(Denver, CO) According to some scientific professionals and political observers the recent expulsion and imprisonment of popularly elected US Congressman James A. Traficant intends to silence the now former Congressman' demand fort truth and accountability for the government's secret AIDS program, US Special Virus.

Days after the US General Accounting Office reported that the mostly secret US Special Virus program was not linked to the evidence of laboratory birth of AIDS, US Congressman Traficant found himself both without a job and in jail.

According to AIDS origin author and virus statistician Professor Robert E. Lee, "The GAO is wrong and obviously exerted no scholarship in their (Lab AIDS) report. Then Trafficant got fired."

Professor Lee continues lending his expertise in virus origins to activist and researcher Dr. Boyd E. Graves, whose meeting with Congress led to the GAO's recent investigation into the government's 15 year secret virus development program.

Dr. Graves has requested Government Reform Committee Chairman Dan Burton commence an immediate review into the factual errors issued by US GAO investigators regarding the US Special Virus development program which persisted secretly spending tax dollars 15years prior to the discovery of 'HIV/AIDS'.

"Prior to the US Special Virus Program, there was no HIV/AIDS," according to Professor Lee.

In 1986, the medical authorities administered the vaccine against hepatitis B to Native Indian children in Alaska, without any explanation or the consent of their parents. Many children fell ill. And several died. It seems there was a virus called RSV (Rous Sarcoma Virus) in the vaccine. American Indian tribes have been subjected to many vaccinations. Let us be aware that they are difficult to beat into submission, and they own vast tracts of land which the authorities would like to have for their own benefit.

Recently when I met a group of Native women to chat about health with them, the subject of vaccinations cropped up. I was giving them some information on the topic when, suddenly, the group's nurse confided in me that the federal government had given her complete freedom in the management of their health, but on one strict condition. That every vaccination had to be scrupulously applied to all. The silence was deafening. We all understood.

pIn 1988, the Ambassador of Senegal gave a radio interview reporting on the ravages of AIDS in his country where entire villages were being decimated. A few years earlier, scientific and medical teams had come to vaccinate their inhabitants against hepatitis B.

In 1978, a new vaccine was tested on homosexuals in New York.

And in 1980, on those in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, and St Louis. Officially, this "new vaccine" was against hepatitis B and, as we now know, it caused many of them to die from AIDS. It sounded the "official" beginning of the AIDS epidemic in 1981. Professor Jakob Segal and his wife Lilli both believe that AIDS was laboratory manufactured at Fort Detrick, Maryland - home of America's Chemical and Biological Warfare programme. Segal, a Russian-born Professor of biology at Humboldt University in then East Germany stated that AIDS was the result of a US germ warfare programme. The couple published their findings in a 1986 pamphlet "AIDS: USA Home-Made Evil. The couple set about trying to show that the AIDS virus HIV is almost identical, in some regards, to two other viruses. These are Visna, a deadly disease that kills sheep, but is not infectious to humans, and HTLV-1 (Human T-Cell Leukemia Virus) which though not fatal is highly infectious to humans.
Segal then went on to state that the P4 High Security laboratory at Fort Detrick, was responsible for splicing both Visna and HTLV-1 together, thus creating an artificial biological weapon that was both highly infectious and deadly to humans. The result was HIV. Segal maintains this virus was finally created between late 1977 and the spring of 1978. Disparaging the then common view that AIDS had first arisen in Africa, Segal insisted that the Fort Detrick cocktail was tested on prison inmates who had volunteered to participate in experiments in exchange for their release. Because symptoms did not show up inside six months, the convicts were released according to the prior agreement. Since a number of them were gay, Segal claimed, they travelled to New York and unknowingly began infecting other members of New York's gay community. From here the first known AIDS case appeared in 1979 and soon began spreading like wildfire.
Segal is not alone in suggesting that AIDS was the result of biological warfare experiments. Dr. William Campbell Douglas - a high profile American physician with a background in Aviation and Space medicine, and a former US Navy Flight Surgeon - also believes AIDS was man-made. Douglas couldn't be politically further apart from the Segal's. His rhetoric is noticeably right wing and he regards himself as a "dedicated anti-communist."
Douglas firmly believes that the irruption of AIDS began in Africa, but not as a result of a green monkey biting a local native. His theory is that the World Health Organisation surreptitiously infected the citizens of Africa with laboratory created AIDS concealed within their widespread smallpox vaccination project.
Possibly, the most enduring man-made AIDS theorist is American, Dr. Robert Strecker, M.D. Strecker firmly believes that AIDS was manufactured in a laboratory as a biological weapon.
As an example, Strecker mentions the comments of Jay Clemenson, a world renowned epidemiologist. In 1975, Clemenson spoke before a meeting of cancer and leukaemia experts in Tokyo. Strecker quotes him as saying "We are in fact establishing conditions for a pandemic spread of an organic virus varying on the scale of influenza of 1918."
In a paper entitled "Twenty-First Century Germ Warfare" by USAF Lt. I had again read about the Special Virus in "Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola, Nature, Accident or Intentional?" by Leonard G. Horowitz. I followed Dr. Horowitz's suggestion and ordered progress report #8 (1971) through the public library. About a week later, I was in the library and one of the counter persons said they had something for me. The progress report was about 350 pages. The cover was faded with a very strange design . Dr. Horowitz had accurately described the cover and in bulk form reprinted a number of the pages of the program. As I examined the report for the first time, it appeared to have a blueprint or schematic attached. The FLOWCHART of the program unfolded in five sections and definitively proclaimed this to be the "research logic" of the Special Virus program. I knew it then and I know it now, this flowchart is the "missing link" in proving the laboratory birth of the AIDS pandemic.

On April 4, 1969, President Nixon landed by helicopter at Fort Detrick, Maryland. He wanted to be there when our scientists announced to the world that they had figured out the mechanisms of life. We could now create an ethnic cancer. The U.S. could now "enter and control" foreign DNA in the human body. On June 9, 1969 the Pentagon informed the U.S. Congress. On July 18, 1969 Nixon informed the Congress the United States wanted to take immediate action to thwart overpopulation in the third world. Over the next nine months Nixon garnered bipartisan support and on March 16, 1970 signed a public law authorizing 'population stabilization'. His comments in naming John D. Rockefeller III were perhaps his only truthful statements:
" . . .Of all the people in this nation, I think I could say of all the people in the world, there is perhaps no man who has been more closely identified and longer identified with this problem than John Rockefeller. We are very fortunate to have his chairmanship of the Commission; and we know that the report he will give, the recommendations that he will make, will be tremendously significant as we deal with this highly explosive problem, explosive in every way, as we enter the last third of the 20th century. . . "

The progress reports of the Special Virus program ; the experiments and contracts conclusively prove the United States' development of a contagious, biological agent was well underway, prior to the notification the U.S. Pentagon gave the U.S. Congress on June 9, 1969. The U.S. government "feigned confusion" during the late '70's and early '80's solely for the purposes of allowing the special virus to incubate.

The Special Virus program's research logic flow chart and progress reports demonstrate the government's search for a 'candidate virus' and it's ultimate ability to create the AIDS virus. It is necessary for the medical and scientific community to scrutinize the secret memo concerning the "urgent" population problem, former President Nixon issued on July 18, 1969, as well as the plethora of direct scientific evidence affiliated with the program's flowchart and progress reports. Any cursory review of the Special Virus program will conclude the United States developed a human/monkey/sheep retrovirus.
The scientific connection between the Special Virus and the experimental hepatitis B vaccine lot#:751 from Merck Laboratories is also undeniably evident. The AIDS virus had two epicenters (Manhattan and Africa) because it was added to major vaccine programs in those regions of the world consistent with the Pentagon sworn testimony of June 9, 1969 (McCarthur testimony at 121, Appropriations Hearing Ninety First U.S. Congress June 9, 1969). This information is consistent with an incriminating 1972 scientific paper from the World Health Organization.
