Dr. Judah Ben-Hur, please help me out. I am curious about HAARP.

I have read a lot of contradictory things about HAARP and I am confused as to what is real, what is conjecture and so on.

So please help me understand how this works. I know that HAARP is ostensibly about applied research into the workings of the ionosphere. What are the potential military and non-military benefits of this research?

Have any of those benefits been realized? Has HAARP resulted in any practical application in the civilian world?

Is it possible for the Alaskan HAARP Arrays to modify or change the ionosphere sufficiently, say over New York, to disrupt commercial communications systems? If so, how much energy would this require?

I am not sure how refusing to participate in the other forums is respectful of the members.

Especially this forum, since you are a physicist and scientist you can help answer many of the questions that have come up.

But if you say so. How about I just e-mail you the questions and repost them here?

After reading the doctors last post about having the capability to incinerate New York with a home made HAARP array in California, and Seekers link above, I have decided that I will be unable to pursue any more information from him. I simply don't see how I can do so without violating the Forum rules.

why does it seem this is a "forced" explanation....

Saddam and the USA murdered many during both wars.

saddam killed more than we have...and the middle eastern peoples have been killing for a long long time....they don't do war they do terror...there's a big difference chief...rolling into kuwait to kick saddam out as an invader and rolling into iraq because the big dummy would not turn over the WMD shit the UN and everyone knew about, well that didn't have a business dealing with saddam (china,russia and france)...the war was just...here's a flash for ya...why don't you tell your "islamic" friends to stop strapping bombs to themselves...stop behaving like animals...and talk...

I appreciate your kind words of support and I will finish what I started and help you all get peace of mind!
I spoke with a kind lady on the phone that is part of this group and we had our first date! She is very smart!
I gave her some insight on chemtrails and the dumping of "trash" in the upper layers. I also agreed with her to publish a report titled" HAARP for Dummies" to explain the inner workings of the system. I also told her that I have been charged with the responsibility to design and construct another HAARP facility in Florida next year.
Phone does work!

After pulling your file on the database I find that you have differnt profiles and can move like a shadow.

what does my file say mr. hur ?

and you sure make a lot of spelling errors for a...PHD...

You do need to get a better firewall because you are still exposed and your computer needs to be updated with the lastet fixes. hackers can still get inside.

I'm curious how are you collecting this data ?

I briefly read most of your HAARP 101 lessons - I still must finish my review. I am curious how much is actually new information. What I really want to know is why you would disclose something allegedly sensitive on a website if doing so, as you say, might shut it down? Why not post on your own corporate site or better yet, on your own website like YOU suggested? Is your warning of a possible shut down going to be the excuse used when the government does shut down targeted "thorn in the side" sites. This way you can say - I told you so, I warned you this would happen but you didn't believe me or listen, blah, blah.

In your post of 8/19/03 @ 12:18 p.m. at Chemtrail Central, you mentioned Lulu's lack of a good firewall and that she needs to update her fixes - are you admitting to hacking? Sure sounded invasive to me! As I said on the Chemtrails Tracking USA website last night (8/19/03), from 8:30 p.m. up until midnight someone from California was trying to hack into my computer in so many round about ways - what a coincidence!

And some more questions - Why were you posting the same messages on two different chemtrail websites? I also do not think you are just one person responding to questions. Your manner of speech and personality changes from post to post. I have noticed what appears to be three individuals.

You also never answered any of my other simple inquiries. I know you have been bombarded with them, but you asked for questions:

1. I was going to ask you again (since you didn't answer me on the other board) why you didn't cite the whole rule when quoting 35 U.S.C. - Patent Secrecy Law. I now see you covered your tracks and cited it complete 181-188 not 186 like I said (sorry I said 186 because I wanted to see what you would come back with - I got no answer there but you made a correction here). Did you "forgot" the rule?

2. Regarding the contact names of your corporation - Michael Jackson, Ben-Hur, Sir Robert Cotton, and Danny Thomas - all these names are associated with famous or historical people. What are the odds of that happening? Is this another coincidence?

I just read your cease and desist letter on the other forum. The following are my comments:

That is not a typical cease and desist letter. I know it allegedly comes from a White House official, but I would think that even HE would have someone edit his work, let alone have legal input. This official has misspelled the following words:

Propriety should be proprietary
Curiosity should be courtesy
Thru should be through
