accomplish with self-governance. Our democracy was severely corrupted when the private Federal Reserve Bank and the I.R.S began skimming money into their pockets from every dollar that passes through our economy. (Imagine their power from stealing like this on a global scale.) It was further corrupted when corporations were given more power as "people" than we the people have. Our Founding Fathers warned us against these corruptions. But David Rockefeller -- and Bush&Co -- believe we are better controlled by "The super-national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers."

We are at this critical juncture. We MUST understand what is at stake.

Let us not react in terror if we are assaulted with another act of "terrorism." Let us say, "Enough! Your presence in our government has destroyed our rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. You cause the world to hate us. We, the people, take back our government." It is the Right of the People.

Please consider this statement from the news today (7-29) --

"Some criticize this war on terror as unilateral or pre-emptive. But didn't September 11 teach us that we cannot wait while threats gather? That we must connect the dots, even if other nations refuse to see the pattern? That pre-empting terrorists before they acquire weapons of mass destruction, before they come to our shores, before they can harm America is the goal?" Mehlman said.

We know today that there were no "dots" and 9-11 has been lied about and used to provoke feelings of fear. It is unconscionable to have a policy of "pre-emptively" attacking any nation that MAY develop the capacity to create WMDs. This sort of policy opens the door to attacking ANY nation with false claims that it harbors terrorists and possesses WMDs. Such is what we did to Iraq.

America cannot continue to harbor terrorists in our own government who use our resources to wantonly attack the world in their pursuit of their New World Order, where the Federal Reserve Bank and "intellectual elites" control the entire planet. Our nation stands unprotected and the fox is in the hen house.

Let us sound the midnight cry of Paul Revere.

Careful: The FB-eye may be watching

"The FBI is here,"Mom tells me over the phone. Immediately I can see my mom with her back to a couple of Matrix-like figures in black suits and opaque sunglasses, her hand covering the mouthpiece like Grace Kelly in Dial M for Murder. This must be a joke, I think. But it's not, because Mom isn't that funny.

"The who?" I say.

"Two FBI agents. They say you're not in trouble, they just want to talk. They want to come to the store."

I work in a small, independent bookstore, and since it's a slow Tuesday afternoon, I figure, "Sure." Someone I know must have gotten some government work, I think; hadn't my consultant friend spoken recently of getting rolled onto some government job? Background check, I think, interviewing acquaintances ... No big deal, right? Then, of course, I make a big deal about it in front of my co-workers.

"That was my mom," I tell them. "The FBI's coming for me." They laugh; it's a good joke, especially when the FBI actually shows up. They are not the bogeymen I had been expecting. They're dressed casually, they speak familiarly, but they are big. The one in front stands close to 7 feet, and you can tell his partner is built like a bulldog under his baggy shirt and shorts.

"You Marc Schultz?" asks the tall one. He shows me his badge, introduces himself as Special Agent Clay Trippi. After assuring me that I'm not in trouble, he asks if there is someplace we can sit down and talk. We head back to Reference, where a table and chairs are set up. We sit down, and I'm again informed that I am not in trouble.

Then, Agent Trippi asks, "Do you drive a black Nissan Altima?" And I realize this meeting is not about a friend. Despite their reassurances, and despite the fact that I haven't committed any federal offenses (that I know of), I'm starting to feel a bit like I'm in trouble.

They ask me if I was driving my car on Saturday, and I say, reasonably sure, that I was. They ask me where I went, and I struggle for a moment to remember Saturday. I make a lame joke about how the days run together when you're underemployed. They smile politely. Was I at work on Saturday? I think so.

"Were you at the Caribou Coffee on Powers Ferry?" asks Agent Trippi. That's where I get my coffee before work, and so I tell him yes, probably, just before remembering Saturday: Harry Potter day, opening early, in at 8:30.

So I would have been at Caribou Coffee that Saturday, getting my small coffee, room for cream. This information seems to please the agents.

"Did you notice anything unusual, anyone worth commenting on?" OK, I think. It's the unusual guy they want, not me. I think hard, wondering if it was Saturday I saw the guy in the really cool reclining wheelchair, the guy who struck me as a potential James Bondian supervillain, but no: That was Monday.

Then they ask if I carried anything into the shop -- and we're back to me.

My mind races. I think: a bomb? A knife? A balloon filled with narcotics? But no. I don't own any of those things. "Sunglasses," I say. "Maybe my cell phone?"

Not the right answer. I'm nervous now, wondering how I must look: average, mid-20s, unassuming retail employee. What could I have possibly been carrying?

Trippi's partner speaks up: "Any reading material? Papers?" I don't think so. Then Trippi decides to level with me: "I'll tell you what, Marc. Someone in the shop that day saw you reading something, and thought it looked suspicious enough to call us about. So that's why we're here, just checking it out. Like I said, there's no problem. We'd just like to get to the bottom of this. Now if we can't, then you may have a problem. And you don't want that."

You don't want that? Have I just been threatened by the FBI? Confusion and a light dusting of panic conspire to keep me speechless. Was I reading something that morning? Something that would constitute a problem?

The partner speaks up again: "Maybe a printout of some kind?"

Then it occurs to me: I was reading. It was an article my dad had printed off the Web. I remember carrying it into Caribou with me, reading it in line, and then while stirring cream into my coffee. I remember bringing it with me to the store, finishing it before we opened. I can't remember what the article was about, but I'm sure it was some kind of left-wing editorial, the kind that never fails to incite me to anger and despair over the state of the country.

I tell them all this, but they want specifics: the title of the article, the author, some kind of synopsis, but I can't help them -- I read so much of this stuff.

"Do you still have the article?" Probably not, but I suggest we check behind the counter. When that doesn't pan out, I have the bright idea to call my dad at work, see if he can remember. Of course, he can't put together a coherent sentence after I tell him the FBI are at the store, questioning me.

"The FBI?" he keeps asking. Eventually I get him off the phone, and suggest it may be in my car. They follow me out to the parking lot, where Trippi asks me if there's anything in the car he should know about.

"Weapons, drugs? It's not a problem if you do, but if you don't tell me and then I find something, that's going to be a problem." I assure him there's nothing in my car, coming very close to quoting Rudy Ray Moore in Dolemite: "There's nothin' in my trunk, man."

The excitement of the questioning -- the interrogation -- has made me just a little bit giddy. I almost laugh out loud when they ask me to pop my trunk.

There's nothing in my car, of course. I keep looking anyway, while telling them it was probably some kind of what-did-they-know-and-when-did-they-know-it article about the buildup to Gulf War II. Trippi nods, unsatisfied. I turn up some papers from the University of Georgia, where I'm about to begin as a grad student. He asks me what I'm going to study.

"Journalism," I say. As I duck back into the car, I hear Agent Trippi informing his partner, "He's going to UGA for journalism" in a way that makes me wonder whether that counts against me.

Back in the store, Trippi gives me his card and tells me to call him if I remember anything. After he's gone, I call my dad back to see if he has calmed down, maybe come up with a name. We retrace some steps together, figure out the article was Hal Crowther's "Weapons of Mass Stupidity" from the Weekly Planet, a free independent out of Tampa. It comes back to me then, this scathing screed focusing on the way corporate interests have poisoned the country's media, focusing mostly on Fox News and Rupert Murdoch -- really infuriating, deadly accurate stuff about American journalism post-9-11. So I call the number on the card, leave a message with the name, author and origin of the column, and ask him to call me if he has any more questions.

To tell the truth, I'm kind of anxious to hear back from the FBI, if only for the chance to ask why anyone would find media criticism suspicious, or if maybe the sight of a dark, bearded man reading in public is itself enough to strike fear in the heart of a patriotic citizen.

My co-worker, Craig, says that we should probably be thankful the FBI takes these things seriously; I say it seems like a dark day when an American citizen regards reading as a threat, and downright pitch-black when the federal government agrees.

Special Agent Trippi didn't return calls from CL. But Special Agent Joe Parris, Atlanta field office spokesman, stressed that specific FBI investigations are confidential. He wouldn't confirm or deny the Schultz interview.

"In this post-911 era, it is the absolute responsibility of the FBI to follow through on any tips of potential terrorist activity," Parris says. "Are people going to take exception and be inconvenienced by this at times? Oh, yeah. ... A certain amount of convenience is going to be offset by an increase in security."

The Bush administration's desperation is showing

August 2, 2003—With the baring of each lie the administration told about Iraq and the revelations still to come about its foreknowledge or complicity in the events of Sept. 11, 2001, that cost some 3,000 Americans their lives, in addition to an economy in tatters, the destruction of the US's paltry social safety net and deficits future generations will have to cope with, the Bushies' desperation level has reached a crescendo.

Despite the efforts of George W. and his minions to allay or ignore the questions finally being tossed at them, they just won't go away. What to do? What to do? Create a diversion.

Diversions, though, have a shelf life. Afghanistan provided some short relief, but quickly went sour when that little "war," which had less to do with getting Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda and ousting the Taliban than grabbing land for construction of an oil pipeline to the Caspian region, didn't go exactly as planned—plans that were drawn prior to 9/11. George wound up looking silly because his crack troops, who had laid waste to what was left of the country, couldn't find a six-foot, five-inch scrawny bearded guy. George might have looked sillier if they had captured his former ally.

Moving along . . . Iraq became the next big diversion. Saddam Hussein had to be taken out because—take your pick:

* He had weapons of mass destruction (nuclear, chemical biological).

* He was about to unleash those WMD on the US and who knows what other countries; he "gassed" his own people. It's funny that the Reagan/Bush administration never raised an eyebrow about the gassing when the hapless Kurds happened to get caught between Iraq's and Iran's troops, in a war financed by the US when Iran was the "evil one" du jour.

* He tried to buy uranium yellow cake from Niger.

* He was in bed with al Qaeda, a creation of the CIA, and was, therefore responsible for 9/11.

* He was a brutal dictator that had his own people tortured and killed. Are there kind dictators, compassionate dictators?

* We had to "liberate" the Iraqi people and help them set up a "democracy."

No one denies Saddam was brutal, but the Iraqi people are not "liberated," their country is occupied, and democracy is not on the horizon even if they want it. The rest is all lies, not "misstatements," "inaccuracies," or any of the other euphemistic terms the corporate media have called these outrageous whoppers.

Again, though, things haven't gone according to plan. Instead of greeting the conquering heroes with kisses and flowers, the Iraqis greeted them with bullets and grenades, which creates a sticky wicket for the oil companies that covet Iraq's black gold and the corporations paid billions to rebuild what the Bushies had destroyed. Moreover, the plans to establish Iraq, Inc., have been stymied.

If things had gone the way War Secretary Donald Rumsfeld's not-so-intelligent "intelligence" cabal in the Pentagon envisioned, George W. could have had his next diversion: an invasion of Syria or Iran, or maybe nuking North Korea. Worse, his "coalition of the willing" has been shown to be as fraudulent as everything else. He is even hard-pressed to bribe or coerce other nations into lending him a hand in cleaning up the messes he made in Afghanistan and Iraq.

In an attempt to hide the truth from the bulk of the American people who are captive to ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and Fox, the Bushies have come up with "terror alerts" to keep the people on edge while stripping them of their freedoms.

In between the yellow and orange alerts have been smaller diversions to keep the people from noticing that the biggest corporate crooks are either still walking free, enjoying their ill-gotten gains, or have received taps on the wrist. One of those distractions was Martha Stewart who, with the aid of the corporate media, was portrayed as a bigger crook than Kenny Boy Lay of Enron fame. So far, Martha has only served as hot news for a short period.

The arrest of Kobe Bryant on a rape charge turned out to suck up more "news" time than either Martha and her woes or Laci Peterson's murder. George then threw his good friend Tony "The Poodle" Blair to the wolves over the lies about Saddam trying to buy uranium from Niger and the fabricated documents used to back up those lies. But while Blair seeks to tough out his predicament in the UK, especially in light of the alleged suicide of David Kelly who spilled the beans, so to speak, to the BBC, the US corporate media brought its coverage up short, rather than risk the Bush-Blair lies sink too deeply into the American psyche. Even the White House outing of former Ambassador Joseph Wilson's wife as a CIA operative—a clearly criminal act—got short shrift from the networks. (Wilson is the one who, upon his return from Niger, told the administration that the story was a crock.)

To quell the above, it was suddenly announced that Saddam's sons, Uday and Qusay, had allegedly been killed in a six-hour battle with US troops and that the hunt for Saddam was on. The icing on the cake was supposed to be that with Uday and Qusay out of the picture, and the US hot on the trail of their daddy, the Iraqi people would finally hail their "liberators" and stop killing US soldiers. When the kisses and flowers still didn't come, and even more US troops were killed, it was back to the distraction of pedophiliac priests.

Uday and Qusay may very well be dead—murdered by the US military—but to any halfway thinking person the tale about the shootout rings as phony as the original tale about the "heroic saving" of Private Lynch. Think about it: Two brothers who didn't even like each other holed up with a teenager and one bodyguard in a house completely in the open—a house owned by an enemy of their father—armed only with AK-47s, yet they held off all the military might the US could throw at them over a period of six hours? And while eye witnesses can be notoriously unreliable, could they all have been wrong in saying that the bodies removed from that house were charred beyond recognition, while the bodies shamelessly photographed and later cleaned and fixed up to be displayed to the media showed relatively little damage, considering the fire power they allegedly had been subjected to?

To top off the administration's woes, last week the joint congressional report on 9/11 was released. Despite it being a whitewash in the best tradition of the Warren Commission, 28 blank pages that allegedly pertain to Saudi Arabia—pages that the White House refuses to declassify—set off another brouhaha. Add that to the furor caused by a Pentagon plan, cooked up under Iran-contra felon John Poindexter, to create a futures market for wagering on death and destruction.

No paltry, short-lived diversion would do here. A biggie was needed. And out of the administration's box of tricks popped a terror alert to put all previous terror alerts to shame, despite staying at "code yellow: for now: a third Pearl Harbor to be carried out by al Qaeda, who may or may not hijack planes in order to use them as weapons of mass destruction on targets in the US, Europe (Old Europe, to be sure), Australia or another planet, sometime between now and October—maybe or maybe not. The ever-cooperative corporate media dutifully ran with it and are still running with it—from discussions on the state of fatherland security to local preparations for "The Worst."

Will this one play until or through October? If not, do the Bushies have something more lethal up their sleeves to get our attention? And if all passes without incident, then what? Is the administration inclined to rely on the corporate-controlled voting equipment to keep it in office or is it planning a really, really big "October Surprise" for 2004? A Plan B, you might say, in case its corporate buddies decide its time to put a fresh wrapper on the package.

Police State: Roadblocks and Checkpoints

Today, I'd like to talk about military roadblocks and checkpoints since we seem to see a lot of them in Iraq. I have talked to a lot of soldiers who man these things and I wanted to share with you soshocking things I hear regarding their attitudes.

When we soldiers leave basic training, we leave with an over-inflated sense of confidence in ourselves combined with an aggressive attitude. This is necessary to get us through boot camp, or so the Drill Instructors believe. I remember at Airborne Basic training seeing all the strutting roosters in my class talking trash about how "bad" they were because they were going through airborne training. One of these Nimrods went out into town, believing his own propaganda apparently, started a fight with a couple of "leg" tank drivers who pounded him into the dirt. This happened quite a bit I was told by one of the black hats at jump school.

Some soldiers get an invincibility complex, others if given the slightest modicum of authority become little jackbooted Napoleons. Anyone who has been in the military can tell you of the little Hitler in their platoon who, upon receipt of his first stripes, made life hell for anyone who had less rank than him. Fortunately for most civilians, you don't have to put up with this nonsense, they used to keep us on a base. I often wondered if our military bases were in remote locations because of this fact.

In Kosovo, one soldier told me that he volunteered to go and told me how studly his duty was. He said that he stood behind a sandbagged wall inside a bunker with a machine gun trained directly on each car that stopped at the checkpoint about 25 feet away. He reveled in the fear that the occupants of the cars, most of them just ordinary citizens, displayed. He said that his orders were that if anyone in the car started shooting, he would "get to" kill them all from behind his sandbagged protection.

Another soldier told me that at his checkpoint in Kosovo, a civilian gave them a dirty look and so they tore his car apart, using tools they disassembled it completely right there on the side of the road. When they were finished and they found nothing, they said "you can go now". I asked him if anybody ever took potshots at them while manning these checkpoints and he said "yes". I wonder if he caught the connection.

I am seeing news footage coming out of Iraq of American soldiers pulling the occupants of cars out, manhandling them, treating them abusively and then wondering why these people are mad at us. "Don't they know we liberated them" the soldiers complain. I think that there is a total disconnect here, no empathy whatsoever.

Imagine what you would do if, for instance, the Chinese and Russians decided that our country was in violation of some UN resolution or other and invaded us successfully, conquered us and then occupied us. What would you do if a bunch of foreigners in uniform yanked you out of your car, pushed you around, treated you and your family like dirt and then sneeringly told you that you could go. I think I'd be doing a little target practice from a safe position, maybe tossing a grenade into their vehicles as they went by or perhaps slipping some poison into their chow.

I am sorry that our soldiers are put into this position with no apparent training beyond the most basic. What is most telling though is that many of them receive fairly extensive training in how to handle these checkpoints and roadblocks. Their methodology is deliberate, it is the face of things to come.

The good news about this is that when anyone in authority abuses their authority there will be typically two reactions. One reaction is to grovel and this is the sort of reaction that the police state attempts to engender in us from the very moment we step into public school. We are taught to obey all authority and to treat all authority figures with respect just short of bowing and scraping. How many of us are taught that we have to address police officers in a certain "manner"? I find this absurd given that police officers are merely public servants and if anyone is going to bow and scrape, it should be them when dealing with their bosses, defined as those of us who pay their salaries.

The other reaction is of course defiance and there is an entire mechanism that has been developed to operate like a well oiled machine to deal with the defiant. Display to a cop on a traffic stop that you are not a groveler and the cop will probe and antagonize you until you find yourself jacked out of the car and hauled downtown… that'll teach you a lesson.

Halliburton Profits from Work in Iraq

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Oilfield service giant Halliburton Co. (HAL), said on Thursday it reversed big losses from last year and made money in the second quarter as revenues jumped largely due to logistical support work for the U.S. military in Iraq.

The company reported net income of $26 million, or 6 cents a share, up from a loss of $498 million, or $1.15 a share, a year earlier.

Revenues jumped to $3.6 billion, from $3.24 billion in 2002, with $292 million of that coming from operations in Iraq.

Halliburton works with the military in keeping supplies flowing to the troops. It also had a contract to fight oil well fires early in the Iraq war.

The company has come under fire for its Iraq work, with critics charging that it got the contracts because of ties to its former chief executive, Vice President Dick Cheney. The charges have been denied.

Halliburton apparently did not make much money in Iraq because the engineering and construction group leading operations there reported a $148 million loss for the quarter.

``All of the hullabaloo about Iraq and, at the end of the day, they don't make money on it and it doesn't help the stock,'' said Brad Handler, analyst with Blaylock & Partners L.P.

Traditionally, the company has said, margins for government support work are narrow. But the biggest part of the unit's loss was a $104 million charge for problems with an offshore drilling and production complex under development in Brazil for Petroleo Brasileiro S.A.

The company warned in June of the Brazil writeoff and said it would take a 24 cents per share bite out of earnings. That led analysts to drop their forecasts from 25 cents per share for the quarter to 2 cents per share, according to Reuters Research, a unit of Reuters Group Plc.

Countering those problems were a robust performance by Halliburton's energy services group, which had $235 million in operating income on revenues of $1.78 billion, up from $70 million and $1.76 billion a year ago.

``The results are generally very good,'' said Prabhas Panigrahi, analyst with Kevin Dann & Partners LLC. ``They've already exceeded our expectations.''

With the earnings upswing and the Brazil charge now dealt with, he said various clouds hanging over Halliburton were beginning to clear.

``Now they can rise above the noise and focus on oilfield services,'' he said. ``There are a lot of opportunities out there for them.''

But Handler said all is not resolved, especially a proposed $4 billion settlement package for hundreds of thousands of asbestos liability claims arising from a subsidary's manufacturing. The asbestos issue has been the biggest drag on Halliburton in the past year.

``There is greater comfort among investors, but they haven't closed the book on all of those issues,'' Handler said.

Halliburton has said the cost of the settlement package may go beyond $4 billion and investors are curious if the company may benefit from a bill making its way through Congress to create a national asbestos injury fund to pay those claiming harm from asbestos exposure.

Halliburton is also under investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for accounting issues.

The company painted an optimistic picture for the remainder of the year, with revenue and earnings growth expected in all its business segments.

It said third quarter earnings from continuing operations of at least 32 cents a share were likely.

Analyst forecasts for Halliburton's earnings for the current quarter ranged from 26 cents to 35 cents per share, with an average estimate of 31 cents per share, according to Reuters Research.

Halliburton's stock was up over 4.5 percent and trading beyond $22 per share Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange.

More DARPA Love: Introducing the Centibots

Introducing the latest in URBAN SURVEILLANCE: DARPA's Centibots. According to the Centibot website, "The Centibots are a team of 100 autonomous robots (80 ActivMedia Amigobot and 20 ActivMedia Pioneer 2 AT). The goal of the project is to demonstrate by December 2004, 100 robots mapping, tracking, guarding in a coherent fashion during a period of 24 hours."

The Centibots project, funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), is aimed at developing new technology to support the coordinated deployment of as many as 100 robots for missions such as urban surveillance. A first team of mapping robots (Pioneers with laser range finders) surveyed an area while building and sharing a distributed map. They were followed by a second wave of tracking robots (Amigobots) that configured themselves to efficiently search for an object of interest within that area, sensed and tracked intruders, and shared information among themselves and with a command center. The robots are autonomous and independent of any network infrastructure, carrying and deploying their own communication network (using SRI's patent-pending PacketHop technology). Robots communicate with each other to coordinate their effort. If one robot fails, another takes over its task.
The goal of this project is to advance the state of the art in distributed robotics. The development is structured to exploit existing research solutions that are fairly robust (self-localization, path planning) and then identifying and exploring areas where research is still needed but where solutions are being developed and refined (map construction, multirobot concurrent mapping) as well as areas where significant research is needed (human and robot interaction, team formation). Research areas in which this project is expected to develop innovative solutions include ·A collaborative, multilevel architecture, adaptive to new tasks and team organization and scalable to very large teams ·Distributed map building and deployment of robots ·Large-scale, fault-tolerant communication (PacketHop) ·Robot team interface, monitoring, and interaction with humans Once a team of robots can be sent into an unknown building, build a map in real time, and deploy itself to search the building, practical applications abound. The robots could be sent into areas that are not safe for humans (collapsed or earthquake-damaged buildings, chemical-spill sites, burning buildings, terrorist-occupied structures) or areas where humans could not see anything (smoke-filled buildings) but where robot sensors could. Wherever they were deployed, the robots could build maps and search for people needing to be rescued.

Occult Symbolism: As American as Baseball

Much mystery and exaggeration surrounds the influence of Freemasonry on the birth and growth of these United States. Freemasonry was conducted in private with exclusive membership; it comes under the title of an occult group because, by definition, this is a group that conducts business in private with exclusive initiation. While most of its members have been good men, of course there are those who spoil the image… there are instances of Freemasonry’s exploitation as a training ground for other, malevolent groups.


American Freemasonry’s history goes back as far as American History… in some ways they are parallel. George Washington was the Grand Master of a Lodge, and there were even actions taken to create the rank of Grand Master of the whole of the United States for him. According to the Grand Lodge of Texas, “On September 18, 1783, President George Washington dressed in his Masonic apron, leveled the cornerstone of the United States Capitol with the traditional Masonic ceremony.” Eight signers of the Declaration of Independence were Freemasons: Benjamin Franklin, Robert Treat Paine, John Handcock, Richard Stockton, Joseph Hewes, George Walton, William Hooper, and William Whipple. Thirteen who signed the United States Constitution were Freemasons: Gunning Bradford Jr., John Blair, Benjamin Franklin, David Brearley, Nicholas Gilman, Jacob Broom, Rufus King, Daniel Carrol, James McHenery, Jonathan Dayton, William Paterson, John Dickinson and, of course, George Washington.

The layout of Washington D.C. was done in precise accords with Masonic symbolism. The White House is situated at the tip of a large compass created by Vermont Avenue and Connecticut Avenue as they lead north. Of course, the emblem of Freemasonry is a compass overlapping a square (the tool). Two right triangles meet exactly between Connecticut Avenue and Vermont Avenue at 16th Street. The Washington Monument (phallic symbol) is positioned precisely south from where the two right triangles meet, and the tip of the compass at the White House. Look for your self on MapQuest.com.

Baseball was obviously created by Freemasons, as it bears the unmistakable marks of Freemasonry. The field, from home plate to the left and right field wall forms a compass; the entire outfield wall is the semicircle which this compass draws. Upside-down, overlapping this compass, the bases form the square. Thus, the baseball field is the emblem of Freemasonry. Three strikes and three outs were assigned because three is the principle sacred number of Freemasonry. Four is a number of significance because it represents a square (the shape) and deals with the four directions, thus: four balls, four bases. Nine is sacred because it is three squared… there are nine fielding positions and nine innings. This brings us to a total of twenty-seven outs per team a game…and guess what? Twenty-seven, along with eighty-one, are the only two sacred numbers greater than ten. Though eighty-one doesn’t occur in baseball, because of the presence of two nines (fielders and innings) it’s appropriate to mention the reason eighty-one is so revered: the multiples of nine, 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81, and 90 form a mirror image between the numbers 45 and 54. Also, each one of these numbers equal nine when adding the two integers which comprise the number: 18- 1+8 = 9; 27- 2+7 =9; etc. Because of this, nine times nine was deemed a ‘high’ number. This further explains the near obsession with numbers surrounding baseball averages, home runs, ERA’s, etc. It is truly a game for numerologists.

Actor Tim Robbins gave an excellent speech to an assembly of the press after being excluded from the Baseball Hall of Fame’s ceremonies because of his stance against the War in Iraq. In this speech he stated, “And both of us (He and his wife, Susan Sarandon) last week were told that both we and the First Amendment were not welcome at the Baseball Hall of Fame… A chill wind is blowing in this nation. A message is being sent through the White House and its allies in talk radio, and Clear Channel (concert promoters), and Cooperstown. If you oppose this administration, there can and will be ramifications.” Though baseball, throughout it’s history has always been supportive of any endeavor the President’s undertaken, it is still particularly disturbing that they should renege on allowing Tim Robbins to speak because his views differ from ‘president’ Bush’s. If freedom is an American ideal, and baseball is as American as… well, baseball - then Major League Baseball should be supportive of the First Amendment over war fever. Or did Ari Fleischer’s, “American’s really need to watch what they say,” speech become their ideal?

Lest we forget that the current ‘president’ belongs to an occult fraternity known as Skull and Bones. This secret fraternity borrows from the French and Scottish Rites the ceremony of placing the initiate inside a coffin to inspire the symbolic death and rebirth. But George Jr., the good Christian boy, says his prayers before his speeches; well, there are none so dangerous as those who hide themselves behind the mask of virtue. This, it seems, is what many forms of Freemasonry has done. For good people, Masonic Institutions do not subtract from virtue, but for those lustful for power and lacking a conscience, it can be a great step toward the abyss.

The prime example of an initiate into Freemasonry who dealt with Satanic Rituals is Aleister Crowley. Aleister Crowley, who referred to himself as ‘the beast, 666,’ graduated into the 33rd degree of Masonry - the highest known degree. There was much argument among the ranks of his Lodge as to his advancement, for Crowley was a known drug addict with devilish tendencies. Both of Crowley’s wives had to be entered into mental institutions and, during a bizarre ritual which bore no witnesses, Crowley’s son was killed. He claims to have spoken to spirits of the deceased which revealed secrets to him about life, and what one should will. He founded an Order named Ordo Templi Orientis, that he claimed was based on the esoteric knowledge of the Knights of Malta, the Scottish Rite Masons, the Knights Templar, the Royal Arch Masons, the Rosecrucian Masons, and the Illuminati. These are just the more widely known Sects which he claimed his foundation upon. It’s been rumored that Adolf Hitler met with Aleister Crowley for counsel at some point in history.

The good men, who embark in the Secret Traditions, unintentionally, are providing cover and safety to men who wish to use these Crafts against humanity. The conspirers among the Institution are camouflaged by those who practice virtuous methods. The founder of the Illuminati, Adam Weishaupt noticed, “The slightest observation shows that nothing will so much contribute to increase the zeal of the members as a secret union. We see with what keenness and zeal the frivolous business of Freemasons is conducted, by persons knit together by the secrecy of their union.” Weishaupt stated, “Despotism has robbed them of their liberty. How can the weak obtain protection? Only by union; but this is rare. (So much for Darwin’s survival of the fittest) Nothing can bring this about but hidden societies. Hidden schools of wisdom are the means which will one day free men from their bonds.” After reading much of what Adam Weishaupt had to say, it seems as though he truly believed in improving the general state of mankind. His ideal end, justified a corrupt means, in his view. It seems however, that his ideas about how to abolish governments toward positive ends has been seized by a malevolent force… quite possibly these International Bankers who’ve plagued the earth. What method did Weishaupt envision? We don’t know… but he must have been onto something: “But I have contrived an explanation which has every advantage; is inviting to Christians of communion; gradually frees them from all religious prejudices; cultivates the social virtues; and animates them by a great, a feasible, a speedy prospect of universal happiness, in a state of liberty and moral quality, freed from the obstacles which subordination, rank and riches, continually throw in our way. My explanation is accurate and complete, my means are effectual and irresistible. Our secret association works in a way that nothing can withstand, and man shall soon be free and happy.”

33rd Degree Mason, Albert G. Mackey, M.D., says of the Weishaupt, “The truth is, I think, that Weishaupt has been misunderstood by Masonic and slandered by un-Masonic writers. His success in the beginning as a reformer was due to his own honest desire to do good. His failure in the end was attributable to ecclesiastical persecution, and to the faults and follies of his disciples.” He goes on to speak of the Illuminati, “At first, it was totally unconnected with Masonry, of which Order Weishaupt was not at that time a member. It was not until 1777 that he was initiated in the Lodge Theodore of Good Counsel at Munich. Thenceforward Weishaupt sought to incorporate his system into that of Masonry, so that the latter might become subservient to his views, and with the assistance of the Baron Knigge, who brought his active energies and genius to the aid of the cause, he succeeded in completing his system of Illuminism.”

Albert G. Mackey M.D. goes on to explain the Order of the Illuminati: “To give to the Order a higher influence, Weishaupt connected it with the Masonic Institution, after whose system of degrees, of esoteric instruction, and of secret modes of recognition, it was organized… It extended rapidly into other countries and its Lodges were to be found in France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, and Italy.” Illuminism, it seems, was a hit! Because the Order of Illuminism aligned itself with Freemasonry, initiates into Masonry could freely join the Illuminati. Mackey writes, “Knigge, who was one of its most prominent working members, and the author of several of its degrees, was a religious man, and would never have united with it had its object been, as has been charged, to abolish Christianity. But it cannot be denied, that in process of time abuses had crept into the Institution, and that by the influence of unworthy men the system became corrupted.” He’s said it again: the goal of this once benevolent system was lost in a corrupted means. The plan toward a, once thought, virtuous purpose of reducing state and Church power was hijacked toward a corrupted end. The other powerful group that emerged shortly before the American Revolution and the birth of the Illuminati was the International Banker. These early globalists already had the notion to subvert and control nations through their money- they would obviously be very interested in Weishaupt’s plan involving an association which ‘works in a way that nothing can withstand.’ The Bavarian government, upon hearing of this Institution whose goal was to disband governments, imprisoned some initiates of the Illuminati, and caused Weishaupt and others to flee the country. Mackey finishes by writing, “The edicts of the Elector of Bavaria, were repeated in March and August, 1785, and the Order began to decline, so that by the end of the last century (19th) it had ceased to exist.” This is what a fully ‘illumined’ Freemason says happened; on the other hand, a secret society whose goal is to destroy the standing institutions would likely rather be thought abandoned. Furthermore, no Masonic Institution has disbanded to this day… even the Knights Templar is still somewhat practiced. We don’t know; we can only speculate the fate of this Order of the Illuminati.

Is it truly the Illuminati conspiring against us? Is it they who are behind the scenes manipulating us into this terrible predicament of the present? We cannot be sure… but these Illuminati would wield more power if they had assistance from the wealthy International Bankers, and these bankers would attain control more quickly if they employed a secret society which already had a plan to bring governments and the Church to their knees.

The mark of Freemasonry has been made upon these United States - was it for better or worse? Likely, it’s both benefited and hurt us. It seems that these Masonic Institutions are a pool which can be utilized by selecting the appropriate people and initiating them into other Orders - perhaps ones without an affirming goal. Ruthless deeds call for ruthless men; if the upper echelons of a sect of Masonry are corrupted the corrupt will rise through the ranks. There is likely great division among the higher ranks of Freemasonry; if they are as knowledgeable as they claim, they should be quite aware of the trying circumstances our world is entering. The American Freemasons have their Bibles in front of them on their altars… hopefully they’ll turn to the back and begin reading Revelations! We need good men in every institution, on every corner, and in every family to stand up for the good of our world… before the hammer falls.

The United States of America - Mankind's Last Best Hope

The preceding seven articles carefully document and detail the Bilderberg plan and the fate of America if it isn't stopped. The Bilderberg has made accelerating progress toward its global vision.

Its One World Order would consist of seemingly independent and ostensibly democratic nations with capitalist, consumer-driven economies. Most of North America would be its exclusive domain, populated by the rulers of the world and 10 million people needed to operate it. We would forfeit our homes and become citizen invaders in foreign lands paid to report on the activities of foreign neighbors. The Bilderberg world would be policed by the United States Armed Forces.

The articles' logic is undeniable. Some predictions are already happening and more will soon occur. With the Bilderberg plan exposed, it may move even faster. To succeed in resisting the plan and saving our nation we must fight for the following five policies.

Excessive government and personal debt is the Bilderberg tool being put in place to take America. A prior article, "U.S. Citizen Invaders," details how the building debt crisis would be used to repossess our homes and take our nation.

At the rate the national debt is growing it will soon reach the point that it cannot be repaid. The ability to pay is a function of the size of the debt and the amount of Federal tax receipts. With government spending out of control, jobs disappearing, and personal debt expanding, the national debt can only increase. The Bilderberg plans to allow us to pay off the massive national debt with a device called debt-for-nature swaps. Effectively, we would surrender huge sections of the country to the IMF and World Bank to satisfy the debt. Those lands would be put under the auspices of the UN and off limits to human habitation. We must pay off the national debt to preempt that horrible scenario.

Regarding personal debt, the trap is set. Increasing interest rates will start a planned series of events that will end in the repossession of many homes. Because this is only two to five years away, it is too late for most to realistically expect to pay off their debt. Still, we must not be at the mercy of those who hold our debts. The solution is to think in terms of your ability to "service" your debt not to pay it off. As long as you can make your payments, they cannot foreclose. You must hold enough cash to service your debt. Even if it means borrowing while rates are low and stashing it to service debt later, you must build a reserve to service debt and avoid foreclosure in the planned crisis.

2. End Foreign Aid

American foreign aid must be stopped. It is our most irrational government activity. It relies of two mutually exclusive propositions, neither of which is true. First is that as the world's most prosperous nation it is our duty to support less fortunate nations that would starve without aid. Second is that our selfish interest is served by purchasing the favor of poor nations that would otherwise attack America. To merely point out the contradiction that starving nations do not attack avoids the fact that neither reason stands up to history. Fifty years of foreign aid has not alleviated the world's suffering and has not earned the United States global friendships. Recipients of aid remain third-world nations regularly engaging in tribal warfare while our few friends are wealthy nations not in need of aid.

We send billions to foreign nations. What does that money buy? Most of the world hates us, yet they send lobbyists to Washington to bribe congressmen to give them our money in the form of foreign aid that seldom reaches those in need. During the fifty years of this policy we have become the world's largest debtor nation until at last we face bankruptcy. America was founded on the principles of the individual's right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Taking our money and giving it away violates all three principles. Force Washington to end foreign aid and use the money to pay the national debt.

3. Convert the Military from an Offensive to a Defensive Force

The billions we waste in military spending could quickly reverse the trend and reduce the national debt. Our military should be used for national defense not to invade sovereign nations. Our president claims that we can no longer depend on the fact the great oceans separate us from the rest of the world. Of course we can. If we were to array our military along the U.S. borders instead of projecting it across the globe, terrorists could not sneak a pea shooter through our defenses. Bring the military back into our own hemisphere.

The Bilderberg is engaged in establishing a U.S. military presence on a permanent basis all over the globe. We are told this is to protect our national interests when in fact it is preparation for a worldwide police force. Do we have national interests in Afghanistan, Turkey, Iraq, Italy, Qatar, etc? Must we search the world for terrorists who would attack us when the very reason for an attack is our presence in their nations? Bring the military home and terrorists will have no reason to attack.

We are the world's largest market. Other countries will sell us their exports regardless of whether or not our military is occupying their countries. Slash military spending and use the savings to pay our national debt and pursue domestic goals.

4. Invest in Domestic Infrastructure and the Environment

Some will correctly point out that a huge reduction in military spending will cost jobs and cause recession. Rather than building bombs that only destroy themselves, create jobs by building infrastructure and cleaning the environment. The jobs will prevent recession, and the results of the labor will not explode. Instead of dropping $100 billion dollars on Iraq that has exploded or evaporated we could have spent $50 billion building up our infrastructure and cleaning our environment and saved the other $50 billion. Our national debt would be $50 billion smaller, we would have new highways and bridges to show for it, and our environment would be healthier.

The plan to repossess America uses debt-for-nature swaps mentioned above. That can be prevented by paying off the debt, but some fear the UN will put the land off limits on its own and are attempting to fight it by pretending there is no environmental problem. That strategy is misguided on two fronts. First is that the UN is merely an impotent tool of the Bilderberg. The UN was directed to draw maps the Bilderberg plans to use to repossess our land and put it under the control of its impotent tool, but the UN itself will not take our land. Second is that Federal land is mismanaged and pollution is killing the oceans. Anyone who claims otherwise has not done independent confirmation. I have traveled to every state and have first-hand knowledge of the mismanagement. Anyone who doubts the pollution problem is invited to go to the nearest stream, river, or lake and dip out a glass of water. If you dare drink it, you will quickly learn a violent lesson on pollution. If you survive, go to the docks and ask an old fisherman if he's noticed any difference in the fishing in his lifetime. When he stops crying, he will have a disturbing story to tell. Our public lands exist for our enjoyment, but they must be effectively managed and our environment must be cleaned. We've done much harder things. For the cost of the bombs exploded in Iraq, we could filter the Mississippi River. We could build plants to reclaim the soil and remove the pollution that is flowing into and killing the oceans. Mankind does not and can not exist outside nature. Mankind may survive after the oceans die, but most will perish. Even if we succeed in saving our country, most who read this article will live to see the oceans die if we don't act now.

5. End the Multinational Corporation

Capitalism has been corrupted under Alan Greenspan and the Bilderberg. Globalism is a perversion of the American capitalist phenomena that made us the envy of the world. Formerly American corporations have become multinational corporations with no national allegiance. Corporate executives proudly pursue the elimination of American jobs by transferring both manufacturing and office work overseas. Our Federal Reserve chairman in testimony before congress regularly praises those corporations for increasing productivity. Chairman Greenspan is a globalist mouthpiece engaged in deceit.

American capitalism grew in the absence of slavery. Productivity increased steadily as capitalists sought more efficient means of production. Innovation improved machinery and increased productivity. Productivity was defined as output divided by "hours-worked." Using hours-worked as the denominator, productivity could be compared across all geographic areas regardless of wage scales. Corporations that relocated plants to the rural South where labor costs were low increased profits without increasing productivity. This was a temporary benefit to corporations but a long-term benefit to America as demand for cheaper southern labor eventually pushed up its price. Corporations can no longer profit from closing a northern plant, building a southern replacement, and training a new workforce because wages have equalized. Economics worked and America became stronger.

Transferring jobs to Mexico and China is entirely different. Corporations can produce in Mexico for a fraction of the cost of producing in the U.S. even though productivity is much less. Mexican substitutes are not as productive as American workers. However, corporations pay them so little that profits still increase. Bilderberg strategists would argue that on a global perspective wages will eventually equalize across the world just as they did in America between the North and the South. While that is true, Americans could not survive at the resulting average wage. To mask that fact, the productivity calculation was changed to output divided by "labor-costs." Productivity is no longer increased by increasing efficiency but by reducing labor-costs. This not only stops innovation and inhibits progress, but it is a reversion to slavery and not fit for America.

Moving jobs overseas should not be the policy of our corporations. It does not benefit America. This topic is complex, but if the productivity calculation were restored to the former equation the Greenspan deceit would be revealed and congress better informed. We cannot stand by and watch our jobs disappear. It used to be that what was good for General Motors was good for America. That is no longer true. What is good for multinational corporations is killing America. Multinational corporations must become American corporations again. American corporations must employ Americans.

The next five articles will expand on the above and suggest strategies to save our nation. Many have become increasingly frustrated watching police-state preparations being put in place. Without organized resistance or even a well articulated course of action, we see little to do but prepare to defend our families from the inevitable. We vow to go down fighting, because we see no way to win. Hopefully, a movement will be organized around each of the five necessary fights. That is beyond the ability of this analyst. Please circulate my articles. Perhaps we can join organizations or help candidates that will adopt our fight or are already pursuing one or more of the strategies.

IMF warns US on deficit

The International Monetary Fund has warned the United States that while speedy economic recovery there would benefit the whole world economy, the Bush administration should pay more attention to the instability threatened by its huge budget deficit.

In a report prepared for the World Bank and IMF annual meetings in Dubai next month, and leaked to Reuters news agency and leading newspapers, the Fund says that it has increased its forecast for economic growth in the US this year and next.

But it warns that while fiscal stimulus - President Bush's tax cuts - has helped the US and global economies to recover, the Bush administration is too optimistic about its budget deficit.

The Fund thinks it could balloon to $550bn - that would be more than 5% of economic output, significantly greater than the 3% limit that eurozone countries are required to aim for.

Hint to China

The Fund expects the eurozone to grow just 0.7% this year - some economists had been forecasting a slide into recession for the eurozone - and it has cut slightly its forecast for growth in the UK.

It says global growth should reach 3.2% this year and 4% next year.

In an apparent hint to the Chinese to consider revaluing their currency, the renminbi, the Fund warns East Asian countries that built large dollar reserves after the Asian economic crisis at the end of the last century that their savings had been excessive.

It says currency manipulation in Asia has added to global imbalances and Asian countries should aim to correct this by allowing their currencies to appreciate.

Peak Oil, Peak Population and Peak Domination

Oil, the blood of our economy is running dry, threatening every nation, industry, product, and job with cataclysmic overhaul. The world has already consumed about half of the total recoverable oil. From here on out, greater populations will continue to demand more of the ever-dwindling and irreplaceable resource, driving living costs higher, placing most of the world into a fight for survival.

Most people alive now don’t realize how important oil is in their life. From cheap energy came cheap food and from cheap food came you and I and our self-indulgent lifestyles. Long ago, net consuming governments crafted a “cheap energy policy” in order to bring about economic prosperity, a one-time golden age. During this age we exalted our power as individuals with motors and electronic devices and products from far off lands. When this age is finished, we will return to the family and to nature. We will again work by the sweat of our brow.

Unfortunately, before that happens, we should first endure the coming “population correction” unlike anything in the history of mankind. Starting slowly now and increasing with intensity along with the price of oil, billions of people will return to sustenance living, eating and burning whatever they can find.

When people are angry, politicians have one or two choices: lock them up or fight them against an enemy. Politicians will attempt to shift the blame to an energy grid, terrorism, or any other “fightable” source. We can’t fight peak oil but don’t worry, our leaders will find a “victorious” war for us. Just don’t expect to learn the truth from them.

No Substitute for Oil

Contrary to popular legend, a viable alternative to the portable power of oil hasn’t materialized. Electricity is not efficient; units of storage are too bulky. Solar panels are even more inconvenient and they cost more energy to create than they give during their entire lifetime. Despite pop-science affection, hydrogen and hybrid fuels are too energetically expensive to produce and so will not substitute oil. Coal, natural gas and nuclear energy require the use of rapidly diminishing resources as well, and none of them are a viable alternative to oil anyway. Wind and waves are continuous sources of power but will hardly jumpstart our oil-addicted economy. In short, we are soon to be without cheap fuel for our engines to burn.

At this point, most people immediately cling to the well-worn mantra: “Oh, they will think of something.” But think for a moment whether “they” are public servants at your service or whether you are “their” public slave at their economic slaughterhouse.


Who Are Our Masters?

A war is waging between net consumers and net suppliers of oil. Western counties are net consumers of oil. Western countries would like to maintain superior geo-political hegemony against net supplier countries. The chess board is simplified on the top, where all the action is, because leadership is being bought on all sides by International Bankers and Financiers (Globalists, New World Order proponents) who have owned the American political spectrum since at least 1913. They triangulate above this war, and seek to organize a one-world monopoly government. Their deadline for world domination approaches as peak oil threatens to unravel their power base. The best way for a leader of today to stay in power is to form a world government, hoard resources, rule over a fiefdom of dying serfs while living in relative luxury, and blame as many convenient outside causes as is possible.

In his article “Neo-Conned” by Dr. Ron Paul, Congressman from Texas, we learn that our current American Presidency has more in common with the Third Reich than with the traditional conservative movement. As a registered Republican, I can affirm with Ron Paul that the Republican Party once stood for small and non-intrusive government and strong constitution-based laws. While having some fundamental differences with the Democratic Party, both parties sought social justice at the heart of their constituency.

But what we have with the “Neo-Cons” of the Bush administration, according to Ron Paul (and others) is the worst of both worlds: A big corporate-based government and military machine seeking a police state and a New World Order with America at the helm.

Officials within the Bush Administration have written strategic papers on international policy using the term “Pax Americana” meaning US dominance in the world for purposes furthering global government. Not to be ignored, US domestic policy calls for strict laws leaning towards a police state. What better way to solidify the base at home than to throw people who demonstrate against the government into camps as terrorists? Hey, when the starvation riots begin, leadership will have to defend itself, right? But as they prepare of your starvation riots, most of the world is still running on the treadmill of consumerism and self-indulgent lifestyles as lemmings going over a Norwegian Fjord.

Bush is not our master, but his masters in the International Financial Cabal are our masters. They rule over all parties, not just Bush or Clinton. Their power to print fiat money insures their worldly position. Also, their power is in a stupid and complacent society of self-indulgent dolts. So wake yourself up and awaken your family and neighbor. Your coma of ignorance is life threatening.


The Coming World-Wide Holocaust

Today, we have 6 billion people on earth. Without oil, the earth will support 2-3 billion tops, and only if we stop desecrating our environment right now. For as long as oil prices remain artificially cheap, we will continue to multiply until the feared “supply cliff” arrives. When that happens, our materialistic Industrial Civilization will have a head-on crash with the Stone Age on steroids. Avoiding this is hardly possible. The only way to reduce starvation, wars, pestilence and cannibalism at this point is to raise the price of oil right now, forcing change earlier.


Either way, the hour is late. Demand will outstrip supply sometime between 2005 and 2020. As a rule, sooner is better than later because a more painful “die off” is produced on the “ghost acres” of abundant cheap energy through time as we continuously multiply towards the abyss.

The Globalists have already made their calculations and they remain silent, indicating content to see us meet their dreaded supply cliff without warning. Surely, they will have plenty of Hegelian dialectical enemies, both real and imagined, ready to divide us equally into every possible cockfight. Predictably, the usual shadows will fight us: Left against the Right, ethnos against ethnos, rich against poor, male chauvinist against feminist, blah, blah, blah. But in reality it’s really just the Globalist Cabal against their deliberately dumbed-down masses. The only person with any power to warn you or save you is you, so awaken from your slumber.


You will miss oil when it is gone. Oil is primarily responsible for giving you everything you own. Oil is the most exploited slave that ever existed. If you don’t know already, you need to understand some fundamental facts about the impact of oil on food, for example: An acre of land will produce up to 130 bushels of maize (that is corn for you Americans) when we use tractors running on diesel and oil, fertilizers using oil-based nitrogen, and if necessary, irrigation using oil-based water pumps plus don’t forget oil-based herbicides, pesticides. That same acre of land will produce just 30 bushels of maize without all that stuff. Now, let’s talk about getting that corn to the market.


Are you ready to ride your horse or bicycle? The American farmer, using oil, feeds 98 people today. Tomorrow, he will feed his own family and about 20 other people. So what are the other 70-something people going to do? Probably first they will riot. Then they will be locked into camps. After that, they may one day look up and read as sign that says: “Work Makes One Free”.

Protect Yourself

Big cities and suburbs are death traps, producing nothing. Big cities are added-value-based structures, unsuited for a survival-based economy. Suburbs are a great place to live when you have a car and electricity but they will be abandoned when we return to sustenance living without cheap energy.


Reindeer were introduced to St. Matthew Island Alaska in 1944 and multiplied on the lush green territory unabated until 1963. During these 19 years, the reindeer doubled in population nearly 8 times from 29 head to 6,000 head. At that point, available resources were completely taxed, forcing a die off within just a half-year until their numbers were a scrawny 42, of which one was male. The island still hasn’t recovered to its lush pre-1944 beauty.


Without doubt, our civilization is about to end. We have a decade or two at most. Don’t waste any tears on this false economy and false culture. It was based upon a one-time glut of cheap energy and psychotic exploitation of our neighbors and it did more harm to us than good, socially and spiritually speaking. We can only look to the future. This particular correction will take everything we have and more just to survive. It is a good time to believe in miracles.

Here are some simple and effective steps to take today:

1. Study truth: Wake-up your family and friends by printing articles and showing them how so-called “conspiracy” sites like www.propagandamatrix.com are doing the job that a free press once did for us long ago. Learn as much as you can because time is short.

2. Make plans to get out of the city and out of the suburbs, into a sustainable lifestyle on agriculturally viable land. Learn about the post-carbon civilization and prepare for your new lifestyle.

3. Get rid of fiat money “assets” such as stocks and bonds and mutual funds. Buy gold and silver. Research the Gold Confiscation Act of 1933 and consider positioning yourself away from similar traps when everybody runs to gold and silver.

4. Get your family structure back together again. Necessity will demand it when cheap oil and your self-indulgent lifestyle disappear.

5. If you haven’t already done so, introduce yourself humbly before the God that created you. Events coming our way were already prophesied in the Bible centuries ago for our generation specifically: One World Order, the second rise of Rome, personal ID and tracking devices, a cashless society, increased catastrophes (both man-made and natural) like “birth pangs” towards a final world war, a deceptive “false peace” would just precede the final battle when all nations come against Israel… and fail. The accuracy of Biblical end-time prophesies is worth examination and so is your conscience.


Finally

Don’t get caught-up on blaming others for this mess. Just get right with the person that you have real control over, which is yourself. Your loved ones are depending upon you to point them towards the truth.
