[ Anytime you hear someone use the word Democracy, or hold themselves out as being part of a Democratic value system, what they are really telling you is that they are Communist, Fascist and Socialists supporters. Let me repeat that in another way for those that are having a little trouble with this concept. The ideals and ultimate goals of a Democracy are one for one the same as Communism. The word itself, Democracy, is less caustive then the word Communism, so that those who are in the know of both are better able to convince simpletons, naives or Goyim more aptley, that if you parade Communism about with a different set of threads, the brain-dead public, any public, will never suspect that clothes do not the man makes.

Beware of any groups who use the name Democracy or any derivation therein, holding themselves out to an unsuspecting public as crusdaers or champions of freedom for the common man. . . I assure you they are not . As in the case of Masonic Lodges, the initiate is never privy to the gear works of Freemasonery inner sanctums, thus this only too willing and acquiesced sycophant dupe becomes the bedrock of support for a organization he hasn't the foggiest idea about, not dissimilar to that of our aspirants of Demonocracy .

Note* Communism is French Freemasonery, always has been and always will be, can't be anything else and still be.

The Difference Between A Republic and A Democracy

Constitution for the United States of America, Article IV Section, 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government.

The United States was founded upon the principles of a Constitutional Republic. As the Constitution states we are guaranteed a Republican form of government. The nation is NOT a democracy republic and we should demand that our leaders, and ourselves, stop referring to the United States as such. The United States should be spreading "Constitutional Republicanism" throughout the world not democracy.

What is the difference between a democracy and a republic?

"Republic, A commonwealth; that form of government in which the administration of affairs is open to all the citizens. In another sense, it signifies the state, independent of its government." -Black's Law Dictionary 3rd Ed. p 1536.

Republic, Authority is derived through the election, by the people, of public officials best fitted to represent them. Attitude toward property is respect for laws and individual rights, and a sensible economic procedure. Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accord with fixed principles and established evidence, with a strict regard to consequences. A greater number of citizens and extent of territory may be brought within its compass. Avoids the dangers of either tyranny or mobocracy. Results in statesmanship, liberty, reason, justice, contentment and progress. -U.S. Army training manual, 1928

Attitude towards property is communistic, negating property rights. What does that mean? Most people have been taught that the state is the government. But here Black's Law Dictionary says the state is independent from the government. In another place we find the word republic defined:

Republic - "A state or nation in which the supreme power rests in all the citizens... A state or nation with a president as its titular head; distinguished from monarchy."

In this definition we see again that the supreme power is in the hands of the citizen-who is entitled to vote. The representatives are in charge of administrating the affairs of government. In the third definition it states that the singular executive is titular. Titular is defined as, "existing in the title or name only."

It should be obvious to the reader that the results democracy has had on our Republic for the last 80 years has seriously imperiled the survival of the nation.

Before we go farther it should be understood that in a republic a Freeman was free from civil authority. The word Republic was used in the Constitution because the Founders and separatists of the time knew its origins. It is a shortened form of the Latin idiom "Libera res Publica" meaning "free from things public." The heads of the government were "titular" in authority, meaning they held authority "in name only." In an indirect democracy the mob (majority) elects those that govern the whole, while in a republic elected representatives wield limited authority and they may not make laws except by the will of the people.

Samuel Adams stated, on August 1, 1770 within one month of the signing of the Declaration of Independence:

"Our Union is complete; our constitution composed, established, and approved. You are now the guardians of your own liberties. We may justly address you, as the decemviri did the Romans, and say:
"Nothing that we propose can pass into law without your consent. Be yourself, O Americans, the authors of those laws on which your happiness depends."

The People are Sovereign

The sovereignty of a state does not reside in the persons who fill the different departments of its government, but in the People, from whom the government emanated; and only the People may change it at their discretion. Sovereignty, then, in this country, abides with the constituency, and not with the agent; and this remark is true, both in reference to the federal and state government.

"The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a state." 153/n re Merriam, 36 N.E. 505, 141N.Y. 479, affirmed 16S. Ct. 1073, 163 U.S. 625, 41 L.Ed 287; 20 CJS, Section 1785.

Today the government is referenced as the United States Federal Democracy even though at the beginnings of government the word Republic was the title most sought and most used. Is there a difference? Of course there is. Everyone has seen the results of democracy:

1. The decline of morality
2. The decline of individual liberty
3. The demagoguery of political candidates
4. The licentious disregard for the law that is evidenced daily by government
officials
5. The discontent of the people for the political process
6. The abuses of federal agencies and bureaucracies against citizens

Simply stated' the differences between a republican and democratic form of government are:

In a Democracy, the will of the majority outweighs the will of the few, or of the individual.

In a Republic, the will of the individual outweighs the will of the few, or of the majority.

In a Republic, the government cannot force you to give them anything that the Constitution does not give them the power to take.

In a Democracy, the government can take away anything that the "masses" decide is legitimate to remove.

A Republic finances itself through legitimate taxes and fees that were specifically spelled out in its Constitution.

A Democracy finances itself through illegitimate licenses, fees, fines, and other statutory penalties, as well as repressive progressive income taxes.

What exactly does this mean? It means that in a Democracy, whatever the masses decide is right or law, is right and the law for "everyone." Regardless if you like it or not, even if it tramples your right to own property or exercise your individual liberty. In a Republic, no individual or any majority or any group of people, no matter how large can supercede the rights of any single individual citizen.

It is also important to understand and embrace the idea that politicians hold office to serve the constituents that elected them. They cannot make new law unless the People they represent demand it. Politicians do not hold office to promote their own ideologies or to promote their own activist agendas. They are not there to vote their conscience, they are there to vote the will of their constituents. If we do not tell them how to vote they shall not vote. The reason that some of the representatives in the original colonies did not vote to become members in the United States is because their constituents did not tell them to vote one way or the other. That is the role of the politicians in a Republic and this is the role they must take if they are to fulfill their oaths of office and uphold the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. And if they falter in this Sacred Trust then they must be removed by election or by force.

Criminal Bankruptcy

When you begin to look behind the movie screen or more appropriately under the stone, you see a very different world to the one portrayed on CNN. Some researchers and lawyers reveal that in the 1930s the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and many others officially declared bankruptcy, but somehow forgot to tell the people. This apparently happened during the five years of the Geneva Conventions in Switzerland between 1928 and 1932, but it seems that they don’t publish the volume containing the details of the bankruptcy declaration. The bankers said that either the countries declared bankruptcy to the Illuminati banks or there would be no loans to get them out of the deep global depression at that time. They accepted official bankruptcy to the global banking system and this meant, in effect, that the banks have owned those countries ever since. Actually, I say countries, but the United States in not actually a country, but a corporation, as revealed in my previous books and many other published works and studies. No doubt we will find that the situation is the same in other countries too. This bankruptcy is in the United States Congressional Record of March 17, 1993 (Vol. 33, page H-1303). James Traficant Jr. of Ohio told the House:

“Members of Congress are official trustees presiding over the greatest reorganization of any Bankrupt entity in world history, the US Government. We are setting forth hopefully, a blueprint for our future. There are some who say it is a coroner’s report that will lead to our demise.”

“It is an established fact that the United Stated Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress session June 5, 1933. Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard Abrogate the Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the Unites States and the official capacities of all United States Government Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.”

“The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating with a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government of the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Public Law 94-564, page 8, Section H.R. 13955 reads in part: ‘The US Secretary of Treasury receives no compensation for representing the United State’.”

“Why are 90% of Americans mortgaged to the hilt and have little of no assets after all debts and liabilities have been paid? Why does it fell like you are working harder and harder and getting less and less? We are reaping what has been sown, and the results of our harvest is a painful bankruptcy, and a foreclosure of American property, precious liberties, and a way of life. Few of our elected representatives in Washington DC have dared to tell the truth. The federal United States is bankrupt. Our children will inherit this un-payable debt, and the tyranny to enforce paying it.”

James Traficant was later jailed for alleged bribery and corruption because he was getting too close to the truth on many issues affecting the Illuminati agenda. The United States corporation was created behind the screen of a ‘Federal Government’, when, after the manufactured ‘victory’ in the American War of ‘Independence’, the British colonies exchanged overt dictatorship from London with the far more effective covert dictatorship that has been in place ever since. In effect, the Virginia Company, the corporation headed by the British Crown that controlled the ‘former’ colonies, simply changed its name to the United States and other related pseudonyms. These include the US, USA, United States of America, Washington DC, District of Columbia, Federal Government and ‘Feds’. The United States Corporation is based in the District of Columbia and the current president of the corporation is a man called George W. Bush. He is not the president of the people or the country as they are led to believe, that’s just the smokescreen. This means that Bush launched a ‘war on terrorism’ on behalf of a private corporation to further the goals of that corporation. It had nothing to do with ‘America’ or ‘Americans’ because these are very different legal entities. It is the United States Corporation that owns the United States military and everything else that comes under the term ‘federal’. This includes the Federal Reverse, the ‘central bank’ of the United States, which is, in reality, a private bank owned by controlling stockholders (and controllers of the US Corporation) that are not even American.

This is the bank from which the United States Corporation borrows ‘money’. The Federal Reserve was manipulated into existence in 1913 and dictates the United States interest rate that has a massive knock-on effect on the rest of the world. The Federal Reserve or ‘Fed’ is currently headed by Alan Greenspan, a member of Illuminati front organizations like the Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission. His predecessor was Paul W. Voker of…The Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission (see And The Truth Shall Set You Free). The United States Corporation is owned by families and forces in Europe and the Jesuit-controlled Vatican is at the heart of this covert ownership, of not only the United States, but major European ‘countries’ like the United Kingdom (see Appendix I).

A Republic, Not a Democracy

Throughout the presidential election controversy, we have been bombarded with references to our sacred "democracy." Television and radio shows have been inundated with politicians worried about the "will of the people" being thwarted by the courts. Solemn warnings have been issued concerning the legitimacy of the presidency and the effects on our "democratic system" if the eventual winner did not receive the most popular votes. "I'm really in love with our democracy," one presidential candidate gushed to a reporter. Apparently, the United States at some point become a stealth democracy at the behest of news directors and politicians.

The problem, of course, is that our country is not a democracy. Our nation was founded as a constitutionally limited republic, as any grammar school child knew just a few decades ago (remember the Pledge of Allegiance: "and to the Republic for which it stands"...?). The Founding Fathers were concerned with liberty, not democracy. In fact, the word democracy does not appear in the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution. On the contrary, Article IV, section 4 of the Constitution is quite clear: "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a Republican Form of Government (emphasis added). The emphasis on democracy in our modern political discourse has no historical or constitutional basis.

In fact, the Constitution is replete with undemocratic mechanisms. The electoral college is an obvious example. Small states are represented in national elections with greater electoral power than their populations would warrant in a purely democratic system. Similarly, sparsely populated Wyoming has the same number of senators as heavily populated New York. The result is not democratic, but the Founders knew that smaller states had to be protected against overreaching federal power. The Bill of Rights provides individuals with similar protections against the majority. The First Amendment, for example, is utterly undemocratic. It was designed to protect unpopular speech against democratic fervor. Would the same politicians so enamored with democracy be willing to give up freedom of speech if the majority chose to do so?

Our Founders instituted a republican system to protect individual rights and property rights from tyranny, regardless of whether the tyrant was a king, a monarchy, a congress, or an unelected mob. They believed that a representative government, restrained by the Bill of Rights and divided into three power sharing branches, would balance the competing interests of the population. They also knew that unbridled democracy would lead to the same kind of tyranny suffered by the colonies under King George. In other words, the Founders had no illusions about democracy. Democracy represented unlimited rule by an omnipotent majority, while a constitutionally limited republic was seen as the best system to preserve liberty. Inalienable individual liberties enshrined in the Bill of Rights would be threatened by the "excesses of democracy."
