>how is the tail supposed to strike the earth?<
'Science at NASA' provides the answer: http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2003/28feb_tucanids.htm
>Earth is approaching a cometary debris stream that might trigger an unusual Antarctic meteor shower this weekend.
Most meteor showers, like the Leonids, are caused by short-period comets<
>The SOHO photos with the eye...and the SOHO photo with the ghostly comma at the base. Now that was cool. If they haven't been altered by someone with photoshop, science is going to finally have to admit to other realities.<

NASA CAUGHT FAKING IMAGES< http://homepage.eircom.net/~gulufuture/future/neat_flyby1.htm

Maybe they just caught NASA building that composite of theirs, but why so many servers hacked?
I'm not a "'tinfoilhat' coincidence theorist"; but all those servers had just featured the same NEAT story about NASA faking images.
Hmmm...
good thing NASA is above politics!
