A manager there advised the police officer that a tractor-trailer was observed backed up to the Dumpster at the rear of the restaurant. The manager noticed a freshly dumped pile of furniture adjacent to the Dumpster, according to police.

The manager confronted the vehicle's operator, a Middle Eastern man, police said.

The man, who later identified himself as Moshe Elmakias, 30, denied that he did anything and fled the scene, heading west on West Ridge Pike, according to police.

The manager was able to provide township police with the Florida registration number of the tractor-trailer and said that a sign posted on the side of the vehicle read "Moving Systems Incorporated" and included a phone number, police said.

The area was searched by township police, and the vehicle was spotted parked on the curb in front of John Kennedy Ford on Ridge Pike, just west of Industrial Way.

An officer proceeded to make contact with the occupants of the truck by knocking on the cab, according to reports.

A Middle Eastern man, later identified as Ron Katar, 23, exited the sleeper area of the cab and said that the operator was across the street as he pointed toward the Don Rosen Porsche dealer, reports said.

Elmakias and a white female, Ayelet Reisler, 23, were approaching the vehicle from the dealership, but the female then began walking in a different direction, acting as if she were not with Elmakias, according to reports.

Reisler was detained and checked for identification. She had a German passport in her name and medication in a different name, police said.

Plymouth Police Sgt. Thomas Longo was notified and responded to the incident.

Elmakias allegedly admitted to being behind Pizzeria Uno, although he said that he did not dump furniture, he was only turning around.

Elmakias said that his destination was New York and that he was also coming from New York. He said he was in Plymouth because he was supposed to make a pickup from a male in the morning and pointed toward the Storage USA facility on Belvoir Road and West Ridge Pike, police said.

Elmakias could not, however, provide a name or telephone number of the customer.

Township police dispatched a request for a Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program Inspector. Officer Gerald Schwartz of the Whitpain Police Department responded.

Schwartz discovered through his investigation that the operator's log had been falsified and put the truck out of service due to violations, police said. In addition, the vehicle reportedly had numerous equipment violations that rendered the truck unsafe.

Inspection of the tractor-trailer's contents revealed a load three-quarters full containing household items, including furniture and boxes.

Among the items in the truck was a Sony video camera.

Plymouth Police Officer David McCann reviewed the tape found inside the camera. The tape had video footage of Chicago with zoomed-in shots of the Sears Tower, according to police.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation was notified of the incident and all three subjects were transported to the Plymouth Police station.

The subjects were then processed through the National Crime Information Center and placed into detention, according to the report.

FBI Agents James Sweeney and Richard Tofani arrived at the station and proceeded to investigate both the subjects and their belongings with the assistance of Immigration and Naturalization Services.

Elmakias and Katar were eventually detained by INS and transported to a federal facility, said police. Reisler was released.

All evidence collected by Plymouth and Whitpain officers was transferred to federal facilities with the exception of a VCR.

Talking about Boomer and optimism – yes, she is very optimistic. Optimism is a wonderful thing. I like to look at life and circumstances while continuing to have hope! I refuse to EVER give up! I didn’t realize you wanted me to comment on the new moon – sorry. That’s nice you watch the skies and that you saw it. I love astronomy too. Wish I had my own telescope. Maybe there’s something about the moon you’re not aware of, but the new moon this month was considered “born” on the 19th day (April 2004), 9th hour, 21st minute. That is right in the middle of its lunar cycle. Look at this moon cycle chart and I think you’ll understand why you saw the new moon this evening too. Sorry, but I can't post the image here. Portents of a new 9/11

According to an inteligence briefing reported early today on World Net Daily, a plot to bomb the Sears Tower with explosives laced with toxic osmium tetroxide has been foiled by information from police raids in Britain.

WND quotes an intelligence briefing headlined today on Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin, that traces of the chemical and manuals for its use, were found by British intelligence in raids following the Madrid train bombings, and details were passed on to U.S. counterparts.

But a lot had been happening before that report appeared on WND.

On Friday the FBI and Department of Homeland Security held a rare secure conference call with police in dozens of major cities reported ABCNews. Meanwhile, said Farrah's report, around the world, Intelligence agencies were attempting to get further information.

The intelligence indicated that Al-Queda operatives were already "in place," and the al-Queda operation was imminent. Read between those lines.

By Saturday security officials issued a classified bulletin warning of attacks --probably in the U.S. and of similar scale to the Madrid train bombings. Or perhaps that might mean -organized by the same network.

On Sunday national security adviser Condoleezza Rice in a TV interview said the US was bracing for attacks. On Sunday also, ABCNews finally published their report that U.S. intelligence officials had been on alert since Friday regaarding an imminent terrorist attack.

Were both moves on Sunday a precaution to cover the administration's tail in the event of an attack on Monday?

Finally, at 1am Eastern today 19th April, WND headlined an intelligence briefing which is the top story on Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

At 1 am Eastern, it was 6am GMT in Britain and police had already successfully conducted a series of raids around Manchester, England in which ten people had already been arrested.

Was that the green light which meant that a story known to insiders since Friday could now be printed?

Last month, raids across south-east England resulted in arrests and the discovery of ingredients for fertilizer bombs. It is these raids which uncovered the attack plan on the Sears Tower.

Question: How were "terrorists" in Britain going to carry out a bombing of the Sears tower from Manchester, England. Telepathy? Or did they plan to catch a transatlantic flight with half a ton of fertilizer in their carry on luggage?

Or, more likely, was there a US arm to this conspiracy; was that the information which lit up the FBI's terror meetings (but never lit up their public alert level); and was there a matching set of raids in the US which netted the American side of the bomb plot group?

Since Madrid's train bombings, there has been an unprcedented international effort to uncover the so-called al-Queda network behind the blasts. The agencies and personnel in these investigations are hostile to the US/UK war on terror and their proxy terror groups whose Madrid atrocity was an attempt to stampede voters and politicians into blind support for the War On Terror.

These agencies, with the support of US-based allies in the FBI/CIA intelligence and security services, may indeed have thwarted an attack on the Sears Tower scheduled for today.

So why won't you be hearing about this intelligence success here in the USA? Maybe the back trail of this group makes for the kind of messy details the establishment don't really want the unwashed masses to hear about.
