No idea!
Prior to Homeland Security my dial up connection worked at 115,200KPS
Now that our Homeland is secure (and -edit- Right-Thinking Professionals) read every post I get only 33kps on the same connection.

and lose the connection quite often when I criticize (edit our beloved President's Administration.
