The following are statements from Michael McDonnough, the author/producer of the video, and include correspondence between him and a visitor to Michael's page, Chemtrails.org.
What you are seeing in these movie files was taken at 10:30 am Central, Dec 30, 1999 in the skies over North Texas. The video shows 2 Chemtrail planes in a dangerously close pass to one another. No civilian air traffic would ever do this kind of maneuver as it is against FAA regulations and the pilots would likely be grounded and the air traffic controllers would as well for allowing this kind of a close pass. They are as you can see here at very near the same altitude judging from the width of the contrails. I point this out to let anyone who would think that this is being done by normal civilian air traffic know that it is extremely unlikely that this would be allowed. These 2 planes pass at less than 2 plane lengths apart from what I can see in this picture. You be the judge here with your own eyes, do you really think that normal civilian air traffic is what you are seeing here? I think not personally. This contrail activity continued all day long and the contrails had the signature persistence and not only lingered, but showed fall out and the oily haze so often seen in the case of Chemtrail spraying.
The message below came in from a page viewer, that clearly has the credentials to form a valuable opinion. I will share our conversation below. Starting with his message to me.
The aircraft appear to be at very nearly at the same altitude because of the relative size of the vapor trails. Since they are traveling in opposite directions one plane appears to be in clear violation of federal air regulations requiring vertical separation at these flight levels. -D.L. David, That is chapter and verse of my own opinion. I grew up in an Airforce and FAA family, My Dad was a pilot and taught me to fly at 9 years of age. When he retired from the Airforce, he went into the FAA and was the Deputy Director of Public Affairs for the New England Region, and later the South Central Region so I heard the regulations all the time, he would always point out violations to me as he observed them. I flew with him a great deal as I co-piloted his Vintage 38' Aronka Defender at air shows around Texas and New Mexico, so we often saw air traffic in violation of one reg or another. This made me very familiar, along with ground school, of the various regulations to air traffic. If you will permit it I will ad your corroboration statement to the web page with the video's on it. If not that is fine but I had to ask. -Michael
Michael, You sure may use my reply. I have been out of flying for a few years. I was a flight & ground instructor in the Fort Worth area for about 10 years. -Dave
