Follow this logic through for a minute and you realize that there are only two reasons Iraqi women and children and non-combatants are getting killed in this war, and a minor chance of a third. First, the major reason is due to the FACT that the brave and powerful so-called, Republican Guard, are hiding behind women and children. In other words, they are using them as human shields for themselves and other military targets. In other words, they are forcing women and children and non-combatants into places where they know they are going to get killed. And if these women and children and non-combatants refuse, what happens to them? These evil, SOBs shoot them in the head, or brutally torture and rape them to compel them to stay…that’s what happens. Just the other day we saw these brave supermen, Iraqis forcing women and children onto a bridge that was under assault. These brave Iraqi military soldiers send women holding babies before them into combat, and if they should turn, they are shot in the back, by these brave Iraqi soldiers…

The second possibility where non-combatants might get killed is by falling Iraqi artillery, as we just saw happen with that bombing of that market. Their own ordinance is killing them.

The third possibility is malfunctioning American ordinance….but this is rare. Targets are carefully chosen so that any over or under shots of the target produces the least collateral damage. But a miss or malfunction is extremely rare. In fact we have never seen such accuracy in the history of human warfare. For example, recent footage shows one of our GPS or laser guided bombs taking out an Iraqi tank beneath a bridge, yet leaving the bridge in tact. This is the norm, rather than the exception, of US accuracy.
