Out of all fairness, I would like to start the HAARP essay with three, (3) intelligent questions that are relative to HAARP. I will use them as my intro into the body of my text. So I am asking someone here to present three questions so we can get some closure and hush the bashers from bashing and build confidence with me and others that will follow. If I have offended anyone, I wish to apologize. If my opinions are too radical, I do not apologize. I stand by my words and actions and I respect everyone here on this board no matter what is written. Therefore, I respectfully await the three questions!

sure...what the hell...let us show the lesser kind what real dialog is...and play...even though you are not being up front with the class....from the first post in this thread.... (1) heard this twice...explain in detail.... This project in conjuction with Norad and other arcane elf stations
have been attempting to control the global jet stream by pumping the
upper layers with energy that directly affects the global climate
engine. (2) I would like you to prove this... I was part of the early experiments that went south as the
misunderstanding of the governing dynamics of the earths geo-field
was mis-calculated. The outcome is the current weather patterns that
exist today (3) next....the 3rd and final *q*...since this is case sensitive, this is one question of relation...specifically speaking what would be these heavy particles, how are they distributed, the method,apparatus,organization,where are they located...and how do these effect "us" ? The chemtrails are a futile effort to seed the layer
field to mimic a clear reflector for radiated energy. Again the
outcome is the infestation of heavy particles that directly affect us
all in many ways that are to voluminous to write in this short time.
resolution of these quickly would be of a satisfactory nature.... the tape is rollin...

Please forward your questions to someone that will place it in the Members Only forum at the top. I am waiting for an answer to my question to start a new thread just for questions and answers only and closely monitored to keep it that way. This way it can be used as a research tool!

All of this is further evidence that you should (also?) have your own forum, where you can do your own moderating.There is unwillingness here to do your moderating for you because of disagreement about the importance of your postings.

Halva:I am now bringing attention to the Chemtrails issues at hand and will use my influence to at least point out the seriousness of these problems up to and including class action lawsuits filed against the corporations and government agencies responsible for the felony crimes committed against us all.
Judging from my research here on this board and others you all need a little help!
Update on HAARP, I am working on the essay as promised with some progress. I have been converting over the data so that all can understand without having some advanced education. I wish not to leave anyone out!
I am also working on the design of a second HAARP unit except it will not be called HAARP.
