Did the US Set Oil Fires in Kuwait? Joyce Riley (gulfwarvets), an activist on behalf of those with Gulf War Illness, presented a shocking indictment of the US government during the first two hours of Friday night's show. She said that five separate Gulf War vets had told her that US troops were responsible for setting the oil well fires in Kuwait and that it was done to "make it look like the Republican Guard had set the fire." Riley speculated that the reason behind it was a kind of PR tactic to convince the American public that Saddam Hussein and his regime were a terrible evil. She presented a transcript of her interview with one of the accusatory vets. "The explosive I used was C4. It's light weight, it's easy to use...I placed the explosive on the wellhead and the incendiaries near by so that… after the wellhead was damaged, that the incendiary could light the crude oil to fire," he told her. Riley, a loyal American, said she hoped that the reports could be proven wrong, but had no reason to think the soldiers were lying. Several veterans who called in during the second hour questioned the veracity of the account, commenting that the language from the transcript didn't match the military lingo they were familiar with. Not to discredit Joyce but I thought that story is BS. I heard the interview the other night and when the source claimed that C4 was used to blow off the cap. A military guy called in and said if we were to do any of that we woulda used phospherus grenades( did I spell that one right?). I thought there were several holes in his story as well.

As a US military op, we would have used thermite. as a disinfo project we would have used C-4. Of course I know nothing other than my 0-52Bravo source.

It was scorched Earth by the "enemy", if you can call anybody an enemy who was trained, armed, and exploited by us. The gulf war was a vast charade -- a testing ground for biotech and EM weaponry, a place for the little rich boys to try out their newest toys. I believe the wells were set on fire when the "enemy" realized how they were being effected by the invisible weapon, the EM broadcasts, and I am sure there was some high energy irradiating the place too ....which is usually what happens over a spot on the earth where a large portion of the atmosphere is jettisoned by Ionospheric heating, into space. If they were being attacked by these weapons (And satellite chemtrail pix from the gulf war are numerous and enlightening) and then REALIZED what all that meant, why, their best bet was to cloud-block the atmosphere any way they could.------------------ You don't have to burn books to destroy a culture, just get people to stop reading them. You know, Alex Jones is actually entertaining. He's sorta growing on me like athlete's foot fungus. And I'm sure Joyce thinks she's doing the right thing. This story is BS though.

Same story by one of the four vets interviewed by Captain Riley? Or is this a fifth GW vet? From: tupac shakur tgsxpl@yahoo.com http://tgsxpl@yahoo.com I originally read about this in Ramesey Clark's report linked at the bottom. (see Patriot Act II string) Then, this morning on the way to work and again on the way home, there's this... Special Ops Vet Says US Started Kuwait Oil Fires From Rick 2-20-3 During tonight's news program on KPFK (90.7 FM, also can be listened to outside the station's signal area using Real Audio on the internet -- go to KPFK.org), a US Special Operations soldier was interviewed. He came forward of his own free will and accord, and was not paid for the interview. He stated that he was part of a group of U.S. Special Ops forces, operating on specific orders, who were the ones who ignited the oil wellhead fires in Kuwait, in order that we might blame Saddam Hussein for the fires. His specific assignment was to start fires at four wellheads, while each of the other soldiers in his group were assigned a similar number of fires to start. He further stated that no one from Iraq had anything whatsoever to do with the oil well fires in Kuwait. There were numerous additional details, adequate to show that this particular soldier had not made up any part of his story. http://www.rense.com/general35/ku.htm BTW thanks for the link to the audio but my computer stopped in the middle and notified me I had lost my connection to the internet. Picking up the phone, the distinctive sound of computers communicating was heard. Unplug phone line to the computer as Microslop attempts to send a file about "a problem with my computer". Examine file and find it was a list of visited websites, files modified and images viewed. Maybe I'm mot paranoid enough. Has anyone been able to hear that entire audio clip? Is it the same as her interview on CoasttoCoastam.com? ________________________________________________________________________

If you are talking about the Alex Jones audio clip...I had no problem listening to it. Sometimes it loads HALFWAY. So you have to re-load the URL link with a mouse click and the whole audio clip will load.Alex has stated that his server records who vists. You think youre having your files read? Get a Mac. The army seems to like them. Netscape 7 isnt the greatest browser but it has high security. You might also want a personal firewall or simply use internet anonomizer.
