With our lovely politicians (I mean crooks) in office contemplating what to do with the power grid, I could see the next move. Yes the solution to this problem is to throw 7 trillion dollars at Microsoft to create software that will manage the grid properly.
OH Boy - that will work - the grid will be up and down like a roller coaster all day.
