I just reposted (the aforementioned post in the title) a few minutes ago, having dredged it up from a link I found while trying to do more research on Jim Phelps as to the authenticity of his remarks and credentials. Anyone know the status and reason it has been locked, how I was able to ad to it, and how it could have become locked within minutes of me reposting it?

SMT: I am going to try an answer some questions re: Gaiacomm – keep in mind this is from my perspective only. I originally ran into Judah Ben-Hur (I nicknamed him Doc over here) at Chemtrail Tracking USA back in July or August 2003. Apparently he was posting there and at CTC. He was banned from CTCUSA after a while but was able to keep posting here for months after that fact. I believe all or most of his posts were deleted from CTCUSA!?!? At one point, he posted a response to Lulu at CTUSA and we were like – what? who’s Lulu? When I realized Doc was posting here, I followed him over. I was curious as to what another chemtrail site was like AND I wanted to know why he was double posting.

By this point my intuition about his validity was up in the red zone. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he might have been a whistle blower. After a few days of over exaggerations, I figured he was full of crap but could not figure out why. Doc was telling us that he was involved in upper level security projects in the government, that he has meetings with Washington personnel, that they won’t whack him because he has information he could hold against them, that they sent him a cease and desist letter (which he posted here somewhere), etc. There are about 4 or 5 threads that revolved around him and his information.

Doc came here making promises - but he did not keep them. He was supposed to provide INSIDE information, but all did was paste things from the net. The whole thing did not make any sense. Maybe it was just set up as one BIG distraction (and that is something it definitely was!). Read the threads and you’ll get an idea of what was going on. Eventually, Doc got to the point where no one trusted him – which was unfortunate for him.

I don’t know who Jim Phelps is, but I’ve seen his name come up a few times but have never read his posts – at least not that I can remember. I hate to admit it, but I don’t read everyday in Chemtrails and Chemtrails Science so I don’t know what his position is. But because you’re questioning him and I trust your judgment, I’ll probably run a search on his name and get a feel for what he stands for. I might even walk away with an opinion on the matter!?!? BTW, a few times I also thought that Doc sounded like a few different people. I do not believe that his efforts here were a one man show.

I guess the data IS falling off. I'm locking the HAARP whistleblower thread. Start a new one if you like although I feel its beating a dead horse.

Kind of strange to see missing data after only 8 pages...compared to 50 pages of the CT reports thread.

I'll talk to Thermit about this one.

JBE, so you all seem to have interacted with him(Dr. Ben-Hur) and didn't get the idea he was legit I take it, based also on Mech's and bc's comments. I read through alot of the post and the "feel" of the presentation did seem a bit "odd" but it was hard from the reading I did to tell what this was from. The spirit of a false Debunker or perhaps a REAL one???

My search was as I said a google search on Mr. Jim Phelps of whom bc posted in the CT Science forum JBE,( and it linked me to the Ben-Hur thread at CTC). And I also did a short list of quotes relevant on the main page (or chemtrail forum) that as I said before Mr. Phelps indicates many of the chemtrail programs from providing chemical sky screens to mitigating UV increase from decreased Ozone. I know I keep rementioning this about Phelps, but obviously IF this is someone who helped design these programs, and IF what he claims is indeed legit then this should be BIG news as he definately confirms chemtrail programs in a big way. I am surprised if this is indeed real that I can't seem to locate much info at all on this particularly out on the web. I would have thought that if this claim by Phelps was real it would be being discussed much more. What gives? Anyone really tried to look into this? Mr. Phelps posted here before but not recently, but at that time when I corresponded I didn't realize his claim of whistleblower status as it wasn't mentioned I don't believe then. Is anyone aware if MR. Phelps has been interviewed by anyone like Rense or any other alternative or even mainstream media? Is this guy's story for REAL and can we KNOW?

It gives me the opportunity to comment that my respect for members here has gone up quite a few notches, having spent a few hours ploughing through all those related threads which Jersey blue eyes has links to up there--most now closed of course.

I joined this bizarre party late. My own carelessness i guess, but this is the first time i have seen all that material.

I only picked up on it all a while after joining and only read the latest of those threads which started on sept 18th. Along with the man's posts to that other thread around that time about damage to whales by naval sonar.

Got suckered.

I formed quite the wrong impression and couldn't figure why people were so rude and dismissive as it then seemed, and in the end locked that thread which i could not see as justified. I see it plainly enough now in the light of the history of the previous month or so (august '03)

The guy was dealt with in a generous and fair way and given more than enough rope--which in the end he hung himself with metaphorically.

So that is the only reason for this post. There are some very good and sharp people here. I should have realised it more fully and sooner.
