Project HAARP:
This project in conjuction with Norad and other arcane elf stations
have been attempting to control the global jet stream by pumping the
upper layers with energy that directly affects the global climate
engine. I was part of the early experiments that went south as the
misunderstanding of the governing dynamics of the earths geo-field
was mis-calculated. The outcome is the current weather patterns that
exist today. The chemtrails are a futile effort to seed the layer
field to mimic a clear reflector for radiated energy. Again the
outcome is the infestation of heavy particles that directly affect us
all in many ways that are to voluminous to write in this short time.
I left the confines of APTI and went underground for a bit only to
reappear with the gaiacomm technology.

Under the Charter, the functions and powers of the Security Council are:
· To maintain international peace and security in accordance with the principles and purposes of the United Nations;

· To formulate plans for the establishment of a system to regulate armaments;
· To determine the existence of a threat to the peace or act of aggression and to recommend what action should be taken;
· To call on Members to apply economic sanctions and other measures not involving the use of force to prevent or stop aggression;
· To take military action against an aggressor;
· To recommend the admission of new Members;
· To exercise the trusteeship functions of the United Nations in "strategic areas";
· To recommend to the General Assembly the appointment of the Secretary-General and, together with the Assembly, to elect the Judges of the International Court of Justice
A Member State against which preventive or enforcement the Security Council has taken action may be suspended from the exercise of the rights and privileges of membership by the General Assembly on the recommendation of the Security Council. The Assembly on the Council’s recommendation may expel a Member State, which has persistently violated the principles of the Charter, from the United Nations.
The purpose of the United Nations is to protect and to serve its members populace in a way that loss of liberty, dignity, and life are always in front and always protected. That no country goes without the basics of food, shelter, clothing and any other need to sustain human life. These simple needs have not been acted upon or carried out as per the collective signed agreement of the United Nations. In fact, several nations are in contempt and need to be dealt with according to your own rules. The United States has done enough to upset the balance of power and in no way should be marched into world control. All who are involved with world peace with no exceptions must equally share world control. Is there fear of the United States? I hope not for the sake of humanity. Do not let this sickness spread or we will all become slaves of our own ignorance.

Religious ignorance has gotten us into this war on terrorism. It also needs to be dealt with from an understanding of the governing dynamic principles of each religious sect. You will find that once an understanding has begun a solution will prevail.

War and discord are everywhere and needs to be handled by those who are close to it. Those that are close are individuals that are directly affected by the slightest decisions made by Politians and Business leaders in this geo-political environment.

I have this right to be heard and I volunteer to be placed in the middle of this confusion and help generate a resolve.

Do not allow the United States or any other self-serving entity to interfere with this delicate balance of understanding and allow someone to assist in this global discord.
Exercise the functions and powers of the United Nations to the fullest and stop this forward movement to destruction by the United States and if challenged then exercise the penalties up to and including sanctions and removal. Collectively the United Nations is more powerful than the United States and that alone is power. Do not be afraid to carry out what is written down, you will be surprised how much support you will get if you stand up and slap down this rising beast.

Again, I have the right to control my fate and wish to be placed in the middle of this hornet’s nest. You will find that sometimes if not often it is the unknown individual that changes history, and right now all I see is confusion and lies.

Collectively the Security Council needs your NO vote and the non-voting members your active support is needed as well. Stop this forward thrust from the United States against Iraq and other nations in its path, which includes North Korea. North Korea is no threat if dealt with honest forward thinking dialogue. It and other Nations like it are flexing its wings like the United States and others in the past did to be noticed in the playground of life.

I see that it is time for me to explain in simple terms what happens in the land of OZ.

The chemtrails are a product financed by taxpayers to infest the upper layers with metal based product to manipulate rf communications and to seed the jet stream. The problem is that the scientists do not control the dynamics of the various layers and fields that protect our planet. They are actually attempting to control thru methods that are damaging to the environment and its people. Fact: Plants and Humans need each other, period. A relationship is established for both to be co-dependent on each other for survival. They give us food and oxygen and medicine and many other ingredients for survival and we give the plants Carbon dioxide, poison to kill them, we eat them and we cut them down and we burn them and we do not replace them and we attempt to mimic their healing attributes. Now this relationship is vital for our survival. Now I am guilty of creating technology that can destroy cities, countries and peoples and have made a conscious effort to correct my mistakes and u
se my knowledge to counterpunch the other side. Fact: Everyone worries about chemtrails, weather modification, etc. yes do, because this technology exists and is being used and enhanced each day and yes we are affected. I have access to proof of a few infractions but I assure you that the NSA will state that it is a matter of National Security and will attempt to cease the release.
What can you do? well find all scientists like myself that are willing to go public with more than paper and charts, but with actual hardware that can be demonstrated on National TV and show how you can alter weather, show the effects of chemtrail poisoning, show the aircraft that ejects the substance, etc. We can all post data all day long, but we all need to band together without fear of death and expose and educate. What will happen is that there will have to be a recall of President Bush and all officials in the Government, Businesses will be exposed and their stock prices will drop and there will be international concern and sanctions imposed on the atrocities committed by so many people. Yes I helped project Haarp and other projects that are secret. But I am willing to go public and expose and show the hardware that is used in many unanswered questions. I have lists, data, charts, people, places, everything that I need. I had a Top Secret clearance even higher and I sti
ll remember and recall, after all I created some monsters in the closet. The letter from NASA is another misinformed public servant that cannot tell what he does not know and is paid to keep the public happy. There is a way to curtail these chemtrails and some bioeffects that are generated by scientists.

I appreciate the constructive criticism on my behalf. After all I am a newbie to this board.
Well I will get to the point here. I pay no attention to slander or negative remarks because they breed negative results. What I will do is to respond rather than react. Please feel free to continue making statements about me for me or against me. It is a freedom of speech issue and I for one encourage dialogue.
I am quite aware of the chemtrail problem and project haarp. I am in the process of preparing a report that all can read and verify subject to a demo of some findings and names of individuals, companies and government officials, (state and Federal) that will give you all something to chomp on and post to your hearts content. In the meantime I will be assisting in forming a coalition of scientists to support and expose your concerns with a solution to the problem in hopes to change the direction of this forum and move towards closure of this topic in time. The first step is that we will gather all data that has been placed on this forum and sift thru all posts in detail and check all links and compare data. WE are seeking the governing dynamics of the problem. We have a fix for the chemtrails and other elf problems but will come forward after we have published our report to this board. Now there will be security issues that we will deal with as they arise, and we care nothing
for the monitors that monitor this board.
As for the spraying and other anomalies well you just have to deal with on a daily basis until we come forward and demo this problem.
Fact: the amount of barium injected into a layer of atmosphere covers x sq surface miles. Now take into account the volume of atmosphere vs. volume of Barium release and its surface area and its spread rate. You will find that the currents that control the motions of air distributes from the point to a spread ratio of 1/1,000,000,000 per second or even faster. The spread dynamics are such that a concentration over a specific area would have to have tons of barium to be able to affect a adverse reaction. In other words the plane would dump its load,1500ft from ground rather than from 60,000ft from ground.
Anyway I will report back soon with data. Now the rest can throw stones at me or each other, but I will still help close this case. You can id a problem and chat all day or you can find a solution and move on to another. I offer my help to all of you who are in need and I need no money or fame, I have plenty of money and I need no fame.
This is a humane obligation to help others that need help, period!

I am pleased to be able to be in the company of such great collective minds that wish to know what really happens in OZ. I am humbled by the group of researchers that have dedicated many countless hours to the exposure and explanation of phenomena that is greatly manmade and in some cases created naturally induced by scientific influence.
I am sifting thru pages of data to extract the best of all worlds to present an unbiased view backed by facts on many of your concerns related to HAARP and chemtrails.
As stated in other posts the disclosure of the data that I will present will overstep the boundaries of National Security and expose corporations and individuals that will become quite angry. In addition this website most likely will be pulled from the net and any other network that carries my messages of exposure. As for myself I have no worries because I am part of the problem and solution and unfortunately I cannot be made to disappear. Sometimes knowledge does guarantee power if properly managed.
So for the last time I want to be clear of the ramifications that will occur once I open Pandora’s box.

I interpret this to mean that if enough people start making the necessary CONNECTIONS between the hundreds of packets of data posted on these boards in regard to these extremely compartmentalized projects - and if they start confronting those in oversight with the right questions based on the accurate connecting of these data - and certain entities become exposed as a part of this process - then there is a very good chance that what is left of our deteriorating economic structure will be threatened since it seems to me that our global economy is now primarily dependent on the perpetuation of the very processes which are ultimately going to destroy our chances for survival on this planet.

In other words, those in whose best interest it is to MANAGE and CONTROL the hard information related to our current situation are motivated by their determination to keep the economy that supports them so handsomely from completely tanking.

You are absolutely correct. The RICO ACT applies to only those that are at the bottom or near bottom of the social food chain and in this case would not apply to me because of 30 years of service to various organizations globally that have prostitituted my technology for personal wealth and power to control. And of my associations and affililations globally. Note: I stand corrected on a statement of the website being brought down; only my posts and responses would be directly affected. As stated earlier I have come to terms with myself and do not wish for history to record me as a destroyer of worlds, a patsy for the US government, a cold snitch, a Physicist who did not obey the laws of Nature and a father whom lied to his family to protect a few.

Listed below are lab notes that are not in any order to explain Maxwell’s understanding of the Aether and its relationship to Ionsopheric principles, Magnetic anomalies and the way to capture and construct equipment to transmit and receive data signals at any rates known to science. The math has been eliminated to allow the reader to read the words and draw pictures in your mind to see what I and so many others in the past have seen but were afraid to write about and do until now by me the writer. I do not expect the reader to fully comprehend this new science but I ask the chance for the reader to try, to think outside the circle and you will see what I saw.

Let us begin the journey to understanding:

The propagation of electromagnetic waves has some unusual properties in the sense that the wavelength is comparable with the earth’s radius. Global electromagnetic resonance’s may then appear when the frequency is equal to the natural frequency of the resonator formed by the spherical cavity between the earth and the ionosphere.
The electrical conductivity of air is very low at low altitudes. However, it increases rapidly with distance from the earth’s surface and is found to be greater by a factor of several million by the time altitudes of a few tens of kilometers are reached and you reach the beginning layer of the ionosphere. The lower atmosphere is a thin dielectric bounded by good conductors. This defines a spherical wave-guide. In which radio waves belonging to different frequency bands can propagate. The upper frequency limit of the wave-guide channel is determined by the dispersive properties of the ionosphere, which eventually becomes transparent as the frequency is increased at a few megahertz.

There is no lower frequency limit or high frequency limit. The earth ionosphere wave-guide can support the propagation of radio waves of frequencies as low or as high as desired, even down to dc current if needed. The absence of a lower critical frequency can readily be understood by recalling that the wave-guide has no lateral boundaries so that a constant potential difference may exist across it. A dc potential difference of natural origin does in fact exist. There is a charging and discharging of the spherical capacitor formed by the earth and the ionosphere.

The boundaries of the earth ionosphere resonator have a very simple configuration if understood. The earth’s surface is uneven and its electrical parameters are functions of position and are often not constant within the depth of the skin layer. The ionosphere on the other hand is a magneto ionic multicomponent plasma that is inhomogeneous both in the vertical and horizontal direction.

Electromagnetic waves of extremely low frequency can be excited in the earth ionospheric cavity by two types of natural sources, terrestrial and cosmic, and now the third is now by mechanical means.
Spectral processing of ELF and Terahertz signals was performed by a digital processor and by analogue filtration systems. The process to isolate and record for both took quite a bit of time to process. I accumulated long records. I will discuss the ELF portion using digital processing: The synchronously reproduced signals were applied to the two channels of the spectral analyzer. Filters were used in each channel to isolate frequency components, which were received, by the phase detector and the multiplier. One of the channels was provided with a variable phase shifter. The signal at the output of the phase detector is proportional to the phase of the cross spectrum and controls the phase shifter so to reduce the phase shift to zero. The position of the phase shifter rotor gives the phase of the cross spectrum corresponding to the given spectral components. Signals with equal phases are then received by the multiplier and integrated. The output of the integrator is proportional to the modulus of the cross spectrum at the same frequency. Scanning along the frequency axis was achieved by discrete switching of the heterodyne oscillator. The power spectrum was recorded at the output when the inputs were connected in parallel.
All the same accept in an analogue mode was used for the very high-end frequency in the terahertz range.
ELF radio communications has a very low attenuation and the high signal stability is achieved during the propagation in the earth’s ionospheric wave-guide. The large skin layer depth means that radio communications can be established with targets not merely on the earth’s surface but also at various depths below it.
The output power of the transmitter must be increased to maintain radio communications at any depth, high or very low. The frequency dependence of attenuation in the earth ionosphere wave guide channel is known and will not be disclosed in this paper which if known then you can choose the optimum wavelength and the other parameters of the radio communications link.

Rather than continue to further explain I recommend that the reader reference patents of Nikola Tesla to further understand the hardware equipment that will be used to transmit and receive radio signals at 1-29 hertz and 1-29 terahertz and the method of use. The patents of Tesla have been modified to current technology of today in principle. If after reviewing all the this data including the above written data if the reader still does not have a clear understanding then it is clear that the reader does not have the ability to think outside the circle and will always remain inside the circle and wonder.

The above-mentioned equipment is what makes up the equipment needed to build a global wireless communications system. First I would read my White Paper, titled “The Art of Global Wireless Communications” to introduce you to the system and for what purpose it will be used.

Tesla was a true humane genius! And a Croat btw - which only made things harder for him - if he'd stayed here he probably wouldn't do half the work he did!

I will attempt to put into simple terms a very complex system of technologies.
First I would like to thank those of you that were not afraid to contact me by wireless phone to introduce yourselves and engage in conversation that was very enlightening for myself. I can tell that there still exists intelligence in this universe after speaking to you few. I encourage the rest to attempt to cut threw the typing and go direct, I won’t bite!
HAARP was originally designed from early patents now expired from N. Tesla. Its intent was to better communicate with subsurface submarines long-range and surface craft and in flight. This new communications technology would better provide our military with stealth wireless gear. Just recently has this technology been modified to be used as a communications system in a few years for ratepayers like us? The other use of HAARP is for weather modification and as a weapon to incinerate sections of the atmosphere by heating particles to the point of a controlled burn, killing and destroying everything to below 400 ft below surface, period. 10,000 plus degrees in seconds over thousands of sq surface miles, jamming communications and destroying the communication infrasrture of whales and dolphins and other animals that use the “band”. A perfect sonar system with no regard to any organism.
Energy required to carry out some global effects would be around 1 billion watts of pulsed/modulated power.

I have the original designs for HAARP with modifications to produce a portable system to be used to disrupt selected systems worldwide or on a case-by-case nature. In other words I can set up shop in California and destroy New York in less than 10 seconds with intense heat.
Please understand that this is no game anymore, I have passed the point of no return and yet you all can sit comfortably in your rooms and post without fear of reprisal and punishment. I am on your side and intend to do as I say, period, with your support or without. The truth is so much easier than lies and yes I have developed technology that murdered innocent people and I am tired of being used as a prostitute.
