Wars do not materialize at the spur of the moment. They are carefully planned and orchestrated over a period of years and in the aftermath of the attack on the World Trade Center in New York, the whole scenario leading up to a major world war is coming to light.

Igniting ethnic conflicts, preying on deep religious intolerances, manipulating economic upheavals, exploiting independence movements, goading age-old political flash points are just a few examples of how the Dark Forces/Illuminati exploit the human conflict potential so that humanity slowly manipulated into more well-defined camps for an all out war. Through this war, the dark forces believe they can achieve their goal of absolute world control. Yet cosmic law tells us, there will indeed be a war, the Armageddon, but the outcome will favor the light forces, the forces of good.

Preparations for more war are actively underway. One need only take stock of the growing frequency in the number of regional conflicts and staged terrorist incidents now coming to the fore. Soon these forces will orchestrate one or a series of events so heinous that the humanity will be forced to take on arms and fight themselves. This event will take place soon and be of a magnitude that will remove the attack on the World Trade Center in New York to the background.

Unlike Previous Wars

At this point it is unclear how the nations of the world will line up since it is not a war of one nation against another but will be a war of the light vs the dark forces. The dark forces operate without respect to national boundaries. In fact, some of the most egregious violations against cosmic law are being committed within and across countries that pronounce themselves on the side of truth. Treason is thus implied here in the case of the September 11 attack.

For this reason it is unclear at this writing which nations will come forth and stand on the side of truth and wisdom. This is the dilemma we see the world in today. Eventually, world forces will group around a nation or leader that will clearly stand on the side of truth and wisdom and will pit themselves against opposing forces financed and led by the Dark Forces/Illuminati.

Mankind will nevertheless have to experience this final conflict in whatever form it takes in order to pass into the New Age. But why are the dark forces so bent on war?

Ultimate Goal of this Final War

The ultimate goal is the total enslavement of the individual's soul. A war machine can easily strip humanity of its dignity, abolish its rights, culture, civilization and common decency. It can reduce man to an animal who but begs to live until the next day. It can instill in man a fear of death so great that he will easily submit to its domination under any minute promise of survival.

In war, the dark forces can strip individuals of their hard-earned wealth, impoverish them, and then dominate them with money. Their ultimate aim to abolish the rights of men. They seek to justify changes in laws, regulations, and legislation, all in the name of national security, in order to restrict and bind the freedom of the soul's outer manifestation, the physical person.

This is how the dark forces intend to gain world control. Remember, after the last two world wars, they nearly gained control of over half the world. This time they are going in for the kill. They want the whole world.

Watch for Staged Conflicts Leading to a Wider War

We look at the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center in New York as simply one of a series of staged events that will drag the world into a World War. On the earth plane one is prone to believe what one hears, sees or reads in the media (i.e. that the attack on the World Trade Center or the Indian Parliament is the work of radical Islamic terrorists) because it was planned to appear that way.

In the case of the WTC attack, we believe that any truly intelligent person should question the way events have been presented to him. How is it that security measures of the mightiest military power in the world could have been so lax so as to allow some crazed rogue individuals trained in the caves of Afghanistan to suddenly come over and very successfully attack the twin towers of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon itself with no retaliation whatever . . . and all within a matter of an hour or so? It's a bit odd isn't it? It was choreographed very beautifully, just like clockwork. In other words, this was not the work of terrorists out of Afghanistan. This was not the work of some cult group called the Taliban. It had a lot more to do with those very powers and their machinations to create world crisis.

Look to more staged events that will alarm the world. Some other turbulent events will no doubt involve the Middle East, their focus for the moment. Exploiting old wounds such as ethnic wars in Africa, in the Balkans, and in countless places around the world and exploiting old conflicts as per China vs.Taiwan, Palestine vs. Israel, and Pakistani Kashmir vs. Indian Kashmir.

Link with the War in Vietnam

Let us go back to the Vietnam War, for it is a good example of the same. Was this tiny country in Southeast Asia really a threat to the US? Oh, we don't think so. Yet enough power was wielded out of Washington DC to deploy thousands upon thousands of young men to lose their lives, minds, and limbs. For what? What was really being defended? Communism they said. That Communism is still there today, but what about the threat?

There was no threat then and now, any more than there is any threat to you right now from many of these so-called terrorists groups. So what we're looking at then is that these Dark Forces, when they need to move money in this direction or that, they will of course create whatever necessary vices, tragedy, or war in order to further their ends.

Link with President Kennedy's Assasination

Even the so-called most powerful office in the world today, the President of the United States, must bend to their ways or he will get his head blown off at high noon in front of the cameras as did President John F. Kennedy when he tried to buck the escalation of war in Vietnam. This, after being goaded into the abortive invasion of Cuba.
projected into other time zones before the assasination had actually taken place!

We wish to point out that even if the President of the US were to buck their influence, he would meet the same fate, for behind the assassination of JFK, were those forces, the very same about which we are talking. It was their statement to the world and to the American public, "We can blow the head off of your President at high noon, in front of all of you, can't we?"

Remember, the Dark Forces do things that anyone else would consider completely irrational. Void of conscience, they move to achieve their own earthly ends. They are a vanguard of souls who have been controlling things on this planet for centuries. Their days are over though, that much we can tell you, as far as the good news is concerned, yet unfortunately, we think, events have to come to the point where they will push things to the point of a World War, which is precisely what they've got in mind.

Early Signs of Dark Forces' Intentions

The Dark Forces' attempt to throw the nations of the world into a war-like stance through acts of terrorism is a tactic to force citizens into a state of subservience through fear. These acts of terrorism are not limited to the big ones like the WTC attack. They take place daily in the form of serial killings, random abductions, maternal infanticides, long-term kidnappngs all of which are designed to drive fear and loathing down to the most basic levels of society.

Security measures in the airports, new laws diminishing the individual's freedoms, random citizen searches, and prolonged detentions should sound this alarm among all thinkers: We do not fear the terrorists. We fear those who have posed all these security measures upon the people. Security measures are designed to get people used to being searched, to watch while armed people rifle through their wallets and private papers, to lose their sense of freedom, prevent their free movement.

Prepare yourselves for bills and legislations being introduced into legislatures and communities that curtail the use of firearms, the very thing, the American Constitution vouchsafes as every man's right. The founding fathers of America began to draft the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution* and its amendments, expressly included the ability to wear firearms so that the people could defend themselves from the insane who claim to govern them. In other words, the right to bear arms was intended to stop despots and the like from turning against the people.

We must fear most those wielding the right to impose security measures. It's like being under martial law, where even elected officials can of course govern things as they like.

But let us reiterate that despite the tumultuous period we are about to transit into, according to cosmic law, it has already been determined that the Dark Forces will ultimately lose as prophesized and be banished from the earth forever. This is a Divine Promise and is written in the Divine Plan.

Many of the more benign incarnates on earth today have reached a point in their evolution where they must decide whether to be led by other outside authorities or by their own souls.

The Effect of Television

Television is a wonderful invention of the twentieth century, and it can be said with authority, that there is a television set in almost every household in the world today. If a household lacks a set, members of that household have public access to television, either in a bar, coffee or tea shop, in restaurants, and other public places. This means that broadcasting signals are transmitted into almost every home in every corner of the world and indeed touch almost every human being walking on this earth.

In some countries, a household may own multiple sets of televisions, so that television programming reaches every room in the house. In the so-called third world or less developed countries, some of the humblest dwellings sport television antennas. Why such a widespread use of this invention? Because, in addition to amusement and entertainment, the television is a convenient tool for the propagation of the political regime's litany.

Yet far beyond these reasons, these television sets are also capable of carrying signals that are electronically calibrated to cause forms of retardation, autism, stupidity, mesmerism, and a general sense of malaise among the many viewers who watch it. Many of us, entranced by a certain "juicy" series on a certain day, will give up other activities to be there in front of the set at a specific time. Or some of us are so mesmerized by certain programs that we must make an effort to pull ourselves away from the television set. Some give in to its mesmerism and spend countless hours before the screen. These deleterious signals that television emits on its viewers are much like the effects of subliminal advertising-a split second flash to suggest a product--that has been banned from television, only their effects a far more subtle and damaging to the human brain. The best for any intelligent individual to do is to turn the television off and keep its use to the minimum.

Propagation of Moral Degradation

In addition to the harmful emission of signals in one's own home, television programs are designed to cater people's natural tendency toward their emotional selves. You'll scarcely find one popular program wherein people are not losing emotional control of themselves. Watch for it. It occurs all the time. Somebody is screaming at another or losing his or her temper. Others are cheating on one another. Some are in clear violation of cosmic law. Such programming dominates the airwaves over and over and over again. Unfortunately, these emotional themes are the very ones people seem to find the most interesting. Rarely, if ever, will you find a character pitted against some wonderful set of obstacles and who spiritually overcomes them all.

Through this genre of television programming, which invades the sacrosanct privacy of one's own home, the dark forces are trying to pound into you every second of the day, "This is who you are. This is what you are. Accept it. This is your lot. You're a bunch of squabbling animals and nothing more. FOR WHAT YOU LOOK AT IS WHAT YOU BECOME." In other words, what man meditates upon he eventually becomes.

It isn't the president (of the United States). It's the ones who are manipulating him, whose names you will never know and whose faces you'll never see. These are they who run the military, the war machine, which must run every now and then, or it might become a little bit rusty as they see it. It's actually a money-making thing and so they must generate war. And so they move about the various leaders of the countries as one would move pieces on a chessboard. Now, you do this. Now you come over here. Now you attack.

In truth they have allegiance to none save themselves. So the fears which unfortunately the all-too-many (the masses) as we call them, eat it right up. They just believe everything they read in the newspapers. All fears are artificial. I'm not certain any aren't. But the point is that they generate them quite consciously and deliberately. Witness your media, full of disasters. No good news there. Not a bit. It's all about . . . plane crashes etc. that have no bearing on your happiness but can sour your day, by design.

And so all of this is done to keep people like so many sheep at bay, frightened, so the minute they say, "Now, we've got to go to war, here we go!" no one shall question it, for they have been building the case against the enemy for months, haven't they? They keep bringing up all these little things. We've this here. We've found that there. We found a map over here. We found a plan over there. Most of which is totally artificial. But who questions them? So that is what generates the fears.

So what can you do, my friends? Oh so very much, so very much. For one thing you can make up your mind that so much of what they propagate is so much poppycock. Lies.

Call to God to make truth manifest and magnified, especially in those places where the media is most prolific in disseminating untruths. And call for the total exposure of that little old man who hides behind the façade of the Wizard of Oz. And he's just a little, scared old man.

You can pray, you can invoke, you can decree, you can do many things and you need not have the feelings of helplessness also. They're behind all of this. Call for them and their justice, and their judgment, and you'll be doing the world a great service.

The Era of Bureaucracy

Since the Second World War, huge governmental and corporate bureaucracies have proliferated every phase of human life. Within these bureaucratic structures, decisions affecting the lives of all individuals are taken without their consent or knowledge. It is also true that many of the world's greatest power struggles take place within these bureaucracies for they provide the right cover and hiding place for those incarnates of the Dark Forces. Many government institutions, created out of lofty principles designed to benefit mankind, struggle to fulfill their mission in face of an overpowering tide of bureaucratic self-interest and self-preservation.

The Large Bureaucracies that Proliferate Earth

In the post-World War II period, there has never been, in all the history of mankind, such a massive proliferation of government bureaucratic organizations purporting to maintain justice and good for mankind. Essentially non-productive, in that they do nothing that creates earthly wealth, they function primarily as parasites with a voracious appetite for money. The oft used reference to "paper pushers" is more truthful than one thinks for aided by certain technologies such as the copy machine and the computer, bureaucracies try more and more to justify their existence but producing more and more reports.

The greater part of the wealth that has been created during the post war years remains in relatively few hands, primarily within national governments which assign themselves a fiat to tax and take with the threat of force their citizens' earnings and wealth. This, ostensibly to finance the large bureaucracies, government programs "for the people" and the national military and defense establishments. These national governments are relatively few in number, some two hundred fifty-one in the world today, but they control in the name of their people untold amounts of the world's wealth. When we look into their taxation systems, questions arise as to the unimaginable wealth these governments siphon off the masses of people, much in the same pattern of the Medieval fiefdoms with their serfs, again throwbacks of the Atlantean period.

On the international and regional levels, massive bureaucracies were created to maintain a new world order for peace following the conflagrations of the last World War. The United Nations and its plethora of specialized agencies, including the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the International Finance Corporation, their regional development banks and branches, has grown into an enormous hydra-headed monster that sucks in huge amounts of money yet has very limited success in its mission, stymied by the narrow national interests of its members. In addition to these world-wide organizations, regional security organizations, such as NATO and SEATO. Millions of employees in these organizations feed off of mankind, their utility often questioned.

Humanity also labors under the organizations of purported goodwill. The Roman Catholic Church, Anglican, Episcopal Baptist church organizations, religious, non-profit, and charitable organizations have accumulated untold amounts of wealth, all claiming to redistribute a portion to the poor and needy. Some of these organizations stretch around the globe and may, in some cases, be larger than some national governments. The international association for non-profit organizations in the world lists 20000 of these agencies.

Basic Organization and the Hiding Place of Mischief

As we mentioned, except for the ancient church organizations, most of these bureaucratic organizations arose since Great World Wars of the Twentieth Century more or less in tandem with the creation of the modern nation-state. Each and every organization has had or still has a valid function or raison d'etre. Yet contrary to all efforts of mankind to create unity among man, the Dark Forces have infiltrated all of these organizations in order to squelch these lofty ideals and sabotage their initial idealists actions. The result has been to neutralize these organizations, rendering them bloated, useless and ineffective while draining the resources of a hungry world.

The basic bureaucratic organization consists of a top tier of managers and leaders. This is where the incarnates of the Dark Forces operate. Often ambitious yet posing as managers for the common good, the channel tax revenues primarily to support the ongoing maintenance of the bureaucracy and secondarily to the bureaucracy's programs. The second tier consists of relatively idealistic individuals who provide the technical backbone of what the bureaucratic organization is supposed to do. They are usually experts in their fields and have good to noble intentions yet they quickly learn that their ideals have no place in the bureaucracy. To placate them so that they do not "rock the boat", they are guaranteed a steady salary, job security, and lifetime retirement benefits. Few on this second level give up this security to exert their ideals. The last tier is comprised of the support and administrative staff. They are the expendable ones, especially when money appropriations get temporarily short usually determined by the state of the economy and the amount of taxes collected. The bureaucracy expands and contracts on this level leaving the other levels relatively in tact. The second and third levels is where the famous bureaucratic red tape proliferates, for without it these individuals would have little to justify their salaries and job security.

It is on the top tier that we observe the Dark Forces in their stride. They speak the same language and espouse the same pat goals as the others, yet grapple for influence and power within the organization without conscience. They will step on whomever gets in their way to reach the top, which they invariably do. And it is here that decisions become colored by the glamour of personal power and influence instead of by the organization's purported mission.

The resulting bureaucratic mindset is to resist change. Tied up in a mire of internal regulations and procedures, few have the energy or the desire to surmount all the obstacles established. The easiest path is to take no action or to say no or expend the least amount of energy either to block or drag matters out. This accounts for the slowness of action. When the first tier pushes and demands, the rest of the bureaucracy will react. Yet, when the public makes its demands, there is less incentive to work as the bureaucrat will receive his salary and job security no matter what. This is one of the most reactionary characteristics of the bureaucracy.

On the international level, the enormous bureaucracies of the United Nations and its agencies, were once the recipients of the "best and the brightest". They are now filled with political hacks that member governments have dumped there to keep them out of their respective countries. European citizens, already groaning under the weight of their voracious national government bureaucracies, have created yet another layer in the European union. NATO, void of a raison d'etre after the fall of Communism in Europe has survived by inviting new members, some of them former enemies, to join in an even bigger organization.

Stymied from carrying out its ideals, the bureaucracy turns inward, creating perks and benefits for itself, often without the knowledge of the masses of taxpayers. They acquire the best buildings, ride in expensive cars, hold seminars in expensive country clubs and hotels, travel internationally, all in the name of doing good for their people. State affairs are the most lavish. Here, they expend the most money on wining and dining their guests with the best, again all in the name of their respective peoples.

As these bureaucratic perks increase, the bureaucracy considers its own survival ahead of any other lofty goals. Bureaucrats view their salaries as the most important element of their work. And thus the survival of the bureaucracy becomes unstated first and foremost the goal of the organization.

Effect of the Bureaucratic Phenomenon

From the above observation, we see that most national and international organizations have been reduced to their lowest effective functioning level, in effect neutralizing their purported good works. The United Nations unfortunately has been reduced to a forum of squabbling nations that passes resolution upon resolution without much effective impact. And this is exactly as planned, for with these mammoth organizations rendered ineffective, the Dark Forces are in a position to wield their considerable powers to bring the world to war.

CORPORATE MALFEASANCE, DERIVATIVES,
AND THE BLACK HOLE

The roaring Nineties (1993 to 2000) saw people all over the world throw their life's savings and retirement nest eggs into the bourses and stock markets of the world only to lose most of it in the final frenzy of the Twentieth Century. Where did some thirty trillion dollars go?

On the earth plane we saw a scheme to take some 30 trillion dollars from people's retirement accounts and life savings. The scheme started with the coming into being of the Internet and the personal computer. A great tool in the hands of good, but not in the hands of the greedy.

Investment banks throughout the world began capitalizing Internet and so-called dot.com companies to exploit the potential of these two inventions. The investment banks brought these newly formed companies "public", that is, they sold shares of these new companies on the stock markets in the major financial capitals of New York, Hong Kong, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Taipei. Through their associate stock brokerage firms, the shares of these untried companies were hawked to the general public even though these new companies had never had any business experience nor had any track record of profitability much less viability.

The general public poured their life savings into investments of this sort through an unregulated form of investment grouping called the Mutual Fund. These funds come under no government scrutiny or regulations. They just popped up in the thousands, each one promising potential investors a high percentage of return on their money and vast earnings for their retirement. The so-called baby boomers flush with their newly acquired inheritances and savings, transferred trillions of dollars into these unregulated funds in the hope of accumulating a substantial return for a comfortable retirement.

In order to give their investors the high return they expected and keep the funds flowing in, these mutual funds and investment banks engaged in the classic Ponzi Scheme. In other words, when the shares of the new Internet companies appeared on the market, they rushed in buy them at a low price. One fund would buy off these shares at an agreed higher price, then in turn would sell it to another fund for a higher price and so forth. The effect was to force the price of these worthless shares sky high, as much as a few hundred times their fair value. And so share prices went, up, up, up, until these mutual funds ended up holding highly inflated shares of companies that had never before even made a profit.

The more people saw prices escalate, the more they emptied their savings and retirement accounts into the hands of these mutual funds. The mutual funds, having pushed prices of these new, worthless companies to their limit, then moved into the traditional manufacturing sectors and so-called blue chip stocks and the prices of their shares rose to over-inflated values.

Shareholder paper millionaires sprouted up over night, and the financial capitals rejoiced that a new era of prosperity had arrived. Individual investors loaded with paper profits leveraged their share holdings and bought more shares at the peak of the market hoping it was going to go even higher. On the sidelines brokerage analysts cheered the investors on to buy more, promising the doubling and tripling of the stock indices and prosperity for all. New York, London, Taipei, Hong Kong etc. boomed. Brand name designer shops sprouted out of nowhere. Cafes, restaurants, discos, exclusive hotels, luxury cruises, and berthed airliners popped up everywhere to cater to this new class of paper fiat millionaires.

Stock brokerage firms wallowed in cash as mutual funds and individual investors dove into the market to buy overvalued stocks riding on the media-created hope that the good times would last forever and that these stocks would rise even higher. This was their perception of the New Age, the new economy, a new system that was about to toss out old theories of supply and demand and profit and loss and bring in prosperity for all.

After taking their share of commissions, stock brokerage firms and investment banks handed huge sums of cash to these unviable "new economy" corporations, often headed by inexperienced starry-eyed youngsters, who instead of creating a profitable business squandered the money on incidentals or rolling the dice back in the stock market. Why work so hard at the business? Why not just take this capital and reinvest it in the stock market and make a profit?

As we see in the news today, while the public focused on the hype in the dot.com boom, the telecom, energy, finance, entertainment, publicity, banking, and pharmaceutical sectors were busy inventing ways to grab some of the savings and retirement funds pouring into the mutual funds. The financial bubble expanded and the Directors in the boardrooms, their CEO's, their Chief Financial Officers, and their auditors plotted to stuff their pockets with billions.

These manipulators of finance and corporate thieves are part of the dark forces/illuminati for they are the attractive ones placed in these top corporate positions to draw in the money, breaking potential investors' resistance with their charm and media exposure. These icons are but the front line of a scheme, so insidious and, we have to admit, of high intelligence, that the world will be left ever poorer for it.

Indeed, today the government regulators, always too late and reacting to situations rather than anticipating them, are "cracking down" on corporate malfeasance. These front line CEO's, Directors, and CFO's are merely the pigeons fed to the public to satisfy their need to blame someone for the trillions they have lost. In essence, trillions more will disappear while the public's attention is focused on the trials corporate culprits and thieves. The public will vent their wrath on the corporate culprits but one thing is certain, the public will not get its money back. Again, where did this money go?

The next victims of public ire will be directed toward the mutual funds. These mammoth institutions, totally unregulated by any government authority, promised the public an unrealistically grand and prosperous future in order to draw in their money. Again, watch while the public storm rages against these funds which have and continue to lose trillions of their investors' funds, the money continues to flow out to somewhere, for on the earth plane, for every dollar lost, there is a winner. Where is the money going? This is the big question no one dares to pose.

Instruments to Direct the Flow of Money Outward: Derivatives

Many remember the rogue trader who by betting on instruments called derivatives brought about downfall of one of the oldest banks in England.

Derivatives are relatively new financial instruments invented by Wall Street and the major world stock exchanges to draw more cash money into the market place. By purchasing these derivatives the investor is essentially standing on the sidelines and making side bets on the direction of prices on a variety of commodities such as agriculture products from pork bellies to wheat, gold and other precious metals, oil, gas, sugar, coffee and more ephemeral bets on the direction of the stock indices. By placing a bet, i.e. buying or selling a futures contract, they bet on whether the price will go up or down. If they are right in either direction, they win. Some bet on both directions as once to hedge their losses. Investors can also protect themselves from big losses by purchasing call or put options on the futures contracts. In other words, buying options allows you to sit on the back row of the horse races and bet on who in the front row will win or lose money on the race.

Suffice it to say, investing in derivatives is purely a paper bet for money. What is important here to remember that in these so-called "cash markets" is: for every winner there is a loser in this game and vise versa. That is the key to elucidating for you where all the money is going.

Corporations and Derivatives:

Corporations, flush with money from the raging stock markets, thought less of building a business with viable products that met demand. Scores of corporations, financial institutions, pension funds, and banks, pumped up their profits with paper revenue from the derivatives, i.e. bets that stocks would go up, to the tune of billions and billions of dollars. They hid their real losses by transferring them to foreign subsidiaries. With inflated and doctored balance sheets, they attracted even more greedy small-time investors who purchased their inflated shares with the hope of joining the mad rush for never-ending profits. It was like a dream come true.

Why bother with the business for which the business had been established. Why not just use the capital gained from the sale of their stock to the mutual funds and play the derivatives game. This way their balance sheets would look wonderful and more innocent but ignorant people would place their money into their stocks, even at inflated prices. Even the large conservative corporations and banks, seeing the delirious profits their competitors or clients were making in this free-for-all, joined the fray, pumping billions into the derivatives game. Balance sheets looked ever rosier and the new millennium promised a life of luxury for all who joined in the fray.

The Crash and the Coming Economic Depression

The party ended in March 2000. The first panic selling began. The more intelligent investors suspected that such party could not last forever and perhaps, just perhaps, they were holding worthless paper. The more ignorant investor, the one following his greedy instincts rather than reason, kept his money in the market waiting for nirvana to come back. The stock market crashed, wiped out the dot.com businesses, and continues like a tidal wave to wipe out profits and send even the bluest of the blue to the brink or actual bankruptcy. Millions of investors have lost trillions and those who hang on with the slightest thread of hope the markets will recover, will lose even more.

The world's stock exchanges struggled to regain their worth and create an illusion that all is fine, a recovery from this nightmare is around the bend. Yet the economies of the world continued down the slippery slope into reality. Then came the attack on the World Trade Center and again the stock markets tanked all around the world. Trillions more were lost. Trillions more are to be lost as the stock markets around the world plunge into the abyss.

At this printing the markets are still seriously overvalued and there will be more crashes into the abyss. The world is still heading for a deep, deep economic depression.

The Black Hole

In today's world, money is never lost unless you are insane enough to deliberately set fire to the paper bills. During the days of the gold standard, you could even melt down a gold coin and it still would retain its value. In other words, money is indestructible. It just goes from hand to hand. You lose money when someone robs or swindles you. When you are the loser, there is a winner. It's quite simple because money is a manifestation of cosmic energy that is indestructible.

You use money to purchase things. In the case of shares or securities, you purchased a piece of paper called a stock certificate issued by a corporation. Many of these corporations and banks reinvested your money and billions more in the derivatives market. Now, when the market tanked, these corporations and banks lost trillions of dollars. Remember now, for every one of these corporate or individual losers, there were winners. Somewhere out there, recipients have reaped in trillions.

Granted, some companies spent billions on infrastructure such as underwater broadband cables stretching around the world, high tech buildings, satellites, etc. Company executives looted their firms with grossly inflated salaries, redeemed stock options, dumped worthless stocks for the public to buy, made illegal loans to themselves, and transferred huge sums to offshore corporations, and this, with the complicity of highly paid auditors fudging the accounts books to dupe the public. Yes, these obvious crimes against the investor should be enough to close down the stock markets forever. Stockholders are fighting back now, lawsuits are flying against crooked law and brokerage firms, against corporate criminals and malfeasance, and against the people who were supposed to protect the public, the auditors. Everyone is in a fury, and rightfully so. But, my friends, we wish to point out again, that this is just a carefully planned and orchestrated sideshow to divert your attention from the real crime being carried out.

From our perspective, we see trillions are being transferred through the derivatives markets to somewhere (we know where but it's still up to humanity to wake up and see this egregious activity). Yet this massive transfer of wealth takes place under the public's nose while the authorities squabble about corporate malfeasance and attempt to lay blame on something or someone tangible for political purposes.

THE TAX GAME, A SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR WHOM?

Let us consider a source of revenue that stands above and beyond any scrutiny and which poses questions of a very serious nature. We will use the Internal Revenue Service in the US and the US debt situation as examples of a widespread practice in ALL nations of the world today, regardless of political system.

The Internal Revenue Service

We wish to bring to the attention of the readers of the United States and other countries with sophisticated tax systems that what appears to be the government collecting taxes is often not the case. The Internal Revenue Service of the US is statutorily an independent entity, SEPERATE from the US government and therefore does not fall under the system of checks and balances inscribed in the Constitution. As a separate entity from the US Government, the IRS collects vast sums of money (billions if not trillions of dollars) from all the US citizens, then hands over to the US government whatever it needs to function. One of the more egregious aspects of this arrangement is that the IRS answers to NO ONE. It has never been audited and the citizens of the US never know just how much it takes in and where the money goes. All the people know is that the amount the US government receives from the IRS which is never enough to pay for its proper functioning. To repeat our observation:

The people of the US have never known how much money the IRS takes in. It only knows the amount the IRS gives to the US government.

We note this same arrangement in almost all the other nations on earth.

The National Debt

Because the IRS never gives the ever-expanding US government enough funds to function fully, the US Treasury Department within the government is obliged to borrow funds from the open financial markets. (It has recently stated its intentions to raid the Social Security Trust Fund designed as a form of retirement savings for the people.) In order to borrow funds from the world's financial markets, the Treasury Department issues promissory notes in the form of Treasury Bills, Notes, and long and short-term Bonds all of which promise the investor a set amount of interest over a set period of time.

The US Treasury sells these promissory notes to whomever wants to buy them on the open financial markets, i.e. in the banks, stock markets and bourses all around the world. Buyers around the world purchase these financial instruments during times of crisis because they trust the US government guarantees that it will redeem those notes in the future. By making its debt public the US government has absolutely no idea to whom it is indebting itself to the tune of trillions of dollars. We ask you, the reader, if you know to whom the US government has indebted itself and to what extent (in the trillions of US dollars) does this indebtedness constitute the real influence on the government? In other words, should we not assume that the party or parties which own the US government debt can exercise a tremendous influence on the government.

For example, we know that the Japanese government owns billions of these instruments and recently impressed upon the US government to keep the currency exchange rates favorable to Japanese exports in exchange for not calling back its treasuries bills. If Japan had repatriated these funds, the financial markets would have crashed. This is an example of how just on of the debtors could cause panic in the US financial system. And this is a publicly known debtor.

Any intelligent individual who has borrowed money during his lifetime knows the power the bank holds over him or herself. If you don't pay your mortgage, the bank will take away your home. If you don't make your car payments, the finance company will seize your car. So the question every citizen of the US and other countries whose governments are operating on a deficit is To Whom are We Indebted?

The answer to this question lies in the above sections and it now becomes clearer why certain nations act they way they do and how much power is wielded upon the leaders of countries in the world. It is a flagrant use of money to control national governments, from the most powerful to the weakest, in the world. It is through this manner that the nations of the world are seen as mere puppets of greater dark forces jockeying to control the world.

You have been telling people that this is the Eleventh Hour, now you must go back and tell them that this is the Hour.

And there are things to be considered: Where are you living? What are you doing? What are your relationships? Are you in right relation? Where is your water? Know your garden. It is time to speak your Truth. Create your community. Be good to each other. And do not look outside yourself for the leader. This could be a good time!

There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and so swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold onto the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly.

Know the river has its destination. The Elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open and our heads above water. See who is in there with you and celebrate.

At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, least of all, ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey, comes to a halt.

The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves!

Banish the word 'struggle' from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.

For billions of years the earth has lived its life in an ocean of many different cosmic cycles, some large and some small. The basic metaphor for all cyclic processes is the day-night cycle of 24 hours. Midnight is the moment of greatest darkness and is the nexus that divides the death of the previous day from the birth of the new day. From this moment, the light begins to increase. At midnight, maximum darkness is reached and the new day begins to dawn. But it will take ¼ of the full day-night cycle before the light of the sun breaks free from the horizon, corresponding to 6 a.m. At that moment night has ended and the period of daylight commences. Noon occurs another ¼ cycle later, and is the moment of maximum daylight. After 12 noon, the darkness principle then begins to take over. Another quarter cycle later, at 6 p.m., the sun descends below the horizon and becomes hidden. Darkness rules and consciousness sleeps. At midnight the cycle begins again. This metaphor helps us understand the manifestation of the Divine Plan on earth, but human spiritual unfolding occurs in a cycle that is much larger than the day. The largest earth-cycle that human beings can become aware of is the precession of the equinoxes, a period of 26,000 years. Caused by the slow wobbling of the earth on its axis, this is the Platonic Year, and like the day it also has its dark and light sides.

According to traditional doctrines, the earth experiences periods of increasing spiritual darkness and periods of increasing spiritual light. The two doorways into these different phases are called the "solstice gateways." The two solstices of the year are like noon and midnight. The doctrine of the World Ages is found in many traditions, including cosmologies found in the ancient Vedic and Mayan civilizations. In the yuga doctrine of ancient India, humanity experienced a Golden Age of light over 12,000 years ago. But the spiritual light began to fade and humanity moved through successive World Ages, each one darker than the last. Today, we are now at the end of Kali Yuga, the darkest age of all time. In the day metaphor, this period from the Golden Age to the end of the Darkest Age corresponds to the period from noon to midnight. It is the period when darkness is increasing. The key to understanding the larger light-dark cycle is this: the ancient World Age doctrine is based upon the precession of the equinoxes. There are approximately 13,000 years of increasing darkness and 13,000 years of increasing light.

The Mayan civilization decided to end a great period of time on December 21, 2012. This will be the end of the "13th baktun" in their Long Count calendar. The solution to the enigma involves the precession of the equinoxes. In the years around 2012, the December solstice sun will be aligned with the center of the Milky Way galaxy. This Galactic Center is located between Sagittarius and Scorpio, and was thought of by the ancient Maya as the Creation Place in the Sky, the Womb of the Great Mother. This alignment of the solstice sun with Galactic Center occurs once every 13,000 years. It is equivalent to the moments of noon and midnight. The alignment of 13,000 years ago that was responsible for the Golden Age of light involved the June solstice sun and the Galactic Center. However, the alignment that culminates in the years around 2012 involves the December solstice sun, the solstice of death and rebirth. Thus, we are experiencing galactic midnight. For human beings on earth, the period of increasing spiritual darkness is about to end. We are going to "turn the corner" and enter a phase of ascension toward the next Golden Age, when spiritual light and consciousness will dawn into the world again. The coming galactic alignment is a cosmic event that invites us to grow spiritually. It is built into the Divine Plan and identifies the time we live in as a time of rare opportunity for our growth.

We can identify this period of shift, the Global Shift, as stretching between 1980 and 2016. It is fascinating how the Maya insightfully encoded knowledge of this future alignment into their calendar. They also encoded this galactic alignment into their basic institutions. For example, the Mayan ballgame is a metaphor for the sun (the game-ball) moving into Galactic Center (the goal-ring). According to Mayan, Egyptian, and Vedic Traditions (Inner Traditions, 2002) this galactic knowledge is a hidden layer of wisdom that can be found in many traditions around the world. It can be identified in Islamic astrology, Greek sacred topography, South American traditions, Christian religious architecture, Mithraism, Neoplatonic thought, as well as Vedic and Egyptian cosmology.

It seems that as we become immersed in the galactic alignment, the ancient wisdom itself is returning, is being rediscovered, to initiate a new era of ascension toward the light.

Human beings living today have a special destiny, as Divine Plan works through the cycles of nature. But the renewal of humanity is not determined by the stars, for free will is an essential component of the spiritual evolution of consciousness. Our willing participation in these great energy shifts is required. To open up to the galactic energy of change is difficult and will transform us. But we have an opportunity to move into closer relationship with the source and center of life. The astronomical alignment does not "cause" us to grow; rather, it corresponds to a process of slow awakening happening in the depths of our inner being. It is the outer symbol of an essentially spiritual revolution. Nevertheless, the galactic alignment of era-2012 is an open door, inviting us to grow spiritually. To do so we must sacrifice the illusions that keep us bound to dark and limited realms of existence.

As well as being in two places at once, individual particles can be shown to inhabit two different energy states, or be travelling in two different directions. Indeed, particles are not limited to being in two states, they can be a billion places at once or in billion states at the same time. However, once the system interacts with the outside world, the ghostly superposition of different states vanishes and the system ‘chooses’ to be in one state, or one place, at one time.

What appears to be happening is only a shadow play from forces in the deeper levels of consciousness. There is an inter-dimensional battle, if you wish to use that metaphor, or struggle if you prefer something softer, between the forces that would liberate human consciousness to its next stage of higher evolution and those forces that wish to contain it.

Humanity is at a threshold and the pressures are building. These are being felt by individuals, by those in relationship, by all aspects of your society--and your global politics. The economic powers that control the global economy are manipulating the press and information systems on your planet to create fear. Fear is an ancient method of manipulating human consciousness. When a human is afraid, he or she operates from the lower reptilian cortex circuitry of his/her brain. This results in less access to the higher brain centers, a decrease in reason, and an inability to see new options. The global economic powers have a vested interest in keeping you, and society in general, in a lower evolutionary state. Here it becomes very complex and to attempt a simplification is to enter very difficult waters, so to speak. But we will attempt to do just this because the hour is late.

At the monetary level of planetary power, those in control wish to remain in control. There is an understanding on their part that the information age is about to move the center of control out of their hands, and they are doing everything they can to stop it.

Some of those, but not all, in economic control of your planet are not who they seem to be. As preposterous as it may sound to some, this Earth is a crossing point in it's history. What happens on your earth will determine many things in the future--in more ways than you can imagine.

If you collectively pass through this threshold, having your human evolutionary freedom intact, you will accomplish great things as a race. If you are blocked from your evolutionary advancement by those in power and the religious, social and political structures of your society, your race will be imprisoned in a very real way. Not through bars, but through the closing of the doors of perception. Eventually you will free yourselves from this tyranny, but you have in this moment of time an opportunity to tilt the scales in favor of human freedom and to usher in an age of planetary peace and renaissance that you have never seen before.

And now, another level to the intrigue: the fundamental question from evolutionary perspectives is whether your planet will become a focus of cooperation and compassion or whether it will be a focus of tyranny, darkness and limitation.

The dark agenda have something to gain through the imprisonment of the human consciousness and the human soul.
It is ironic to use a militaristic metaphor, but your greatest “weapon” against the forces of tyranny comes through the harmonic energies of your heart, specifically your open heart. The interference patterns of fear, as manipulated by those in power, are designed to keep you at a low evolutionary threshold. Positive feelings, such things that you call love, appreciation, compassion, and awareness bring you very rapidly to a higher evolutionary threshold. The more individuals who choose the higher emotional capabilities of the human nature, the less effective will be the interference of fear on your collective.

Our practical suggestion is this: learn to live in love, appreciation, and compassion for one another. Regardless of what you hear in the media, live it in your life from day to day as best you can, and learn to grow your life with these emotions as part of your chosen identity. This will have two effects, one personal and one collective. You will add to the collective atmosphere that will counterbalance the interference patterns of fear. The personal effect is a balancing effect on your emotional body that will bring you increased health and higher evolutionary advances, regardless of what happens to the collective.

We want to be very clear here. The path of the spiritual master requires that one take the higher pathway, even if the collective is moving downward. For you have chosen embodiment at this extraordinary evolutionary moment. You are on the front lines. You are the ones who have the courage to be here. Whether or not you are experiencing your life the way you wish it to be or not, is not the question. But that you are even alive in a body localized in time and space during these times of immense evolutionary pressure, these point to your mastery. For only a master would dare undertake such a task.

And understand that those who you might call tyrants are also masters. And in a very real way, what is happening on earth at this time is a confrontation between the masters of life (by life, we mean open-ended evolution) and the masters of death (by death, we mean close-ended evolution). The friction between those who live for and strive for the higher human destiny, and those who live for and strive for the limitation, control and the imprisonment of the human race--this friction, is an evolutionary agent.

It is important to understand this so that you do not demonize those who are attempting to imprison your spirit, for if you demonize them, then you have fallen into their hands; you have become their prey. From the higher dimensional aspects of consciousness, the apparent “evil” is an evolutionary stimulus, for in the world of duality in which you live when you have light there is darkness, shadow.

As each of you rises to a fuller expression of your spiritual mastery, you will find yourself able to be in the open-hearted harmonics of love, appreciation, and compassion, even unto these tyrants. And then you have won. Make no mistake about it, the human capacity to love, to cherish, is one of the most powerful forces in this universe.

We said to you earlier that this was very complex, and to add to the mix, here is another element. What you might call a wild card. This wild card is coming in the form of your children. There are several types of souls, you might say, who have incarnated and continue to incarnate onto this planet. There is something different about many of them.

They carry their sensitivities past childhood, into young adulthood. Some of these children are highly evolutionarily advanced, while the bulk of them are not much further along then the collective.

Many of these children are demonstrating supposedly "odd" societal problems, an increase in attention deficit, learning disabilities. As usual, your society is looking in the wrong place for the answers; specifically they are looking into how they can make a buck off the situation. But the problem is actually the result of a disconnection from the earth, an energetic void-place that is a direct result of your religious and social attitudes toward your planet.

It is as if these children do not have the ground wire to their electrical systems. We are speaking metaphorically here. They are “acting out” the greater cultural discomfort and disconnection from Earth itself.

Ironically, there will be a wave of interest on the part of many of the new generation in the cause of ecology, because they will sense in their soul wisdom what is missing: a reconnection to the Earth. And as these people mature, they will not tolerate the economic world power destroying their planet.

There is another wild card in the dealing so to speak. It has to do with Earth as well, but in a different harmonic. Some refer to this as “the return of the Cosmic Mother.” But we refer to is as the balancing of the sun and the moon--the sun being metaphorically the male fiery energy and it’s manifestation in the patriarchal society prevalent on the Earth at this time.

Metaphorically, the moon is the feminine, receptive, and intuitive connection both to the Earth and the cosmos. There is an evolutionary shift taking place that will result in a balancing of these two aspects in a new way, and the Good Old Boys Club will eventually have fewer and fewer members.

These are simply some of the elements of a very complex evolutionary drama unfolding on your planet. You are the actors and the directors, but the script is many tens of thousands years old. Will life and evolutionary freedom reign upon the earth? Will you find your highest genetic destiny? Or will you be thwarted by those who choose to capitalize off your imprisonment?

To the individual these complexities may seem overwhelming, but we say to you that your greatest power is within you. It is a power that collectively can turn the evolutionary tide in your favor. But regardless of how the collective proceeds, it will raise you up to higher levels of illumination. This power is the power to love, to appreciate and to forgive. Make these a part of your daily life. We used the phrase earlier “grow your life” with these attitudes. Interesting to think of “growing a life,” but that is exactly what you do in every moment of every day; and even while you are sleeping and in dreamtime. You are continually creating and growing your life through your attitudes about it and yourself.
