It seems that, failing to instigate a war on Iraq, slaves of our illegal global ruler have decided to push N. Korea over the top, so it launches a nuke strike against US forces in S. Korea or USS Kittyhawk battle group that was send there for this purpose/ to be a target of limited proportions.

This event was discovered by Mayor Ed Dame's TRW group in 1996. as I have shown in last update on my site.

If that Wall Street analyst is right, the date is 16 Feb. +7 days. Here is why:

Arch Crawford has been ranked as one of the very top market timers for years now. In spite of the fact that he uses astrology, among other technical analysis tools, he has a large readership on Wall Street because of his track record, and often appears on the financial shows such as CNBC (as recently as this month).

Here is his statement about February 16th:

"Our sensibilities are
tweaked to call this one of the worst
days EVER (16th) in international
relations, and a good day to be short
stocks, long gold, oil & commodities.
If you still have friends or relatives
with bomb shelters left over from the
1960's (or Y2K), it may be time to
restock the dried foods and oil the
automatic weapons!"

Mods, this guy is really about as Main Street as you can get.

Bush approves nuclear response

Nicholas Kralev
THE WASHINGTON TIMES

A classified document signed by President Bush specifically allows for the use of nuclear weapons in response to biological or chemical attacks, apparently changing a decades-old U.S. policy of deliberate ambiguity, it was learned by The Washington Times.

"The United States will continue to make clear that it reserves the right to respond with overwhelming force — including potentially nuclear weapons — to the use of [weapons of mass destruction] against the United States, our forces abroad, and friends and allies," the document, National Security Presidential Directive 17, set out on Sept. 14 last year.

A similar statement is included in the public version of the directive, which was released Dec. 11 as the National Strategy to Combat Weapons of Mass Destruction and closely parallels the classified document. However, instead of the phrase "including potentially nuclear weapons," the public text says, "including through resort to all of our options."

North Korea says nuclear war possible at 'any moment'

31.01.2003
1.00pm
SEOUL - North Korea said on Thursday that US military threats made nuclear war possible at any moment, and blamed Washington for an acute electricity shortage stemming from a freeze on the communist state's atomic energy programme.

A day after a South Korean presidential envoy returned empty-handed from a trip to North Korea to discuss the nuclear crisis, Seoul's president-elect announced plans to send a mission to the United States and Japan next week.

President-elect Roh Moo-hyun's envoys are to hold talks with top officials in the two allies' capitals to discuss ways to end the nuclear impasse with North Korea, his transition team said.

But the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said the UN watchdog's governing board was due to meet in emergency session to discuss the crisis on February 12.

"The board of governors of the IAEA should meet on February 12. I hope it will not be postponed," the French daily Le Monde quoted Mohamed ElBaradei as saying in an interview.

Pyongyang angrily denounced ElBaradei this week, calling the IAEA the "cat's paw" of the United States and insisting that the agency was in no position to discuss the crisis.

The North's official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) kept up Pyongyang's barrage of belligerent, alarmist rhetoric on Thursday, as South Korea settled into a long weekend to mark the Lunar New Year on February 1.

"The military situation on the Korean peninsula is so tense that a nuclear war may break out any moment," KCNA said.

KCNA KCNA assails U.S. secret military exercise

Pyongyang, January 30 (KCNA)

A special operation group, a paramilitary organization under the CIA, conducted a secret exercise targeted against nuclear facilities and nuclear weapons in the DPRK, according to a recent issue of the U.S. weekly magazine Time. This is clear evidence proving that the U.S. has stepped up the preparations for a nuclear war against the DPRK in real earnest, while talking it has no plan to launch a military action against the DPRK and it is interested in "dialogue" with the DPRK in a bid to mislead the world public opinion.

When taking into consideration the fact that the Bush administration adopted it as its policy to mount a "preemptive attack" on "rogue states", the secret rehearsal cannot but heighten the DPRK's vigilance as it is a serious development.

It is an open secret that the U.S. is concentrating its efforts on the production of nuclear weapons to be used in destroying underground facilities of the DPRK in "case of emergency."

Under this situation, the DPRK can never overlook the maneuver.

What merits a serious attention is that the exercise was timed to coincide with the u.s. defense department's final examination of its crucial plan to mount a military attack on the DPRK.

According to this war scenario, the U.S. seeks to make surprise strikes at major targets and nuclear facilities of the DPRK and hurl special units into its rear as an advance force to harass it.

The prevailing situation indicates that the U.S. "national security strategy" aimed at a preemptive attack on the DPRK has entered the phase of its implementation.

The military situation on the Korean Peninsula is so tense that a nuclear war may break out any moment.

The people and the army of the DPRK are closely watching the dangerous military moves of the U.S. and keeping themselves fully ready to cope with them.

U.S. dangerous attempt at preemptive attack under fire

Pyongyang, January 30 (KCNA)

The U.S. is loudmouthed about dialogue for a "peaceful settlement" of the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula, asserting that it "has no intention to invade North Korea." But this is not its real intention. Rodong Sinmun today says this in a signed article.

The article continues:
It is trite double-dealing tactics of the U.S. to put up the signboard of "peace" in a bid to deceive the public and, at the same time, put spurs to its preparations for a war.

The U.S. imperialists have become ever more undisguised in their moves to stifle the DPRK by force under this signboard.
The U.S. war scenario dubbed "contingency plan," an appendix of its "operation plan 5027", is in the making.

The "contingency plan" is aimed at dealing "deadly blows" at the front and rear of the DPRK simultaneously. It calls for mobilizing sophisticated military hardware and information system in case of "emergency" on the Korean Peninsula to neutralize the DPRK's "offensive forces," indiscriminately strike its strategic vantages and thus seize the military initiative and put it under the U.S. control in the shortest possible time.

All the planned U.S. military actions presuppose preemptive attacks upon the DPRK. pursuant to this scenario, the U.S. Forces in South Korea are busy with the reorganization of their units to increase their capability to invade the north. The U.S. is hell-bent on developing tactical nuclear weapons to be used in the second Korean War, while pushing ahead with the formation of a "joint stealth operation unit" whose mission is to carry out a preemptive nuclear assault operation.

The reality goes to prove the U.S. talk that it has "no intention to invade North Korea" and stands for "dialogue" is nothing but sheer sophism to fool the public opinion and a trick to buy time to round off the deployment of its aggressor forces according to its war scenario. Dialogue can never go with the U.S. moves to invade the DPRK.
