At 11:16 AM today my Seiko electric watch stopped.Just stopped. Guess what else happened at 11:16 AM? One killed in 6.5 earthquake in California http://apnews.myway.com/article/20031222/D7VJLKRG0.html http://earthquake.usgs.gov/recenteqsUS/Maps/US10/32.42.-125.-115.html[/URL] Central California Coast. Anyone heard of using HAARP for oil exploration?

Oh wow! My cousin lives out there - thank God more south though. At least it happened in a remote area. I can't imagine what it would be like to have the ground beneath your feet move from time to time! You don't have to tell me where you live, but are you out on the west coast or the same time zone?

Quote "Anyone heard of using HAARP for oil exploration? No, there would be no practical method for doing such being the various underground techniques that are currently used. We do have some pretty sophisticated methods of oil exploration and that in itself is costly and already have most geographic areas already mapped out. I wouldn't think much of the watch going out either during the time of the quake there are alot of unseen forces that go on in one as you know.
