Its simple really.People like BUSH, Schwartzenegger, Cheney, Tom DeLay, Ashcroft and others in this government are NOT conservatives. They are NEO-CONS.
They urinate on everything Conservative stands for..in fact..everything the FLAG and America stands for. And they want to take away YOUR liberty. You better believe it.
And that isn't "paranoia"...

I call it your perception although I think in general terms it depends how you see things to a point. I don't veiw Bush as evil as you and others do. He's not my idea of what I call a conservative for I lean much more to the right than Bush, to me he's a moderate. I do think he did the right thing on foreign policy (Iraq) but also hold the grudge against the vets not getting a decent enough of a wage hike.
What will you say about the next and so on?

He started a new "Vietnam" in Iraq with a 87 billion dollar pricetag to add to the already MUSHROOMING national debt.
Making soldiers pay for their own flak jackets...cutting their pay....paying for their own meals.... ...its goes ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND ON!!!!! Probably will go down as THE WORST government in US history. They are nothing but organized criminals.

Professor, you should do yourself a favor and quit while you're ahead. Things aren't looking too good for you in this thread. Your behavior is actually supporting the studies in the article I posted. I mean, it has to be embarrassing for you at some level. You are a text book conservative from cover to cover. The story is old though, and needs some serious revisions. You're sinking fast buddy, and I certainly do not envision Bush with his hand out waiting to save you.

And there's many other schismatic followers just like them out there. These types of people willingly keep the tyrants in power. They don't feel safe unless someone is controlling and thinking for them. Independent decision making is an awkward experience for a clone. Almost disorienting it seems, so used to having their lives managed and mapped out for them. Deductive reasoning is unheard of.
